We have a problem on my server with people making alliances for the purpose of dropping a fortress at ruins to block people from getting close to them. This makes it very difficult to compete for the ruins and gives the offending alliance an advantage.

If you want me to be a little more specific here are a few ideas that you can take:

• Options where we can enter a free for all battle map where we can verse other servers (individually) any time of the day and just smash each other for points.

• An option where we can have Odin-like event but not against other servers but against other alliance. This will be helpful for practice and also perhaps discourage one server alliance.

• An event in the middle of the week (at a chosen time like Capital event) where Dr Evil can freely burn our bases (unless shielded) until we beat and capture him. Also added that if Dr Evil burns our bases, it shouldn't degrade any valhallas but it can degrade half of our normal troops.

• A cross server capital (and capital only) where 4 servers enter a battlefield for the sole purpose of fighting over capital. We can have small PS to be able to reach capital and silos so this will be similar to EL but to a smaller degree.

BUT ultimately, just please please please, make this game fun again. If you don't like these ideas then cool, just please do something to give us more battles.

I quite like the changed daily quest. It's a reasonable form. The reward is clearly visible, and 10 quests appear simultaneously.

However, the refresh button seems to be in a less intuitive position than before. It would be nice to clearly see that the UI of the refresh button has changed more visibility and has consumed all free recovery.

Currently you have all players competing against each other. Anyone attempting to be in the top 2000 are all Combat Elite base class players.

Revising this SvS to have Combat Elite base classes (combat elite, tactical master, grand Marshall) all compete against each other would better help this class character compete against each other.

Then the game needs to have a separate category of Warzone Exercise (SvS) that only Mechanical Master class and sub-classes (mechanical master, legendary craftsman, great scientist). This type of balance, again, would let these players compete better.

A minor change to the pairing algorithm would significantly improve the warzone aspect of the game and the overall player experience. Currently, the majority of Mechanical Master class players more than likely do not play in SvS Warzone, and if they do they cannot compete above the 3000th place mark.

I've spent $0 on these holiday events (I'm protesting the DEVs and so should you) because they are entirely RNG and cost way too much money for a reward that shouldn't cost as much. It's beyond ridiculous.

This X-mas event I was one of the many players who couldn't access the event for the first day, patch comes out and fixes the problem, but does anyone get compensated for missing a full day of the limited time event? No. I'm currently 81% on the first story with 29 Crystal Cabin vouchers. Maximizing all of my possible crafting without having spent anything and I'm still getting shafted. It's absurd.

If you're going to make a basic skin that can be upgraded please make the base tier GUARANTEED ACCESSIBLE for a free to play player who participates every day!

How to improve events for future for F2P? Take Snow Festival...every tier SHOULD contain the materials needed for Story Telling for free. The $$$ option could contain greater amounts of each. Instead it's 9 for 20... An abysmal ratio. Then the 500 points after max tier should also contain the materials needed.

Another idea, including a mercy system in place for all RNG events. Mercy system kicks in after a certain threshold of rolls without a rare instance occuring. If account doesn't have a rare by then, guarantee that on the next roll. This could be for Flippy Cards, or Arms Competition, or merging a legendary in Deep Dive, or a 24h cart in Mining Event, or getting 10 universal gold shards from elite recruitment...

I think it will be fair to add them to the treasure store so we can exchange their shards for gems. 2) Amalia is one of the best heroes in the game thanks to her boxes. Unfortunately they items that we can get from it are a little bit old and need to be improved : class item chest, gem, +1 or +2 unit choice cards, you can also add a specific decor relating to Amalia. All this instead of the tech chests and the purple shards (these items makes Amalia looks not that worth). Also an improvement of her exclusive skill (war attributes) could be helpful too 😅

The adventure board is back again I see and it's still with flaws like it was in the Halloween event. The purple starting tile should either give a reward for landing on it, or not count towards the dice count when passing it.

In it's current set up 'whenever you pass go collect $200' (monopoly idea) is great, but if you land on it, you get the same rewards when you pass it and nothing more. Maybe increase the rewards you would gain from passing it? Like an increasing +0.5x, +1x, +1.5x, etc to all the rewards you would get from it, normally and each time you land on it, increases the tier? So far have landed on it 1x this event and at least 8x on the Halloween event. Talk about a wasted roll of the dice!!

During EL you can private msg other severs/ players.
Remove or delete any inactive accounts lvl 50 below, this will help get a proper player count of each sever.

Change your match making system. Score resetting to add more diversity into match ups may sound like a good idea but you literally are adding power house servers versus a bunch of dead servers with level 30-50 level accounts.

