but weaker than shinji on turn 4 onwards

its a pre-3-turn-ramped shinji

the difference is so small its not worth it

UNLESS u using the babi

babi benefits greatly from duke due to normal atk buff

personally, i am thinking of duke ex5 if they keep on releasing garbage heroes
