I totally agree with everything you listed there, but in context of the list and list of demands from 591's riot was just a list of "make X stuffs cheaper". making things cheaper is also subjective depends on the people's ability to spend or not although at the otherside there always be whales who gonna push and maxed out in a short time and then asked for another new feature cos they got bored cos the new stuffs got maxed. hence why devs put stuffs that is harder to "finish" and maxed out like HT chips and then the cursed TG. back then morale 10 is so easy to speedrun for these big whales, not the normal whales anyway, the big whales
