Bring back SvS warzone
Add new things to alliance technology like more damage to world boss, increase march speed while inside the fort, increase gathering speed inside fort etc...
customizable alliance badge/flag. You can add or edit a logo or photo like the profile picture.
Increase chances of getting yellow shards from elite recruit or remove purple completely.
Upgradable infrastructure more storage, faster gathering speed, higher alliance points limit because they are pretty useless and nobody uses them.
Transfer application improvements like adding them to more events or stores like discount store, Legion store, expedition store, SvS store, lucky store, lower required vip to 5-8 so more people obtain them, lower required amount. These are only ideas to choose from.
Capital rewards should reset after SvS specially for the winning server.
More levels for ruins
Extra march you get from VIP. Or limited time ones in stores. 4 sometimes isn't enough
Add class perk speed ups and nameplates/gears to SvS store, expedition store, legion store.
Add new events more often we are bored from the same events over and over again and getting a new one every long while.
Make Katrina shards more accessible.
A pack or an event for all past heros for new server that you spend gems to get. It's not fair for new servers to pay to get heros that old servers got for free. Add them to SvS store, E.L store just anywhere that people can get.
Better event timing. The time events come is really bad and I know it's to make us spend more but it's really bad. Any type of gem event should always be running during events. E.L , Popstar, Gem event , SvS and now Flippy card and new hero. How can someone save a bit i mean i get the weekly always and can't make it sometimes.
Add medal room to all servers
Please add more guards with better rewards and difficulty

An option to merge hero’s will be very welcomed I suppose, many upgrade the wrong hero and now are using it for farming, an option to transfer everything to other hero will be awesome even if the hero is back to lvl 1 or even deleted. Take this in consideration.

For capital and silos, much like war fever, your march should be required to stay in the capital or silo for 10-15 seconds after taking it over. The cat and mouse game that’s constantly played is boring. This update would start creating actual battles.
Fast combat donation needs a slider. Having to click 200 times is a waste of time. If we want to sink into that tech or sink gold, we should be able to do it quickly.
Gathering marches in rigs/barns/gold mines should have the march timer match the time left in the facility. It would help to know when marches are actually set to come available.

After some long conversations and debate, my alliance and i have decided that we need to be able to use Gif’s in our alliance chat. Being the super power on your server, we have to deal with constant complaints about us being a tyrant. It would be really nice if we had the ability to send Gif’s in the game to help cut the tension in the game. Aside from that we are kinda goofy, and sometimes we have full fledged conversations here in discord using only Gif’s. Kind of a highlight of my day sometimes, so if i could use Gif’s in the game it might keep the game on my screen and not discord so much. Just think about it…..

Hello. I have a good suggestion. Can you make an event in which VIP points increase at double speed (x2) when spending money. For example, if now you spend 1€ it gives u 1 point, in that event it will give you 2 points. That will help smaller players to grow (and maybe biggest players to spend a lot). Think of it 😘🙂

Since class rework is coming and all classes will have 3 heroes, can you put an unmerge skill option? 2 heroes-player obviously merged their skills so that they can become stronger but with the addition of one more hero, we can only put a lower level skill there.

I know that you guys need money but not all players who merged their skills are spenders, it will take a lot of time for them to have another good set of skills for their 3rd hero

Please change Navy space management. Anyone can build much more tanks/planes than ships. At least change the location of the barrier between units/decorations areas in base. There is a big non used area due to lack of water decorations. At least let people use it for units. Army/AF focused players can attack few times before they lost all their units, when navy players attack is limited to 1 lose and after that there We have to rebuild ships to attack again. Dock slots decorations are just to expensive and no worth the money You want for buying it...

Simple request. Enlarge the alliance size to 200 members and add a 6th alliance building (As space is anyhow not suifficent with a highly active alliance). We face limits especially looking to EL and this will not only happen on our server 🙈

In arabic version .. we would like to be able to click the coordinates just like the english one .. we don't like to search and write the coordination everytime we want a barn or oil ..
Why not having all the tiles ( oil, corn) of level 6 been disabled at the map just like the supplies at the supply event .. we're sick of searching all the map for the fields .. it would be perfect if the taken field turns from a specific color to gray, that would make it easier and clearer for the players if the field is taken or not.
We would like to be able to sort players at the alliance members list according to specialization GM/ TM / LC/ GS ext ..

