I recently started the game and changing how comps work is extremely unnecessary. Where's the point in restricting the freedom of changing them to whatever players want to. I know there's optimal setups for different things, but why limit what players can use since they've already spent to obtain comps they need for optimal setups.

Everytime there is an update, why do your developers love to stick to that almost 2 seconds delay whenever you click something like collect, etc. It is so frustrating to wait. Is that delay effectreally needed? Why not make it super quick because everything should be quick. We don't have time in the world to click and watch the collect effect. Components Update: Good for newer servers for newer players learning the game and components. Without really talking to anyone, you wouldn't know what to use without trial and error. Basically they now have the information they need to begin to play.
But!!! On servers already established, we know all this and it's not beneficial to us to use in the slightest.
After a certain level, you should be able to "unlock" more components to use in your slots than be forced to just use 1 the whole time. Please give this a thought or change it back for not newer servers ❤

Many of us have spent considerable time (and money) on building up our comps. At the very least we should have an option as to which comps we would like to use and when. Restricting and updating the comps essentially makes us all start back at square one. If I have to try and now rebuild all of my components again, I’d just as soon quit this game entirely.

Developers should stop fixing what isn’t broken. The rationale behind the components update is unclear. Not unless the basis for the components update becomes clear (especially) to older servers, it would be safe to say that one of the major reason it has to be done is “money”. Again, think it through. When sending patch notes, make sure that the reason behind each update is clear. It is like selling a product where you don’t know how will you use it and yet you still chose to sell it.

The components change on the surface is good for PVP it forces you to use components that are worthless in PVE, armor buss, Damage reduction and high rate of fire is worthless , I place of armor buff allow Hit, and in the place of high rate of fire allow weapon bull, Crit Rate, or Crit damage p, and the same goes for the slot where damage reduction goes.
These changes is enough to make people to quit the game.

Please remove or tell us how to remove alliance forts that don’t belong to any active alliance. They were just built to prevent alliances from getting close to ruins during ruin battles. Also after reading other messages, I AM NOT talking about svs. I’m talking about every day playing. In my server, we have alliances build their hive next to a ruin, then put up bs alliance forts that are made up of non active alliances. Just surrounding ruins to give 1 alliance the advantage every time it comes available. This is not fair gameplay, and it takes the fun out or battling for ruins when 20km is the closest you can get to attack.

To adjust to the new components types, many players's components were lost and missing like level 9 and 10 components. In server 838, people have tried to adjust the components types but it only makes their installed components that they temporarily uninstall disappear.. Please give a reply on this matter.

Aight so I have an idea, can we get a building to take blue and Purple hero shards and universal shards and turn them into gold shards. It'll give the blue and purple hero shards a way to be useful that way you can keep a somewhat clean hero area instead of players having to see they have about 3k Widow shards they can turn those shards into gold universal/ specific hero shards. Also if y'all do this don't make the rates insane, for instance don't make it to where 20 purple or blue hero shards yield 1 gold shards have to where like 5-8 equals 1 gold universal/ specific hero (i.e. give us the option to choose what hero shards to make or craft) shards. Also yes this would include fully perked gold heroes as well. Also can Bell(army hero) get added into recruiting, like no point in having her listed as a hero if only certain people can get her. - Extend a small perimeter around ruins. In this perimiter, Alliance forts cannot be placed and any adjacent fort will have that section chunked out as if it were bordering an existing fort.
- The perimeter will be treated similarly, but not identical to cap. There's no shields within the perimeter, ever. But towers can still be built.
2a) Even better, make it just like capital perimeter, but re-enable towers in cap perimeter. - Do not allow refugee camps or radar missions to spawn within cap or ruins perimeter
- Do not allow any RSS to spawn within ruins perimeter.

Why couldn't you have done this update a few weeks ago? I wouldn't have spent the money I spent on this game as it is now. Sorry tw you are going backwards less and less gameplay, less and less is determined by the player or time in game. Too much is determined by amount spent. Hi Top War team. It seems that the recent component changes implemented are not beneficial to gameplay. The poor communication around the change did not offer adequate adjustment time or opportunity for discussion as the change was quickly implemented. From the player backlash I am sure this decision will need to be reconsidered and in the interim, possibly even quickly reversed or Top War must provide an explanation regarding the greater changes on the horizon for the game. The alternative of doing nothing will result in disgruntled players finding a new game. This change is a classic example of not only not consulting your client base but downright ignoring them. Remember that the time taken in considering the required course of action is measured in player abandonment and reduced sales. Anyone got any suggestions on a Top War alternative?

