this is top war channel, but i guess compared to paying $5 for science box,you can evolve ur larvitar to tyranitar, then raid "mega tyranitar" for enough candy, then mega evolve it. If you mega evolve something 60 times, it becomes lv3. as a bonus, u get x1.25 raid damage support buff, and x2 candy and plus 1~2 XL candy drop for catching something of same type, similar to top war suppression
