Crimson / zhen applying vulnerability on hits and consuming to deal increased damage

same thing for debilitate just trade of direct impact damage from vulnerability to having ATK- from debilitate

Duke with jester to me is better than layla because you will always hit back row +30% DMG

because duke always hits back row so whoever he hits will be debilitated