Well hear me out. This game has catered to the attacker, so much it is completely out of balance. Rate of Fire ROF has incorrect coding, along with NO meaningful defense, now the new gunslinger army hero has been released countering the defense formation upgrades. I'll explain, every knows that 140 units come rolling through your base, however even if you have same ROF, that attacker manages to take out your front row stacks you have completely no retaliation return fire, or by the 2nd hit he takes them out no more retaliation return fire, you'll be zerod loosing 750+ units to their 140 units. Old school gaming, back before computers were sitting on a home kitchen table, war engagement rules had balance. Lets talk same ROF between two players. I think balance would suggest letting the defender return fire regardless the fact the attacker took out this first 3 stacks. My suggestion would be like this explaination. Right now we have stacks 1-9 and in concession the stacks take turn #1's then #2's etc... I say that the attacker comes in and takes out my 1-3 stacks my turn is next, my next available Stack to return fire is stack #4, I return fire do some damage, next is attacker stack #2 and takes out my stacks 4-6, my turn next...my next available stack is #7, I return fire do some damage his turn next stack 3 takes out all my units, round 2 starts with a new refreshed defensive setup and it repeats. However, the attacker finally takes some damage instead if an attacker walking into a base with 140 units same ROF and not getting scratched zeroing 750 units. Doesn't make sense. Along with this the Developers new hero counters the defensive formation which allowed for this hero to now target the rear and the rear formation has a lower defensive setting, "easily zeroed out". If the rules of engagement for "same ROF vs ROF" were to be changed to a next available stack, I honestly believe a gap in out of balance warfare would be tightened to some fairness for all players.

Thanks for finally adding facilities to Alliance Log. Suggested improvement: identify the level of facility constructed. What we're trying locate are the freshest Level 6 facilities.
Additional request: setting to turn off Alliance Log red dot notification. It's way, way too much, and it always has been. I'm pretty sure almost nobody asked for and almost nobody wants red dot for Alliance Chat.

Dear Guys You took the transfer ticket mentioning eternal land, but why did you removed the transfer ticket purchase from alliance store. PLEASE consider doing away with the level 3 guards ruins and replace them with more level 3 resource ruins! resource ruins are vital for healthy server growth and half the time ends up being hogged by top alliances and starting unnecessary problems! Guard ruins become useless after hitting level 80 and no one wants them.

Hi teddy, you are doing alot of hard work 🤣 , But I have an idea. I was thinking about the equipment event last week, and I came up with the idea for a junk yard type farm. It would be like the odinium farm, and give minuscule amounts of random equipment material, with a slight chance at blue equipment or something. I don't know how you would balance it, but I think in a 12hr span, 20 white equipment would be nice. And I was thinking it can be put in the corner of the map or something, since you guys don't use the corners at the moment, I figured a junkyard off from the distant capital would be interesting, and give everyone a chance at getting more equipment, since it takes ages to even obtain a gold equipment piece. I just feel like there could be a farm dedicated to this in game. If not, make it an event of sorts, like deep sea diving. Just an idea!

2 - Alliance war in the server itself is a group event that enhances the internal competition in the server, in which the participants do not lose any forces, but the rewards depend on teamwork and the nature of the war is the team of killers, the justice team and the population team - The nature of the battle depends on the fortresses, the fortress in the justice team represents the court and in the residents team represents the house and in the assassins team represents the headquarters of the gang, the assassins team must, each team must carry out certain tasks before the specified time For example, the team of killers has to hit a certain number of residents and the court team has to take the gang buildings and arrest them by invading forts or bases . The residents team is tasked with taking the gang's buildings without losing anyone .... The writing is bad, I can speak my voice and explain well if you like the suggestions

I think it's been said enough, and we all know that the devs don't actually listen to the people filling their bank accounts, but seriously. Purple Blueprint.... Absolutely no reason to remove it. You get one per baking event, and not like that event comes around every week. So.... Only reason to remove it is to downgrade the quality of the event to force people to spend more or quit. Word to the wise, when people quit, your income decreases.