Add key variables such as winning streak (points should work the same way) and the server overall population strength. I know you have logs for everything so I am aware of the servers you guys mark as power house and further limit their server growth with transfer limitations. So, we would much be appreciated if you actually used some of your resources to make match making better - competitive - more enjoyable. Player experience has severely been demotivating and the only "fun" events that are left to play and enjoy are being taken away by standard and basic match making criteria. One year ago I would not really make this complaint, servers are growing any match up would be fun to experience, but right now you brought new features that kill and create servers so I think you should listen the community regarding match making because it will have over time repercussions on your overall company performance and pretty much dictate your future onwards.

Just a few things I keep requesting

1. Please put at least WB on the map at the same time. The sheer fact that when you select the button on the screen for WB, it says quick search as if you have options. Fix that please with jumping to the WB automatically or put more than one on the map.

2. The changes you have made so far I am enjoying. Now work on that mass delete option for buildings on the base. When rebuilding after events, I build alot of the barracks and shipyards, but I have to select them one by one to delete. Fix that.

3. Please add more levels on the Expedition Base and Island Battle. Getting the Medals of Glory from fights paid off more than the rewards from that visual collector.

4. Clear up those clouds and allow ships to be placed on all water. If I cleared all of the land up, I expect to see nothing but water and land. I don't need the atmosphere aesthetic. The fact that the planes and ships take up so much space with the Army getting the 1x1 blocks is unbalanced to say the least.

5. Alliances should be able to trade between players at this point. This is the first game I have played like this that doesn't have trading. Work on that if you dont mind.

6. I want to lvl up to 82 since you are not getting rid of the need or use of tech boxes and R&D shards. I saw what it would look like obviously by accident on my acct and as soon as I asked about it, it was gone from my phone. Sooooo...just make it happen.

A lot of what we spend time in is fight analysis. Even at 1x, it's a constant struggle to analyze fights effectively with the amount of RNG built into the game. Out of all the logs we have, we still don't have access to accurate battle logs. I personally know it's a struggle to watch each battle again and again to determine # of hits, # of procs, normal dmg, dodge dmg, roll state (Aka, Aya, Yuu, etc)...Would it be possible to get a consolidated log of, at a minimum, starting rolls, stack #/dmg dealt, and strike type?

Postpone on the class change as I am seeing many issues with the update. Need to take more time on the class merges and see what is most valuable to a players whether they pay or not. I suggest taking 3-5 months thinking about the changes needed for the classes instead of rushing it and upsetting several players on that fact.

Lastly this current event needs more tasks and more ways to get tokens for those who don’t pay. Should give them more quests to accomplish for the rest of the 10 days so that they can 5* the new hero as well.

One thing I do notice is that you don’t make both paid and free players equal. That should change. Everyone should have the ability to get the heroes 5* without spending . Maybe put the exclusives in the exclusive skill store like they should be also.

Ok hear me me out topwar. This would by far be the best feature ever. Make a “Test room” could probably implement it into the war hall or something. You can use any gold hero you want at any lvl you choose. Any lvl skills and you can use 2hm or 3hm. You get no rewards for this at all. Just specifically a room for you to tests multiple different builds before you pay for them. This would benefit the lower spenders the most out of everyone so they can figure out where to really spend their money before they do so. And greatly reduce players spending money on the wrong things. In this test room you also get to choose what hero’s you want to fight against and also choose their skills. Yes we know we can use expedition and warzone to test builds but that’s very limited to who your opponents are and what you have for skills hero’s and comps

Problem: How to protect your Valhallas during SVS, KE etc. when your on vacation, hospital and can't login or only rarely.
Playing without Valhallas might be a solution to that, but than you just never can experience the fun other players have with special troops, also some players like to enjoy the game as PVE and Eventfarmers not as PVP Players. If suddendly you don't have time to play anymore like a dificult project startet, you don't want to waste your few month effort by not being able to shield, might be depressing. Having them conclude that such a constantly activity requiring game isn't something for them might not be the best option.

• a Vacation Mode:
  In my view there are two option how realise that.

1. Activating the Vacation Mode will log you out of the game, it can be activated once a month and you will dissapear from the Map. And therefore not be able to get attack or do anything. Maybe some Diamond cost can be also given. If you log in again you have a cooldown to make it again and you will spawn on a random location on the map again.

Disadvantage: Sometimes you have time, but only irregulary having such a mode limits you. When you could game but know that you can't activate the modus for a month you choose not to game or regret that you did.

