The new hero skill effect is to bombard the event calendar with recurring spending events to dry the player inventory and force the player to spend more in hopes of getting any event rebate deals but in the end with the passive effect of the new hero called bad algorithms from your end, the players end up getting screwed.

Hero exclusive 3 effect: unable to make proper content for the players and delay the needs of real change

Hero exclusive 5: unable to fix Titan gear and the rune system by making the joke of increasingly minor the rate of success on acquiring a rune effect.

Hero exclusive 7: The logic of making things harder to scale, throwing exclusive decorations on forced paid mechanisms makes players fully aware of your intention.