There has been enough focus on "new features" like the new hero recruit interface and alliance log (which you can see that everyone also dislikes). And on the latter, if I have the option off to display the full menu, disable the red dot in my chat display. Tired of having to check every 5 minutes when its just someone donating a single droid shard.

There have been dozens of decent requests in here that have been ignored, and instead replaced with nerfing events, and all of these UI changes that just annoy people. Listen to people and be helpful.

If tile hits are so frowned upon and the amount of vit is ridiculous, then shouldn't the reward be much greater. For example a tile hit you should receive 80-90% of what was farmed. If not they should just remove attacking tiles from the game completely.

Hello TW family, I have a request to make. I am excited for new hero’s I think it’s great that they get better and better, but here is my issue. Not everyone has deep pockets, and I get this is a pay to win game, but it’s also an escape for many people to enjoy both a game and a community. Which this game has become with the help of Discord, Mods, Developers, and regular gamers both young and old. Now for us to keep up with this game we all want to be able to not only get the newest hero’s for our class but to also start having fun with it. Some will pay while others go for the long hall, like myself and others just can’t afford it at all and take much longer or never get them. Here is my suggestion and it probably will be pass up, but here I go. Can you make it easier to obtain GS (gold shards) for all these new gold hero’s? I have Amalia and she’s 5 stars and level 5 skill. I get about 35 chest a day, and as for weekly I get MAYBE 17 to 18 GS per week. If nothing else can you at least double the drop rate on this hero? If you do I’m sure many will buy her and many will up the skills. It’s by no means going to get a single hero to 5 stars in a month, but it’s going to help a lot and help the little guys enjoy the new hero’s faster than waiting months to get them to 5 stars AND if they are even able to, perk them up too. I just feel with the money I’ve put in Amalia 18 GS per week isn’t enough. Anyways hopefully you’ll take this into consideration if not it’s okay I at least tried to help our TW community and that’s all that matters. 😊 thank you 🙏

Open the water area past the roped off point.
Remove the clouds once the land is opened in its entirety. It covers portion of the land on each side.
Update the ability to landscape the view.
Remove the scrolling queue for the Story Quest and make it just a button.
Remove the visual landscape designs, i.e. mountains and water, once an alliance fortress has been built. They block the ability for large alliances to get the use of all of their fortress buffs and so no purpose within the alliance. There are too many bodies of water and mountains all over the map to allow for proper spacing.
Create a button to open and close down the bag, mail and other items on that portion of the screen. (Similar to the gear used for the Alliance ranking, map, and activities buttons).

Just noticed this channel was here. So here it goes.
So Ive been playing this game for over a year now and one of the things I like to do is test my marches on other players marches. Head to head. On tiles, in a silo, in a ruin etc. Tiles being the main source of a mutual battleground. Id like to see a spot where players can go to test out marches against others without having to be disturbed by an event, or a ruin war, or without having to spend 300 vitality because the amount of vitality needed to hit tiles went up. Maybe make these locations in no mans land? Maybe just a building we can put a march in and have another player hit. Not saying take out the 5 vitality to attack but yeah. I think you guys can pick up what Im laying down. 😊😊

We need a server transfer LIMIT in place preferably of 100 servers with a 2 month cool down its completely unfair to ViP 9-13 players when a player from servers 800 and under just join a server and dominate without spending much to any money at all just because they have been around ALOT LONGER and have way higher masteries-formations-hero’s-maxed skill tree. Like I want to keep spending and keep growing but no point of a F2P player from 1-2 years ago joins and destroys everything when ever they want like seriously? Please reconsider better svs matchmaking. Many servers are complaining. You should consider a fact that some powerful accounts are inactive already but still counts to the overall strength of a server, and is not good. Please rehash the algorithms. Expand cap on lvls to 100, at lvl 100 we can upgrade super weapons faculty to ultimate weapon facility to create ultimate Valhalla’s, all of which require upgraded Odin (this can be crafted in craft centre out of- 400 odinium, 1k oil, 1k food. This makes 200 upgraded Odinium). These new Val’s will be triple the hp and attack of the normal ones. Also give more buffs like- 200% gathering increase, 300% crit damage. Make them super troops

