Actually, in my experience, everything constantly changes. For example, now there's much smaller difference between killing DL in different zones. Also, we now need much less stones for EL tech. Current arks are much different from arks when they were introduced... You never know what will be changed for next EL (if we get one, as we had to wait for this one 10 months). Oh, and not to forget, we now get choice gold blueprint.
