I try to read the instructions but we are not understanding (a) Is it 15 rings for entire Top War all servers. Or 15 rings for like 770 faction of 196 servers and fixed number of rings for 2216 faction of 169 servers and fixed number of rings for 2798 faction of 138 servers. Or is it 15 rings for 770 server and fixed rings for 2216 and fixed rings for 2798 and so on? (b) who exactly decides who gets the 15 ring pieces? It talks of jury of high CP players but this is high CP players from all servers, or just our faction of 196 servers, or each server jury decides for their own server? (also asked in ultimate channel - in case any players/moderators can know thanks 🙂
