One of those who transferred to 1618 ex leader sent me in last El Excel sheet where they counted everything for all players in the alliance during el

From a leadership perspective, passing out rewards when there is more active participating players then rewards is one of the hardest jobs we do, how do you pick one person over the other? How do you keep it fair, make everyone feel appreciated for their efforts? Rewards going to highest CP players & friends of leadership is just lazy leadership 🤷 there is so much more to a server then just the top 10%

i put out an initial list based on some data we collected for the skins then asked all r4s to suggest adjumstments then spent nearly 2 days adjusting before distributing

for lvl 2 skins asked leaders for each to recommend 5 ppl

then overlapped it

and distributed

while it may look like an easy decision to some members still

wouldnt be surprised if its the same in some other servers

didnt even give myself any of the skins lol
