Sure, in general searing and flamable are best on air, and good in marches with Asuka, but if navy is your main, stack EVERYTHING YOU GOT on navy imo.

And 10% tactical Awareness is not better than a Searing x2 +60% (which is what you are running)

Layla: AOS 50%/ SFX x2 +30%/ SFX x2 +30%
Crimson: AOS 50%/ SFX x2 +30%/ SFX x2 +30%

But i think the mega whales are looking to replace Crimson with Zhen so they can do:
Stromoy: Artillery Storm 30%/ Tactical 40%/ Tactical 40%
Layla: AOS 50%/ Tactical 40%/ Tactical 40%
Zhen: AOS 50%/ Tactical 40%/ Tactical 40%

Since neither of those are even remotely approachable for mortals, and even most moderate whales, you instead want to aim for something like....

Stromoy: as much Tactical as you got
Layla & Crimson: All out Surge + as many SFX you got, or if not enough SFX, run more tactical

putting heavy blow is certainly better than nothing, but its a weak benefit overall.

i think so - and hey, as a rule of thumb, don't MERGE runes (i.e. dont make your Heavy blow into a better version) until you are really full of SFX on all slots, and sure you want the heavy blow on the specific piece of gear you chose

You can recycle gear with a blue rune and still recover the rune, but nothing after its merged.

Because they keep putting servers with players that have Titan gears against servers which don't have it . Even when players try to catch up now it's impossible with this system . Now they add Chinese to the event . Many big old whales will feel f2p . What's the point of playing at that time . And the game unwilling to listen and fix the system
