That’s the current ship HP, not the total HP of the stack. You gotta look at how many units are in the stack. I’m guessing that the back row had more units then the first row.

I put my ht in slot 5 and I do have spd attck, but his spd is higher than mine kotiya keep silencing my Maximo

For PvP battles like svs, el it's hard to create combos on the go. In wze you can try below 2 options to counter kotiya silencing when your air is in attack

1. remove atk spd chip (s) on ht and place your ht in tile 4
2. keep atk spd but don't place ht in mid row. Preferably place it in tile 2

I have learned that a big factor to be able to beat Kotiya is having more atk spd then your opponent.
I have better results just stacking ATK Spd to be able to fire first and not get silenced even if it means giving up the chip set bonuses.
This is what i currently use to get above 10%
