Most base skins are not worth spending on. You get so much HP from cheap or free decor. Unless you really buy all skins, they make no difference. For event, there are some specials skills that work in these and are free anyway

technically yes if you want to refine that AF atk but if you know the basic rule of rng of refining feature, you may need a stabilizer to lock that AF atk cos if you don't lock it then system will randomly choose the stat that will be passed down for the refinement

hence why people usually search for a single stats gears for refinement fooder cos no need to spend or using the stabilizers