This comp change is not intuitive, helpful, or even considerate towards players. It was implemented to reduce players ability to run different comp sets [ID, AD, PvE, and PvP]. Now we can only run PvP and nothing else. This feels like a change to the game large enough to warrant charge backs. Change it back, do not mess with success, work on nightmare mode or bring odinium back, or fix svs warzone. But stay the heck out of comps cause those were perfect before this update.

Idk which of the devs thought it would be nice to have locked comps and that everyone would like it, but as you see noone likes it and it completly destroyed the game. ▪︎Request to have a play-testing server where developers could introduce proposed updates and receive feedback from the community.
This would prevent another episode of yesterday from happening again.
Perhaps make it a 4th character slot per account that players can "opt" into. Players who have opted into it will get a green "new" banner every time a new update is needed for approval. Inside this server - since it's a play testing server, it would be set up similarly to el, svs, or woo where we would have the option of moving our main base inside to test the new feature out during a 24-48 hour window allowing all time zone players a chance to join in. Once the time expires or by individual choice, commanders will be returned to their respective warzones. While inside the play test server, any changes made to their account: loadout, heroes, skills, components, etc will not remain so when they return to their warzone.
There would be designated areas on the map, half being a designated combat zone where players can port inside and attack others, but the starting zone is a neutral zone where players don't have to worry about being attacked.

Aight I'm back to ask with a more laid out plan for that shard building (ya know the one that allows you to turn blue and purple hero/universal shards into gold shards), ok so after talking about it with some friends it would have an exchange rate of 10 blues= 1 purple, 10 purple= 1 gold and the daily limit could be anywhere from let's say 25 to 50 shards daily. Also throw Bell(army hero) into recruiting rotation. Anyway hopefully this gives an idea for a decent update

- While Sandtable should have only 5 rewards, there should be unlimited attempts in order to test heroes.
- Before releasing more heroes, perhaps fix issues with existing ones. For instance, Alex skill usually launches rocket at a stack that is already gone. Making him essentially worthless. If his skill were changed to random target, it would improve his usefulness.

Release some new perks that will counter suppressions. We have Dex component for hit and dmg decrease for dmg increase. Similarly, we should also have some feature to counter unit suppression. I know that Army > AF, AF > Navy and Navy > Army but an Army user should be able to counter Navy atleast with something like a counter perk upgrade. If you really look at it from Army's perspective, we have an ability to attack only one target at a time whereas Navy attacks a row of targets and Air Force attacks a column of targets. This itself is a strategic combat advantage. On top of that having suppressions are making the matters worse for the Army. I understand this row and column attack advantage is present due to the number of Navy and Air units a person can hold in the base. However, the number of Army units does not help during battles because of suppressions and army targetting to attack only one slot at a time.. please introduce counter suppression perks.

Let me explain. A lot of people participated into this svs. Yes the big whales are important, but they will never have win without the rest of the server.
But the fact is here. On 40 gifts 39 went to the people of the same alliance. Where the biggest whales are... It's true, vip 12+ who spent already 50k into the game really needed this extra gift.
I cant blame them, the dev allow them to do it.
But like with the el, where the big alliance was earning some extra gift, this event just create tension...
The result is simple, more and more people stop to participate. A lot already planned to leave the server. Because it is too much...

Hire a UI/UX team and listen to them. This game is full of wonky and frustrating features. Daily gift: have to click to claim an utterly worthless free gift every couple minutes to get rid of the red dot. Fireworks Festival: Have to click/tap 3x to claim a firework reward after you set it off. Why? The reward is worthless anyway, why do we have to click/tap 3x to get it? Opening items in inventory: make it uniform. Why can I tap the screen to claim the rewards from most chests, but then on Red/gold/green decor chests, I have to tap the X? Or why do most chests automatically start with the quantity selector at 100% but then some only open one at a time. It should be uniform across the game, not feel like every feature and every event is handled completely different or stolen from a different game.

