I always get event exclusive skin first. Since that doesn’t come out for atleast 4 decor voucher stores. After that I use event vouchers for mastery tickets. Event decors are cheaper with money compared to vouchers. If you’re a spender you get free exclusive skill shards from the power drill boxes. Level 3 skills you can get from regular non special events that happen - spend some vit for that. Decor skill shards from the 7day bundle
