Hes just better overall, 3x138 vs 2x 160. Striker has shared dmg but duke targets backrow which ignores the shared dmg skill so you'd rather have duke.
If people are using encirclement and the usual placements for the troops are slot 7 and 9, duke will kill them faster.
Dukes skill avoids snakes skill until he's obviously wiped out the backrow which is beneficial since you wanna avoid letting snake proc.
Duke has a better proc rate aswel from what I've seen. I don't have any pvp reports to reflect that so I went ahead and hit sandtable.
