Yeah technically seems Sea is good with Layla but while in long fights Rei's unit HP gives a bit more chance and as you know Rei's triggers more with missiles... While tests aproximately %10 ~15 Rei wins the comparison

On the other hand it depends on all your stats we tested without HT robots

he's not take's strength, but his level of spending. but when you literally buy everything, it doesn't take that much time to catch up. especially now when the dramatically increased the limit for buying decors - now the only thing that takes time is skills, except for that, they both has everything maxed. equipment, class tree, heroes, and now decors too, all easily buyable. after the increased the limit for decor, i believe that money is bigger limit than time - you can get lvl 7-8 decors in single event, but for Tens of thousands $. just rare skills takes time.

To stop maximo is eazy, first the army need have same power lvl, so, maximo exc7? Always put shinji or rei in first order, because if they trigger first, they will buff the other 2 heroes for next skills triggered.

Or put erinyes first, since erinyes would give extra rage points on skill trigger, good for rage heroes like seaspray or akatora alike.
