Your air relies on direct impact skill damage and doesn't really synergize with basic hitting mechanics

Therefore Gale is just a squisher unit for you to use and you will lose it quicker

When you have Asuka D4 applies magnetic at the end of hitting so Asuka can also consume them for extra damage

D4 works as a solid main march HT for it's survivability and also army wise for magnetic pulse trend

We don't know nor have access to Topwar Algorithms. They have pools of rewards and those can be seen and known but the drop rate does not mean it will drop. Many of their algorithms defy probability and are known to be rigged and hurt the player (battle engine is an example)

However Yes level 10 exclusive exists, as an item exclusives exist in pairs of 10. One ID for each level so a developer can generate if they please any 0-10 exclusive.