Hello Topwar community. I came up with an idea of better svs rewards. It will increase gameplay and make it more fun.
There should be smth like seasons , 3month each season ( winter spring summer and autumn) , after each season each server based on rank would get rewards Fe.
1st place 150k gems 100k odinium 300shards
2nd 75k gems 50kOdinium 150shards
3rd 40k gems 30k Odinium 80hards
4-10th 25k gems 20k odinium 45shards
11-50th 20k gems 15k odinium 35 shards
51-100th 10k gems 7.5k odinium 20 shards
101-500th 5k gems 3k odinium 10shards

Make so r5 can move members bases around inside hive so it's easier to organize. With the current alliance invite to hive making the space fill up so bad.
Have a reminder to leader to choose time for supply for example, like me that are forgetting it. Would help very much.

Please make it possible for the LCs to build lvl 6 facilities that give stones and ore. If you are on a server where you have a trash top alliance that doesn't share the rss, this will allow alliances that have those mechs to build lvl 6 farms, gold and petrol that gives stones. Also, allow for those to be capable of 2 builds each, like that lvl 4/5 towers are. Thanksssssss smart

On ruins, we need some updates. Guard ruins are essentially worthless after the first two months a server is open. Please (1) either allow replacement of guard ruins with rss ruins, or (2) update rewards dropped by the guards to equipment mats.

I have a question/ request. Can you add the option, that players can trade with each other? What did I mean: I mean that players can trade something like the gold boxes or the tech boxes. Also I think that it’s a good option if we can trade the hero shards. That can help, that some of the small guys can grow better/ faster. Also the bigger guys can use some of there stuff, which they didn’t need anymore.
I hope that it is possible to add it.

Hello i got a nice suggestion for you guys! There is a green (4h), blue (8h) and a purple one (24h) shield, why not add a golden 7 days shield for 500+ gems? I mean it would be good when peoples go on holiday etc so they can shield. Or for peoples who are working everyday in real life. I mean, its sad to see how they loose 6 months of hard grind just for 250 valhallas because they couldnt log in... its just a nice suggestion, and i got one more!what about again a new event like paint event where you can get again a free small base skin! And a new level release, like till lvl85 or 90 etc, i mean it would be good because alot peoples quit the game when they reach level 80 and it would be a challenge for everyone :) just get sure only one level up per week is possible so it will stay fair!

Could r5 get a different colour text from normal alliance members please? maybe pale green? It makes it much easier to see who's the r5 and for them to stand out more when giving instructions. Obviously the r5 that's server leader keeps the current colour for that. (I'm r3, and just find it much easier when my r5 is server leader to spot his messages when its busy like during SVS)

The auto buy vit using gems is drying me up. Accidentally and mistakenly clicking the Buy using 500 gems is really annoying...

Is there a way to put a "Wait, are you sure you wanna spend 500 gems for 50 vit?! Cause this is a rip off." 🤔🤦🏻‍♀️

ok devs i have tested an event i created and has turned out to be mental. and financialy its a no brainer and entertainment value is through the roof . once a month on ke or instead of kill event have the purge no server rules shields disabled for 24 hrs , if u get hit and dont want to taake part then simple dont repair until the end . people would be going mental buuying repairs speedup teleports odinium gems +1 marchs ect ect it would not only be financaily amazing for top war but also would be an event every month every player would be looking forward to and it would also help sort out server issues between solo players to alliances. have a think about it trust me its fkin genius.

Its already super annoying the amount of people who build loads of Valhalla and then just hide under shields and never take part in anything for fear of losing them. Plus 250 Valhalla massively increases cp which throws off the match making. If people aren't strong enough to protect their Valhalla they should not train that many. Most people who take part in ke and SVS don't have Valhalla or just 2 or 3 slots at most. You can get a base skin in Gacha events but you need to save a lot of gems. Tell you what be cool though, if they made it so you could port in svs while your troops were in the safe buildings so people could save Valhalla and still take part.

Can you make it possible to just delete dead Valhalla troops? For none whales they are completely pointless to build. When they die, they are so expensive to repair!
If you don't have odinium they sit in your repair factory, costing you the space they occupy so more of your regular troops get red spanner.

