Correct.. miku said burns are consumed when opponent units attack. But he didn't consider new Hero trigger rate. Which upon ex 5 when triggers adds 30% burn to all targets hit

Enemy 1st slot attacks consumes burn, vice our side , 2nd enemy slot attacks consumes burn and attacks, now 3rd attack our hero attacks again, he'll attack and consumes 3-9 slots of enemy and then adds burn to 1-9 slots

So 1-9 are burning still
