Technically yeah, but the big elemental dmg sometimes won't trigger on the correct unit type with only 1 off unit because, let's say:
At the start of the round, The off unit hits first, then the correct unit hits and trigger big dmg, then into the next round The off unit triggers the second big dmg, but after that the correct unit won't trigger big dmg because it was just triggered by the last instance of dmg