• Allow us to EXCHANGE millions of TECH BOXES and RnD PLANS IN ITEM EXCHANGE STORE, cause they are just sitting in our inventory collecting dust.

• And those thousands of BLUE SHARDS. I know we can exchange the blue shards on EL but we still have lots.

• Bring back BONFIRE EVENT. We want to burn all these Cedars! 🔥

• Maximize the DECO ISLAND and allow us to place some boats in there. Please 🙏🏻

• Remove or lessen the percentage of getting purple heroes and purple shards in ELITE RECRUITS.

• Give the server R5 (or thru voting) permission to CHOOSE TIME FOR SILO. Don't you have any idea how hard for Eastern players to play a major event at 9am on weekdays?

Allow some kind of battle ground in the map where different alliances can go and battle it out, 1 on 1 to trade points for kill events, test hits, etc without changing the cost of vit. Having to spend 50 vit per hit because you're hitting a farm tile is ridiculous.

Hi,
Since the Freedom League is at War with the Dark Legion, wouldn't be cool if the game released an Event where the players choose a side to fight? (This could be between the whole server).
Like a mini svs but not against another server (half of the server goes to the Freedom League and the other half goes to the Dark Legion) where the players of each team (Freedom League and Dark Legion) fight each other for the Control. If soo, to this event would be great if you added Villains (what I mean is the Dark Legion Heros) for the players that choose the Dark Legion Team or give them different Benefits...

I'm giving this idea because, reading the heros Description seems like that TopWar is more than Just killing Dark Forces... I don't know how to explain but by the heros description seems to be more Action and adventure.

Total Base DMG Output (w/o Hero triggers) for each March.

Similar to the attached imaged. The values change as you change/add/remove troops, activate base buffs, change comps etc. This gives players a visible dmg value (less hero trigger dmg) for each march without having to attack a player (pvp dmg), wb, or sand table.

Please stop giving away random blueprints for purple equipment. Give us a chest where we can choose which one we want. They are so rare and it's no fun getting the same twice.

If you have Diana in a march the required VIT to march toward a target should be what it costs with her, not the full amount.

For example, if I have 8 VIT and I want to run a rally with Diana it should take my 8 VIT and allow the rally.

It should not tell me that I don’t have enough VIT.

Please put the gold decor at the bottom of the list for the decor tab. For those who have extra gold decor that can't be merged or have completed decor packs that they don't want to display there is sometimes a lot to scroll through to get to the decor that you merge more frequently such as gray, green, blue, purple. Having the decor shown in reverse rarity would be ideal Gray first then green then blue then purple then orange.

Better teamworking dynamics, make it so each type of class brings something extra to a rally, I have a bunch of suggestions on ways each class could add something
Crit stat, if I have 110% crit rate, why is every hit not a crit when the opposition doesn't have any resistances at all, WB for example, please fix this so it's represitive of the actual crit rate.
Ability for a team leader in an event to mark buildings or targets.
Increase rally sizes, can't get more than 1 other in a normal rally as it is due to march sizes, either just increase on the level somebody is and or increase the effect from alliance tech or add new levels.
Increaee unit size held in forts in ally defence.

Please make an event once every two months to trade in like 5 purple shards into 1 gold shard or something. After a while they just become pointless. Allow unlimited trades in this event. That way people can get more gold shards, and start to upgrade their gold hero’s, and can actually benefit y’all for people to buy gold shards when they are close to maxing out hero’s and their perks. Make odium mines on world map pay out a little better.. 8 hours for 400 odium is a bit extreme considering there's other things to mine and gather or fight.. like if it was doubled then odium units could be a little more utilized takes a month to build the resource up enough for one full march and can be wiped out and then back to rebuild forever.

Can you please consider an enhancement where we can buy server transfer tickets (for real money in the store) on behalf of other players on the server (and they are then able to accept them as a gift if they want to accept them). We have some players who are collecting to try and move but struggling to collect enough of them. This enhancement seems to have no losers. The players who want to transfer are able to get their transfer tickets more quickly, top war gets extra sales in your store, and everyone seems to be happier. And people only accept the gift transfer tickets if they want to accept them. Thanks in advance

Hello, I joined this game almost a year ago, the feeling is that valhalla made this game less fun, ppl will just avoid KE or Svs afraid to loose the precious units. Let us donate r&d and tech in alliance, like a bank where low lvl can take it giving to donators alliance points.