It's time to update the Battle Report, it's out-dated, lacks important information, and needs a complete overhaul.
New and veteran players use battle reports to see advanced details of battles, but what can we add to make the quick glance feature better? We can add an accuracy statistic, showing how hit accuracy played a role in the battle. Looking at the difference between hit% and dodge% is entirely RNG because some fights are purely lost due to happening to miss more often than regular. We can also include a simple bar graph to determine how many times a specific hero skill is triggered. Say you both have the same heroes and same skill levels, but your opponent's Preycis triggers on every attack and yours only triggers once. Without having to watch the entire playthrough, tallying hit/miss and skill procs, these simple charts would vastly improve the quick information provided by the battle report.
There is also currently a ton of missing information in the battle report's "battle buff comparison" section. For example, the attached images look like two identical copies of the same report. However, they are both very different reports. The first is an Amalia with her skill boosting all unit attack, the second is a Flora boosting all unit hp...yet neither of those "battle buffs" are being calculated.
Another detail is, the disposition of war/defense stats of the two heroes. Amalia favors war, and Flora favors defense respectively. Not only do these bonuses affect their skill power, but it also is bonus to unit attack power and health in expedition or in base defense when that hero is in the main march...yet, again, not actually shown via 3rd screenshot.
An overhaul of battle reports is needed immediately!
TL;DR These battle reports have been incomplete for long enough. Show us a complete breakdown of all the bonuses please.

I've seen it posted a few times with some unreasonable solutions or solutions that would potentially destroy smaller/Newer/unorganized servers.
Instead of destroying the alt game in SvS, banning alt creations once an SvS is announced, or the ability to attack forts during svs.
Just make Ruins similar to Capital where you can't places forts around it and you can't shield when you're in the area. This would prevent blocking of the ruin.
Also make it to were you can't spawn in items that can block spots on the map (refugee camps and radar missions) a hour before and during SvS, this would ease up the lag a bit on the servers and prevent blocking also.

I would love this feature to be included: The abilty for the two servers facing each other in svs to vote and agree on a time like the capital event (still on the same day). New server limits. I have accounts in old servers and for kicks created a new one that defaulted me to 1799 when it was a day old. I think we are maybe 3 or 4 weeks old now. Problem is old server players joining and dumping $$$. At std pace we should have some high 50s maybe a 60 or two. What we have is some high 60s and a 72. This isnt a balanced server. We can see who will hold capital for ever. We can see who will win all events. People will just leave. Put some spend controls on new servers or move people who are clearly playing with interests outside of server.

The solution of svs matching is multi tier league.. Just like football league, there is multiple league from highest to low levels..
My suggestion for top war svs is..
- pick top 16 servers into top tier championship (let's say this is gold league)
- top 17-32 servers into middle tier (silver tier), the winners of this league will get current prize of 40 permanent base skin (so all gold league match is an equal match)
- the rest of servers as FFA tier with point base.. (bronze tier)
Then..
- it's tournament style (single bracket or double bracket is ok). If single bracket, loser will be eliminated, and play odinium war for the rest of tourney, until season finished..
- Promotion and demotion system, top 4 of silver will go to gold, bottom 4 of gold will go to silver. Then 8 top bronze will go to silver, vice versa..
- Make every year has at least 2 seasons,
- every server has their hall of fame in server description, where all the achievement are recorded.

- gold and silver have same transfer limit, but transfer cost to servers in gold league is a bit higher than silvers..
- And bronze league have twice the capacity, and lower tickets cost.
- lowest tier of bronze is candidate for server merge.

Please, Please, Please change how we choose where to place towers. For us to be able to place a tower where we want we need to change our base why? Why on earth would we want to use the 1x1 base skin? Also we frequently have to use ports to go to a 2x2 spot to change back, even although we didn't move the base just changed skin. While Wide-screen support for Battles Menu looks great, it is a pain to use.

This screen has been made on a 16:9 display, I cant imagine going for battles in a 24:9 displays or even 36:9, a nightmare.

Can Rockfield be fixed to work with encirclement? Currently, if you use encirclement at all (a second or third troop type), Rockfield's special attack doesn't trigger. It basically makes Rockfield a useless hero once you get to the end of your class tree.

