brady got nerfed in lv100 cap, as brady was decent when battles where 2 turns. but 4 turns? its bad

max on the other hand got buffed after lv100 cap. long battles means max rarely hits air now. HT xyston, many HT, and better ht chips all benefit max whose mid rows value is 10x back row. max front row dmgdec 200% also increased in value as its a "perma indes"

as for hp heroes, asuka,barbie, crim simply destroy the recent hp heroes
