Re: turbine decor it always said commanders would receive a decor after the event. Which is a little open ended. CS clarified it would be lvl1.

However during the event being active you have the benefits of essence donations. Green materials have come in at a good rate , so what you lose on one hand you gain on another.

Nevermind increasing gathering resources during event for suppression advancement etc

With 21d to go it has been possible to get over halfway+ for materials towards a gold equip. That’s not bad at all.
