miku or experts can tell you the maths. My personal rule is this. Even the worst gold piece with the special is better than the best other gold piece without. Since with time any random can adjust. Within the special I'm not sure. Personally I would like attack enhance most, then the HP up, then damage increase, then damage decrease.
