super easy. Get all the decor packs. gives you 5% gathering rate each. And there is a gathering bonus decor scenic flower or something. get that.
Get super miner.
Those are paid.
Perk purple heroes for gathering, gold depending your account age. Most importantly ganso and tywin. get their ex7 if you can. from island battle, hero return.
Those are f2p or can progress faster by paying i guess.

And most importantly you can send your gathering match with skill active and remove the skills once the march is on the march. and reuse those skill on another march.

VIP also gives you some gathering bonus too.