The calculation should be based on reached researches, skills, components, suppressions, Mastering, Decoration, Skins and Heros. ( I hope i didn't forgot something)
You can only transfer to a server if your points in this are not much higher then best player on the target server.
With this rule FTP-Players have more possible targets to change to then whale-Player.
Region replacing
Take from the top 100 Players the regions of players and spoken language and make an overview in the server description. From the zone replacing take the Points from the top 100 Players and display the max and the average. Display the number of the active players during the last 24h, 48h and last week.
With this information let the player chose where he want to go.

You can already do that. Go to the Magic Chest building in your base (the one with the box on top). Go to Index. Select the decor you want to remove. The image flips around. Click on View Details. Then push the Recycle all button. The decors will go back to the inventory.

Would be nice to get some loot OTHER than perk speed ups. Since the reworking, I have almost 1900 DAYS of speed ups LEFT after I ran out of plates. Now it seems like if there is any random chest, treasure wheel, vein miner, etc it gives out speed ups.

Give alliance leaders an organize hive button to stop the gaps that your move base to fort causes. This will help a lot trying to fit 170 members in the territory is nuts when your system puts them back in hive very random. Or make it where it will have auto assign spots for small bases and auto assign spots for the 2x2 bases. This could be such an easy fix.

making a threshold of power to port a player. or disable low leveled (talking about lv1-50) to attack high leveled ( lv70+) maybe something like scouts where you cant scout 10lv higher. its just annoying to deal with bullies who create multiple accounts just to port players. not dealing against this problem just encourage this kind of action. its also annoying cause you dont know about its main.

We have full servers but we also have a bunch of player accounts that haven't been played in over 200 days. If someone isn't playing an account for over 200 days it's probably a fair assumption that they aren't going to be coming back any time soon, and while you could pretty easily just store their account info as to what they have and where, it makes figuring out if a server actually has an active playerbase kind of hard.
I'm not asking for those accounts to be deleted; just archived and stored instead of remaining visible on the map of any given server.

In MM Tree. The Enhance Damage and ENhance attack (Tier 12) are effectively useless since Rally is rarely used. Recommend changing this to when defending a structure. Ie when we have a march in our facilities, or we have a march in a building in WoO, or PS in EL. Again, no one uses rally's for these things which means you gave MM 2 useless perks at tier 12. I thought about level related tasks for specific requests a player can make. Let's say you need 10k tech chests you fulfill a special multi level mission for it. Depending on what you request the obstacles vary. Would be much cooler than just doing sandtable or refugees each day. Maybe with a Multiplayer mode where you go together with alliance mates.

Should have mass rally where the more people in the rally, the bigger the march size is. For example 3 people 20 stacks per spot, 5 people 30 stacks per spot within the march and so on. Whoever has the strongest heroes, their stats take priority in the mass rally.
This way one single guy in a server is capable of being beat in a battle. No reason one person should be able to take on a whole alliance or a whole server by himself. The way it is now is pointless. Each person in the rally goes a round single handedly... if they can't beat them alone, then whats the point of trying to beat them in a rally? The rally should be made to level the playing field when people are acting as a team. It will promote activity.

How do you guys plan on fixing mechs? You nerfed the Weakening Tower so they don't work on offense anymore, CEs get 5th skill spot, mechs don't. CEs have profession perks, mechs don't, CEs get +20 march size increase mechs get +10. You have reduced our utility to ruin defense and EL, and even that is just for defensive towers. In order to actually battle we have to out spend CEs at a rate of nearly 2:1, and it gets worse the further down the tree everyone gets. CEs profession perks and 5th skill slot are able to be used for WZ, mech potions and towers can't be. I am a mech and VIP12 this is ridiculous, it is becoming increasingly difficult to compete. We have mass migrations on every server I look at! Everywhere is chaos people are also now stuck on emptying servers because of the broken system of needing a silly amount of tickets to transfer. Like in the past 3 months my transfer bill will equate to 61tickets!!! How is that reasonable!
I have no idea how you solve this but I have friends now scattered across 5 dying servers all mass migrating.

