only really know how to on android, sadly is complicated, have it bound to a social media temporarily, disconnect the google account linked to it, clear data for top war, reopen app and log in through social media account, upon clicking google it will ask you which google account you wish to use assuming both enails are already on said phone

Supression work on your base hp+ bonus hp. Dont know the exact maths but better than DEF stats for sure due to how it is calculated.