When people kill DF add a gift to alliance like when wh got killed.

Make a ranking reward for alliance donations, daily or weekly.

Add new skills in alliance, increasing gathering speed, vit recovery and materials production

Make possible to spend the tokens we get farming,etc. Let the alliance make a big gem spot farm like r&d,oil and food. Also you can let the leader use that points to donate in alliance tech

Navigating through the base is hard when we have filled it with troops. When we swipe the screen it is going to merge the troops. Since after certain level we get to clear out the other side of the island, all the decors and buildings are placed there. Each time you want to navigate to other side, it is not easy unless you have a barren space.

More utility heros.... Some possibilities I think we would be interested in seeing:

Bonus to dimensional mining
Dedicated resource gathering (oil, food or oil bonus)
Increased strength for expedition (possibly when you guys expand on expeditions)
Increased gold production
Increased R&D drops from DFs
increased chance to damage units when defending or attacking.
Increased gems during mining at level 6 RSS tiles.
Increased damage vs WB and droids.
Faster convoy speed during air resupply event.
Increased member limit for Rallies and Mass Rallies.
Rally march speed increase.

This would break up the repetitive release of damage boosting heros, bringing enhancements to new areas.

Allow ruins to be interchangeable. For example, if I’m holding a lvl 1 ruin, I can change it to atk+, gathering increase, etc without having to drop the current ruin to conquer another. This also allows weaker alliances to benefit from ruin rewards.

there will be great if these feature are available: 1) remove stars from a hero and get shards back to inventory bag. 2) adjust suppress to me modify based on commander style , for example apply damage and defense on any unit for any unit ,, ( army msg increase on navy or army instead of air .. ) war always about strategy .. and on this way commander can sit their own strategy to surprise enemy .

This new transfer system is awful, i found a server I wanted to transfer too, collected all the tickets and made the decision to go to the server as soon as transfers open back up. Now I can't transfer to the server as we're not longer in the same bracket? This is not helpful at all, give us back open server transfers or run the risk of losing paying players.

New transfer rules create an unfair advantage for the servers who have already transfers from older servers. You should make those players who transferred from older servers transfer back to a server that matches their age and/or allow us to get transfers from older servers as well.

I dont think limiting people where they can transfer prolongs the game, and I expect this to cause more people to quit killing off older servers... Is that the plan? I see why protect the younger servers. But there are some servers in group B that can go toe to toe with servers in group C. I dont see why you are changing it. A better reason why would make sense. But you guys arent known for telling us why. We asked to make it easier to transfer not harder.... Great job topwars. This wouldnt be to much an issue if it was already like this. But no... you mess up whatever plans people have to transfer.

I believe that players should be able to delete units sitting in their repair bay if they choose to. Whether they are repairing or not. I would imagine this to work very similar to deleting units in the garages etc.

I’ve been waiting months to transfer from a now unplayable server because of a merge. I can no longer do so. This new system will prevent so many people from having hope and opportunity of finding a community they love to hang out in while maintaining an account and strength they’ve worked for. Waiting the 120 days for servers to open was a fair and reasonable way to maintain balance. If this doesn’t change, I will not continue playing. I’m sure I’m not the only one.

First let me say I’m not a f2p, I’m vip11 on my way to 12. However I think we need more events for f2p’s to get base skins and march queue’s. You guys make plenty of money off the ads that the f2p’s watch for gems. Give them more opportunities to get base skins and March queues. They get disheartened seeing us p2p’s with all the base skins and whatever march queue we find the coolest looking. Giving them more stuff like the pavilion base, and the Selina march queue helps keep them interested and playing. Also, look at it as keeping you p2p’s happy. I’d go so far as to say almost every p2p has at least a few f2p friends in their alliance, who’s company they enjoy. Personally I can say it’s 100% true for me. Please give them more opportunities to earn things either through watching ads(to make you money) or through completing tasks.