Hello. Im in 1772, a server that is a month old. But all the active players have settled, and there are a ton of dead bases all over the server. To the point we cant even get close to ruins, or have enough space to even place alliance forts without bumping into an inactive alliance and their forts. It would be awesome if it could be cleared a little atleast. To give us the space we need to actually enjoy the game.

I have been waiting two years to have a decent SvS match making and while at first our servers were still growing and made things more fun, these days looks like Black Widow starting mission.
My apologies for this "desperate" statement but I don't see how to approach it. I am this close to quit your game that had everything to go well in the first place if there was more consideration on some areas and enhanced tools.

2nd thing. Can we request that lvl3 resources ruin spawns more tiles. 100 is no longer enough. Even if it's something we unlock my leveling up the ruin. Eg max level ruin spawns 250 tiles. This way everyone in a maxed out alliance can get one or 2 tiles

I would like to suggest a feature where we as the players can test our setup on a World Boss or on a base that we can change their setup, let me explain...
World Boss - the world boss comes round every 8hrs, and also changes every day and alot of us have 1 or 2 decent marches (Army, Navy or Air march) so waiting 2-3 days to test our setup and only having 5 attempts is not enough, so maybe a section where we can activate a World Boss to what WE decide (Army, Navy, Air) and can attack it as many times as we want. This is purely to test different setup's.
Base - we all want to test our marches against another player's base, its the main part of the game, but alot of the time its either only on a Saturday (KE day) or SvS or EL. The only problem with that is if your not quick enough to port away, your destroyed by someone bigger so if you have a new hero, want to try a different comp setup or see how your main march is doing you get 1 or 2 chances to test and thats it, plus for you to "test" it costs you either your troops or you get hit and lose all troops. What I propose is a new section (call this section Testing Ground) where you can have 3 options, small base (3 hero, lv3 exclusive hero skills, march of 130) medium base (3 hero, lv5 exclusive skills, march of 165) and big base (3 hero, lv7 exclusive skill and march of 200) and have it so we can change the heroes defending, set the type of troop defending and let us hit it without losing everything, like Odinium where once you come out of it you get everything back.
I have alot more details on this idea so if any Mods/Devs that would like more information then please PM me (2000 limit). I feel this would benefit the game soo much, a safe place we can actually test our stuff.
This idea is NOT to give out any rewards, this is purely testing different setup or different comps on the heroes or see how we do on attacking. This is my way of letting us become stronger or give us a better idea on what to work on.

Most people, unless they are a whale, cannot reach the top 10 or 20. That's ok, that's part of the game. But when you're in the top 100, why make any effort? Between 99th and 12th there is no difference in terms of rewards. It doesn't push the players to improve, to compete. Going from 50th to 40th is not interesting.
So add more sub-ranks.
Or set up players by vip. All vip 0 together. Then 1 to 4. Then 5 to 7. Then 8 to 10. 11 to 13. 14 to 15. And then 16.
Give people interest, a desire to improve, to excel. Not to settle for the bare minimum.

I'm interested to buy one particular decor but because it's either clubbed with some other item or because I have to first buy unwanted items to get to what I want I end up not buying anything at all. Last time in finals our ruins was covered with alt against 1112 now again against 1211 with same alliance same alts. Those alts are not ready to move anywhere coming online everyday and we can't do anything to take our ruins back because we can't remember remove any fortress it's still in coming soon maybe will come in near future around 2040. Just think about it if you don't wanna give that feature then remove it from coming soon and if you are giving that feature just do it fast we don't wanna loose any big battle because of little alts 😂

With all the updates and changes being made to the game recently.. the biggest update that needs to happen is that all forts should be able to be attacked similar to EL. The attacking of a fort should be implemented asap so that all servers that cowardly circle ruins with alts and then shield endlessly... if we can burn the alliance forts clearing a path for a real strategic game play it would be great... stop changing the unnecessary items and fix what has been sitting idle for a very long time.