2. Vacationmode which gives you a long shield. This way you can play, conect to Alliance Members and maybe regarding if its a normal shield also participate in PVE events.

Disadvantage: Problem people might misuse the Shield to be 24/7 bubbled and KE etc might become bubble fiesta.
--> Solution make the Diamond price high or limit the shield by giving it extra disadvantages, no daily task for example.
Personally I like the normal long shield solution just with a higher diamond price than normal shielding, more. Some servers have 24/7 War and it would be also a solution for the players who want and have nothing to do with serverwar. A vacation shield might be a good option to that.

A couple items I think would help:

1.) In settings allow for auto use of vit capsules rather then us manually using them. Same functionality can exist now when the settings option is not selected.

2.) Add an interface support to allow for deleting multiple structures at one time. Current the mechanism for selecting a building and deleting it can be annoying. It's time consuming and can sometimes be touchy.

3.) Allow for downgrading of Val units if you don't want to repair them. It's easy to acquire Vals, however it's difficult to get rid of them. Downgrading is already a loss of the resources to build the unit, so it shouldn't be an unbalanced ability to force downgrade them.

4.) Increase territory for alliances. Either consider more fortresses, or add additional territory around the fortresses. With the addition of the training camp and the golden pavilion, we're now in need of more space.

Currently if your garrison heroes are out of base, the first wave of defence heroes are chosen by the system, instead of defaulting to your secondary selected hero’s. These only take effect in the second battle wave.

Either have secondary selected hero’s work from the start if the main garrison is out OR allow us to set a secondary reserve garrison.

A few days ago, a feature was implemented on 1623 to only allow you to place certain Components in certain slots. The issue here is you force us to use 3 main PVE/WB Components in a single slot ( Hit, Crit DMG, DMG increase ). We can’t quite come up with a reason you would change the system but I’m sure you have your reasons. I’d like to offer a better solution to your idea if you’ll let me. This way PVP Comps and PVE comps can both be utilized and you can still keep your new feature.

Base transfer/ teleport.

1. Remove invite feature entirely.
2. Current system default for alliance teleport is broken and often forces us to use world teleport to accomodate other players within teritorry.

Inorder to keep everything as simple as possible and as efficient as possible, please make 3 types of teleport:

1. Random teleport: teleport anywhere randomly on the world map. ( Very useful in svs or ke as it will be cheapest option to run away). System will decide where it want to send the player, just like when someone is attacked and force teleported. Same type of teleport but without that troop loss.

2. Alliance teleport: let the players decide the exact location to teleport within alliance teritorry, no system defaults please 🙏 and no inviting etc. Invite is clutter over the screen special when we are typing something on chat and it covers the whole screen with a pop-up. This will let us organise ourselves, and no need for R4 to arrange, no need for us to use world teleport and spend more gems unnecessarily.

3. World teleport: costliest, it will let players teleport anywhere on the world map based on their choice.

According to the game design, you are always in disadvantage against navy. The game is designed the way that an alliance need all forces. Can you rework the Base Defense and how it works? With the new class tree encirclement can’t be utilized with defense other than garrison. Every march after garrison pulls the same troop type and that doesn’t utilize encirclement. Let us set the marches for each troop type so our army march can have one stack of planes and boats and navy can have one stack of tanks and planes and Air Force can have one stack of tanks and boats.

now that everyone has more marches, can you please increase the number of odinium mines in the Dimensional Mine feature? It was already hard to find them sometimes but there will be more people taking more of them now. Not like they give a ton as it is but every bit helps. On servers where the majority of players are already lv80, the gold and tech mines lose importance so without odinium, dimensional mines itself becomes an after thought.

With all these new heroes being released and with most of them having passive buffs from having a level 5+ exclusive: Please add a way to get exclusives via gems. I would love for a lucky treasury event for exclusives instead of shards, or maybe even combine it like heroes return where you can choose which you want. Events like Optimus and Pied were great to be able to get exclusives

Doing this will make people spend more in gems and the whales who want a level 7 will still need to spend to get it.

Make all hero skills available in exclusive skill store. Skill shards are expensive as well and with the frequency of new heroes it makes no sense to spend shards on outdate heroes there.

the battle report attributes are really useful. However it would be really better if you provided a summary as well.

So a summary showing the total all the attack, dmg increase, HP stats into a single stat. maybe sub divided by unit type.

After Svs the winner recieves the usal rewards, plus add afew moves(ports) to the rewards. Also winner of an Svs gets Gem tiles for 3 spawns a day for 3 days. And loser of the Svs gets gem tiles for 4 spawns x 1 day. This will help restock some moves(ports) and other things.
