Few interesting info on Jett.

I have tested now JAT (Jett, Abad, Tigrees) vs AIT (Abad, Vivian, Tigress). More is better, negative numbers mean that JAT is losing:

So, yeah, Jett is not replacing Abad. Jett is replacing indestructible hero.

And, shocking info is comparison between es3 and es5. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or what, but here are results (in this case, lower numbers are better):

So, I definitely want to test that more (ie. @naive gulch , thank you for help with testing), but difference of only 9% means, well, just having es5 gives you 21% boost in stats over 10% boost in stats with es3, which means, passive skill from Jett doesn't work in short (normal) battles.

While in long battles (synthetic stats), Jett is far superior to Abad, in short battles, Jett is same as Abad. My only conclusion is, the main boost from Jett's es5 is really rare thing, that happens only rarely.

Good news is, you don't need es5 to get Jett's full potential. Just use es3, and it's almost like you're having Jett es5. Bad news is, if you have already spent for es5, and this doesn't get fixed... you have wasted resources. 😦

👀 Not a whale so I use hero arena and this is my results (will try Jett Vivian tomorrow as I just saw it was abad) Stats are the same on each side
TG is full dmg inc/dec in Tigress (both side)
TG is 1. 50% chance to trigger a second chance, 2. HP boost, 3-6 dmg inc/dec (both side on Abad/Jett)
TG is 1. 50% chance to trigger a second, 2nd. indestructible boost, 3-6 dmg inc/dec (Vivian)
All exclusive 5 as not 1 side can be higher than other

Edit: From what I seen Abad does less dmg without an indestructible hero but results may vary

I didn't tested much with es7. Generally, if you can make only one es7, and not all heroes, than it has to be a really good hero to benefit from es7.

At the moment, from latest heroes, Shen es7 is really big boost.

So, in your case, I would say, avoid Jett, a big and important mechanic (the one that opens with es5) simply doesn't work. Thus, Jett is either bugged, or designed. So, skip it, if you ask me.

What you can do is, just use Jett without es, or es3.

Army has also two

Chris, Leon, Marvingt
Binary, Quily, Marvingt.

In my testing, Binary, Nelle and Quily are better than version with indestructible.

When we get Quily 2, it has to check if Quily, Quily 2 and Binary (or Nelle) be stronger.

Did you read the skill? You get no passive bonus from Jett if Abad pops the Ignitions and they are not Resolved Naturally. And ES3 is better and ES5 is a waste of money? You are not getting a huge Ignition Booster. And ES3 gives you 30 atk power… you might as well not put any money into him and run another skill on him… you guys are missing the fact Searing’s can stack on other Searings from other gear pieces. So all the boosts he gives to Searings and the Searings getting boosted from Flammables as well as boosting the heroes’s skill Igntions and the Ignitions you can get from the LP-4 m. This is what was meant to drive this hero. You can have 4 Ignitions from Jett and Searings on him, 4 ignitions from Storm and his Searings, 1 from Tigress (first two rounds), and one from LP-4 (I think up to 7) on each stack each round. Now imagine with Flammables and Jett’s ES5 and ES7 bonuses? Get the picture? Yes Jett would boost Abad at ES5/ES7 with his passive stacking Ignitions increaser but it’s small and takes a while to max out if Abad is there and a lot less than if he was ES5 and ES7. What this hero is meant for is paring him with ways to add more Ignitions. Also he pairs better with Storm than Vivian for Ignitions because Storm gives 3x50% per round or 150% and Vivian’s without Abad do not get detonated and this means 9 stacks at 15% or 135%. When you factor in Flammables and Jett boosting them at ES5 and ES7 and that difference gets exponentiated!

Not when the increase is to a passive bonus that you are stopping using Abad (read the verbiage in the parentheses on the last line of the passive bonus on Jett)… AND you are wrong because effects would increase the stacking of the bonus to max quicker and increase all the effects ignitions TOO! For every 5 Ignitions that don’t get detonated by Abad you get an 5% increase up to 20% and at ES5 they increase by 20% up to 50% that lasts the entire battle. So in the first round, if you can get 10 Ignitions to naturally detonate your Ignitions get boosted by 40% the rest of the battle. Plus ALL those Searings will get boosted by an additional 40% and this is multiplicative. So if you have a 50% Ignition with 3x30% Flammables they will be 95%. With Jett’s passive bonus maxed they get increased to 133%. Then factor in his ES7 bonus… 186%+. So together in combination the hero and the effects super charge it all. Add more from other heroes and HT skills and effects, and you Nuke the opponent! Without ES5 your stacking bonus takes 15 Ignitions to max Jett’s bonus to Ignitions AND it’s capped at 20%…

Your tests are skewed because you’re not using him properly… you need to use him with ways to get more and bigger Ignitions and you’re not reading his skill and exclusive bonuses nor what I have already told you. Longer battles? This just doesn’t make sense AT ALL! ES5 if Abad is NOT used allows his passive bonus to stack quicker AND stronger! With LP-4, Jett his ES5 and ES5’s Ignitions, Storm OR Vivian’s Ignitions, AND even with no effects and NO Abad… at ES5 it takes one round to max his passive bonus to 40%… with ES3 and Abad this takes TWO rounds and caps at 20%… at ES5 try Storm and Kum. Kum has chance to apply 3 ignitions from front row stacks… has Atk and a Double HP boost for the front two rows. Paired with Jett’s HP boost provides survivability and tester better than Tigress. ONLY at ES5 player. I am running Asuka/Storm/Brady and Asuka is almost maxed both Pulse Effects with Storm Having my Searings and Flammable. With the D-4 giving 3 pulses per round as well it makes more sense for this account, but I have many other players testing for my own TW Info server that I run. Honestly I don’t think it’s worth it, and at ES5 all testing I’ve done Kum actually performed better with Jett than even Tigress.

Jett needs Searings. You can use Vivian with max Debilitation Effects and Jett with Max Ignition Effects. Tigress is there for the dam+ and initial jump for Ignitions (get Jett’s passive bonus maxed quickly) and Surge damage. Jett/Storm will increase Ignitions damage more because his 3 beginning of the round Ignitions are combined larger than 9 of Vivian’s 15% ones but because Jett doesn’t detonate, Vivian will always have Ignitions for her +10% to her skill attack. Jett/Vivian is a bit stronger and allows you to run Debilitations, but in a two AF march I still suggest keeping Vivian/Abad and Jett/Storm together for balance between attacking and base protection. It will be interesting to see what they do with Tigress’s replacement!

I wouldn’t go spending if it were me for an entry level. It’s only first round and Debilitations don’t wear off as fast. They last an entire round or 9 turns. They basically are almost always up. The ignitions wear off every time the stack goes, so that could be one turn or 9 turns, plus you want more up first round to charge the 10 required @ES5 to max his passive bonus that increases Ignition damage. Plus Debilitations from other gear pieces with Impact can stack, so a stack can have up to 3 from 3 Impacts on Vivian. That is more so the opponent is weakened. Let Jett have the AoS so you can ensure you get the 10 and more initial surge damage to also weaken the opponent through decimation.

its not from cpnt or from heroes - i have multiple reports vs multiple heroes from the same person all of the formation bonuses are the same - regardless of hero or types of units i have another one he is lower level tech hero and units and still has a 50% formation bonus
