Easiest way to test? Attack the world boss with only Nimitz in line up. Switch only that two skill. Use only navy force (not to get complicated by explosion damage)

They can attack that power station and then attack any bases now outside of your territory, any bases still inside your territory are still off limits until they build up to where the bases are and destroy that power station/fortress.

Sorry for the late reply, but if you're a gm, you tend to have about 3 max attack perks (on average) which is 330% att, so yeah dmg decrease over attack for those with high attack stats (even weapon 10 is normally enough to switch from attack to dmg dec)

pretty sure dex work like crit and there is a math thing about bonus hit counter dex.
Base chance to evade ( without any bonus you still can dodge hit ) increased by xx % from dex,
let's say you have 10% base chance, 50% increase give you 15% chance to dodge. So it's basically impossible to reach 100% with the multiplier we got in this game, otherwise it would be way to OP, just the dex buff himself giving 50% real chance to dodge would be played in every componant settings xD
What we don't know is the base of all this numbers.

Generally speaking... Air beats Navy, Navy beats Army, and Army beats Air. Now that doesn't mean that a very strong Navy attack cannot beat Air, as it really does depend on many factors, including Hero (and their applied skills), buffs and troop level etc. But following that rule of thumb, you should, where possible, use Air to attack Navy, Navy to attack Army, and Army to attack Air.

Rockfield is good if : -Your units level is higher or equal than the enemy
- Your marchs size is equal or higher too
every units you have less than the enemy is -1% decrease damage for YOU and your passive bomb do half the damage for every average level difference ( if you have units 79 and the enemy 80 your bomb do only 11.5% damage instead of 23%, if you are 78 against 80 its 5.75% )
Villiers is usually better because you can also use her with every type of units and no marchs size/average level to look before every attack

I would say to not open 4th slot before a gem spend event, especially if you still have an open perk you can lvl right now - you can theoretically do it during the gem points rather than gem gift but i think gem gift will be earlier anyways

and you get the perk books by the gem gift event 🙂 for spending 20k and 50k you get 5 each i believe ?
or you can sometimes get them in lucky discount shop for under 500 each or if you spend during gem points event - (the one where you get 1 point per gem spent that you can further spend in its own specialised shop) they are in the special shop for 500gem value as well rather than their full

There is also a thing called perk muling btw in case you havent heard about it yet, i talked about it a bit in my hero perk video but didnt give it a separate video yet
basically you lvl the perks on a hero you dont want them on then move them to the desired hero, or you can even move them from the one you want them on to another, use his hero shards then move back, each move costs 1000gems though and there is no way that i am aware of that you can reduce it so definetly want to do it during gift/points event

If you mean the common one specifically, that gives +1 per level, the only ways to acquire them are through skill pulls in the recruits tab, and from common skill boxes (the greenish ones). You can most commonly get the boxes from island battles, or from merging skill chips. It would be a bad idea to use your skill chips for the common boxes though.

actually we took several picture of how many tickets different people need, whale and non whale, its mostly based on 5* ssr ( not sure about purple hero max perks it could count aswell ) but they changed the calculation fews weeks ago. Before you started with 4 tickets ( level 80 without 5* ssr ) and it was +3 for each ssr 5.
Now it seems they reduced the amount a ssr 5 add, but increase the base tickets by 1.
I got myself an account without 5 * ssr level 80, it currently need 5 tickets .
Some other settings enter, 3GM , 6th skills ( or equal for others class )

Exclusive level 5+ is a must, march rare, march common, DMG increase, DMG decrease…. Attack and hp are great for smaller battles but once your overall attack is 1000-1500% or higher the extra 30% isn’t doing nearly as much as 15%+ DMG

supression helps everywhere and not sure what you mean by alliance bonus - people cant reinforce you but you get bonuses from alliance tech and such
but a few things do NOT work in expedition on the other hand, such as +march size from your main tech base and short term paint buffs from katyusha for example (dont know about base skins but asume its the same for them)

yeah 5-6 seems right here.
Not for leaving, but to enter a new server you need the server leader to accept you, usually people make an account on the server and send him a message. the limit can be changed by him easily . ( its also highest CP history to avoid whale going with 20ee when they reach 300+ 🤷‍♂️ )