Alt forts are being used as a trolling tactic, in addition to strategic. Servers are then left post SVS with the inability to remove these forts, and hives are pushed around by alt forts and accounts that serve no purpose other than pettiness. Allow fort removal/burning so players that pay good money to transfer and maintain accounts on a server are not penalized by this behavior

Please, please consider the following: 1) please unlock Fiora/ Piedmont for universal purple/gold shards. Training camp event finished more than a month ago. 2) please release hero / exclusive skill shards sooner. Close the widening gap between massive spenders and those who spend say 50-100 a month, which when added up will be your bread and butter. 3) please consider adding old decor bundles as chance loot towards the exotic decor chest. Even if It is a .01% chance it would as stated above, close the gap a bit, and maybe add a bit of excitement to the decor chests which the loot needs is honestly getting a tad stale.

Hero Bonds need to be updated. Many of the heroes have been rendered obsolete by newer heroes and have no use. Having to upgrade heroes that will never be used just to get a small buff needs to be updated with different heroes or the existing heroes can be updated to make them useful. Also, it is bad enough that Premium Vouchers are primarily purple shards, but at least after 100, you get 10 gold hero shards. The same cannot be said about elite vouchers. After sometimes saving for weeks to collect 10 of them, getting all purple heroes is quite honestly infuriating. The percentages for purple heroes should at least be reduced for elite vouchers. Start adding heroes exclusive skill is the "Exclusive skill store". Bailos has been out for more than 6 months but still they haven't been added, any exclusive hero skill after aya hasn't been added.
This would be a great help for both f2p and P2P, Hopefully you guys will take action soon.

Dont know if this belongs here but there is no "balancing-request" section.
I would like a fair count of possible army, airfoce and navy units.
For example: I go for navy. with 2 docs i am able to have around 200 navy units, which i am strongest with. with 2 heros this is about 2 good marches. For army I can easily have more than 600 tanks which are 6 marches. If I get to 3 heros, it means i can have 1 and 1/3rd marches of navy what I am strong with.
While an army specialized player got a good bunch more of strong marches navy is very limited due to unit size and not enough space.
This simple difference in unit numbers makes the specialization very unbalanced and needs to be resolved in my eyes.
Ways would be adjusting the number of storable units in docs and other facilities, giving each unit type a selected space.
Would appreciate any discussion around this topic but thats a big imbalance in the game the way I see it and nothing is done to resolve that afaik. Very interested what others think of that and what your opinons are.

When sending a march at another player, can you make it where the auto fill button just puts the units type you have saved for each spot and not change your preselected heroes.

It is very unfair to people less than Vip10. We can only collect 2 tickets per month, but vip 10+ can get 2 tickets per week on top of what we get. Increase the frequency of alliance store transfer ticket cool down. 1 ticket in 15 days is death. Non vip 10s are unnecessary stuck on whale servers, they can't grow due to excess number of whales in the server so please allow more tickets to spawn in alliance store.

Adjust the duration of shields by following options.
- Don't reset shield duration if you activate another shield.
Make the shield accumulate until a max of 24 hours.
Then I would be shielded a whole day during ke. - Add more options, like 2 and 12 hr shield. I like to sleep a bit longer than 8 hours.
Ruins hit improvement
- Don't make the final hit for ruin attack the winning one for the alliance, it should be about atk power plus the times ruin has been hit, the more the better. The last hit for Ruin is a silly and unfair bingo hit.
- Make reinforcement of ruins stronger, it should take the amount of players reinforcing it, the minimum hits required to hit a ruin.

I have accidentally opened my small vit bottles and did request in-game support to revert it back. After 2 days of waiting they said it may take 10 days for the team to do the reversal. They should have informed me right away that it will take forever for them to act on it so I could have consumed the vits early on instead of waiting and losing daily vit recovers only for nothing in return in the end. Its not about heros, the hero releases and balancing is another issue. And it is also not about the rock paper scissor mechanic of unit types its a matter of how many marches of your primary focus unit type you can have and while you can have 4-6 easy with army, probably 3-5 with air force you can have 1.33 (with two docs) for navy. So that's a huge imbalance in the game.
Due to heros army has very strong heros and other types had to wait to get something as powerful as katyusha. So heros may now be more balanced then it was before.
Still anyone has some points why navy should have unit number problems over other types that is not referencing to another game mechanics like heros or rock paper scissor?

How about a hero shard exchange? I have over 1800 shards between the three blue heroes and nothing to do with them other than delete. Being able to convert to other shards at a ratio would be great!
