I'd like to suggest a change to catalysts. The rate drop for special effects is just extremely high, with people crafting 20 gold cats at a time and not even getting a single one.
I believe you should make it so that for every 16–20 gold catalysts crafted, you are guaranteed a special effect. Now, this is not to say that you should stop giving special effects until 16–20, but to keep the possibility of getting a special effect within 20 while also being guaranteed a special effect at 16–20. This is similar to hero summon features in other games, where if you summon 10 heroes, you are guaranteed a legendary.
The reason why I say every 16–20 is because a gold catalyst is ~£30 and special effects were at around ~£500 during the auction. 500÷30 comes out at 16.6.
I believe this would possibly help fix the disparity in strength that titan gear created ever so slightly and allow all to have a chance at getting titan gear with special effects.

If someone who agrees with this could post that in the feature requests for me
