similar to owning 2 ordinary (200$) city skin getting +20% atk/hp passive from them.

rate by new definition of Hero stat and battle power mechanic

deploying 1 piece of +400 WAR decor lv1 = granting +1200 WAR into any march you have (3-heroes)

it is less efficient to wish for atk/hp increment from hero's WAR/DEF stat
but ... you have to have them. as it greatly increase skill output of previous generation Hero (such as Maximo)

Our server is being matched with months old server that has already done NW in top trial. How is that even fair? Are we being treated as Fodders in game of few server or groups? Is there any concept of matchmaking here?

hi, CS is the best place to launch a complaint, as they say they will forward to devs that's the best they can do. The rest decision will be made by devs in the future , it's all depends on them.

A simple matchmaking overhaul can fix all the issues. But I guess it will not be coming anytime soon. As older and stronger servers might get some kind of satisfaction winning unfair match-ups (or atleast TW thinks they do).