Please reconsider the updates to the server transfer system. The change will cause more problems than it will solve, on top of upsetting hundreds or thousands of players who have been saving to transfer. I personally know of at least 3 players who have moved from a server that is in "Range B" into a server that is in "Range A." These players can now theoretically remain in "Range A" indefinitely simply by transferring to a newer server before the one they are in goes into the next range. This does not solve the issue of large players moving accounts to new servers and causing problems, it just makes it impossible for friends to play together across different servers.

It would be nice if we could have everyone's VIT limit increased. At the current rate with radar, daily missions and the new events that require killing dark-forces or throbs now it's becoming impossible to do these events.

There are too many things going on and not enough vit. I'm vip 10 and have 215 vit with decor and i have a difficult time even doing half of these. I can only imagine what lower vip players are going through.

If everyone's base vit limit can be raised by 50 that would help many out with these mainly vit based events

I would like to provide my feedback on the new transfer update. I am extremely displeased with it. Most of my alliance is now left behind in my old server and will never be able to join the few of us that made it over to our new home. They are now trapped within a server that was forced to merge with an Asia region server creating the need to transfer out in the first place. The competitive advantage of merging an Asia server with US server should not have happened in the first place. I know money is all that’s important vs player retention but honestly I think this is the nail in the coffin for me. No longer able to play with my community of friends. Making an alt is not an acceptable solution

Transfer restrictions should be eased, NOT INCREASED!!! Player feedback for months and months has been to allow players to transfer more freely. Players did not want this transfer update and many will quit because they have been cut off from their new servers they were planning to transfer to. In our case, we have 60+ players that were wanting to transfer that are now blocked from coming to our server. Limiting the transfer range will just encourage more players to quit.

Awesome change to transfers it was NOT. I have 6 players with me who all planned to move to a server where the players were more our size. Not server in our age group. Now we have spent $$$ to get transfer tickets. I brought 6 myself. These are now useless. I cannot got anywhere to enhance my in game experience I can only go to same rubbish with different leadership. All transfer tickets should be refunded immediately and allow those who wish to still transfer to buy as many as they like.

Topwar wants to prioritize server transfers instead of merges, so players have no hope in a server merge and go scouting other servers for weeks/months while they save up tickets. We have 5 more wanting to come and now they have to wait almost 2 months to possibly come. That is crap. I have been gathering tickets and getting ready to transfer for 3.5 months. I have made an alt on the server I want to transfer to and have made friends there. Friends from my server have transferred to that server. Now that I finally have enough tickets you decide to tell me that I cannot transfer there now. No warning or chance to go where I want like so many others have. Updates take time so you knew this was coming but neglected to give us fair warning it was coming. At the very least let those that had planned to transfer go where they want before you shut everything down.

instead of making transfers based on server age...why not say you are limited to transferring to servers where your CP is no higher than the average of the top 3-5 or even top 10 players in the new server. Not all servers of certain age have had the same growth rates among their players so while the limitations based on age is understandable it doesn't solve the problem that it was intended to solve. The bad actors will still find servers to abuse their strength in. Doing it based on average CP of the top X players in a server will help someone coming into a server and beating everyone so they can feel superior. Having players of comparable strength will at least give that server some stability since 1 player wont be able to run them over.

and to prevent a group of bad actors taking over a server, instead of player count limit, you can limit transfers to a server by total CP % added per week or per 15 days.

I’ve spent some time today trying to see both sides of the new transfer system. There aren’t two sides. Every single player that I’ve spoken with is angry, including the ones with no intentions of transfers currently. This is the worst game choice that Top War has implemented. I’ve seen your google play and Apple store ratings go down. Everyone is angry and disappointed. We have built friendships that go far beyond whether someone is f2p or vip 16. This needs to be fixed or the game and community we have all come to love, will not be the same. I am disappointed and waiting for a resolution that fixes this very obvious mistake.

