The formula is (1+various dmg increase sources%) × (1+ATK enhancement%)

The whaler you are, the higher dmg increase you already have, stromoy's dmg increase from shield stacking goes in there

Whereas ATK enhancement is only from ATK enhancement heroes, so it's essentially a direct multiplier.
