Mods however will act upon messages that violate our rules.

If you arent happy with their response you can see there are levels of mods to escalate these concerns too but for the most part we like to keep the general chat a calm and friendly place and for these issues to be dealt with in dms outside of this ❤️

The first step to things, as Evil mentioned, is we would usually recommend blocking that person. As Evil said, if you cannot see the messages you cannot be offended or upset by the contents. Following this we would look into it as well as any further messages being sent to determine an outcome.
