Why is Titan Canyon cancelled?
Well, a summary:

Something already went wrong with the sign-up, with alliances being unable to signup for 1.5 hours.

With the actual battles, people were not able to join, getting a "data error" message.
They were told to restart the game, which lead to an error, no longer being able to log into the game.

Some matches started, but the maximum player count on the event server was lower than the sign-up count from the 4 teams. So people got an error message, which told them the server is full.

Some people got to play, saying that the chat was not working. That their own team was marked as enemies on the map. That the game was so laggy, they couldn't play at all.
Some people complained that the game would not let them leave the event server AFTER the match was over.

And after these matches, some people discovered that all their gems were gone.

This is all due to them trying to throw the separated Chinese players into our matchmaking.
