The tab only provides the research function for first four modules(required for deployment), if you got modules from boxes and only have 4 that doesn't necessarily mean you have the correct modules.

Something to keep in mind if you are hoarding HT chests you can get duplicate modules if you bulk open, the duplicates turn into gems so up to you, but if you want more chips individual open chests until you have all the modules
