So as new players its super hard to catch up with old players who had not only times but also more feature upgrades. But topwar compensate by giving them slighly higher drop rate. (i believe with tg it was confirmed) until they fixed it for a while.

Hence they have slighly better rate, and more op stuffs are released to give all players equal ground. i understand the ratio arguement because it showed the different between normal damage and how much a hero trigger is dealing. However, triggers are random target. Normal attack go from front row to next row and so on. If you have heroes like striker supporting back line or what not. Formations ect some slot are tankier than the other. So regular atk may hit targets that are weaker or triggers may target that are weaker. If you look at ration, you are assuming that those factor are negelible.
