1 dmg = 9 atk… 1 dmg dec = 6 hp… 1 def ≈ 15-18 hp

Those were the numbers from haafr a while back

I typically use 17 hp for DEF and I increase dmg dec to 8 hp instead of 6 when I calculate

It’s bases too. During the test I was attacking and being attacked. But it’s max hold of 5 and it regenerates every 5 mins. So best to use it and not store.