Try this idea next event. Combine the flippy card event with gem spend. These 2 are very popular that I reckon a win-win for devs and players as more gem spend and more cash in will be spent. Server is dried out of gems, therefore more $$$ spending for buying gems , players are happy with rewards they get and more income generated by the server through gem spends for devs, what a brilliant idea

In regards to the transfer system: I understand that the old system wasn't the best way to do things, but promising to open transfers from the "Old" servers into the "New" servers and then creating arbitrary time restrictions doesn't deliver on that promise. Transfers, in my understanding, should cut down on the need to merge servers, and should give incentive for people in dying or toxic servers to keep playing long enough to get to playing with friends on other servers. Make tickets more readily available or the number required lower. Maybe let server leaders set a transfer option to "Application" with needing to approve the application for the person to transfer to that server. Making small tweaks to the system that was already in place would leave a lot more people far happier with the game. Further restricting a system that most people already thought needed to be expanded isn't going to solve the problem, just cause more people to stop playing and spending accounts to go dormant.

Ok here I will fix your transfer bracket. New servers can transfer to any server, but must remain on their new server for 30 days. Range C servers can only transfer to other range C servers or range B server. If transferring to Range B from Range C, must be on the new server for 30 days and transfer ticket requirement increases 10 tickets. Range C can’t transfer to range A or new server until in range b server for 120 days without incident. Range b can transfer to an A and follow Range C to B rules. Range b can also transfer to C. Range b can’t transfer to new servers. Range A can transfer anywhere.

So many servers are frantically sending merge requests. Some of them even found servers they want to merge with. Why don't you offer a page where they can enter the server numbers and you merge them immediately. It would save you a lot of time. Restrictions on the time of existence of the servers should apply, of course.

Alternatively you could allow a whole alliance to transfer to another server. If the server leader and the alliance leader both agree on the transfer this should be made possible. And the alliance should be allowed to take the alliance structures with them. Each alliance member can choose if they want to transfer or not, of course. You can still sell a lot of transfer tickets.

Also you should make it possible for players who have not reached level 80 to transfer to another server. Just reduce the amount of tickets for them. Maybe start offering transfers when someone reaches level 70 or 75.

All this could bring new life to those dying servers.

The Halloween event is too much of a gamble if you are going to obtain enough candles get the skin. Top War is having less and less events for thr f2p and mild to moderate spenders. I feel personally that these events are being less and less worth it. There has to be a way to earn more candles than just throbs and gambling it on a game board. Maybe there should be a limit increase on how many we can obtain on the throbs, or more candles during ordinary missions. I'm sure the game has had enough player I sight from surveys taken or complaints to know this is a step in the wrong direction.

Please move the silo back to corners. Keeping them all near to capital promots individual contribution over team effort.
When they are away from each other, then a better coordination is required.
It also makes players choose a alliance fort position to be scattered over the capital. Currently most of the alliances try to get close to capital only. The balance of df over different lvl accross the map is also messed/not distributed

But how you gonna do match ups for events like svs and el. Doesn’t make sense how a server 1000-1118 can recruit 600 server players n servers 1150 recruit can only up. Then they get paired for el or svs. They’d get smoked. How is that fair? Also will there be a grace period for transfers to come that has already spent hundreds to transferred then yall closed the doors on them?

I have people in a completely different server cause of your decision in a merge that killed the game for my people. Now you destroyed our last hope for fun in this game. We were in the process of transferring and now everyone is stuck separated from each other. My alliance was in the process of transfer, we have been dispersed in several servers, which with the update, will not allow us to stay together. It is one thing to limit the throb joining reward to 50 but it is another thing to actually lower the chances of getting the vouchers. Please consider changing the probabilities. Best case scenario is 50%-50% considering only two possible rewards. So at the current rate, the probability set at 0.01% voucher is to 99.99% gold box (?). Most of my rallies even gave me gold box, which a level 80 in an old server does not necessarily need. The throb event before gives more voucher for every few rallies. There's clearly a huge adjustment made by the developers. Another thing, if you are to limit the auto join, why not create a counter like those of the warhammer and perhaps treasure guard? This will avoid any gray areas for players.

I am leader of alliance with 160+ members, all are from Asia with 95% from India in IST timezone.
We all are stuck in server where everyone else is from Japan, we decided to move out together n started collecting ticket for transfer. Now please help these people to move.. as already 5 lvl80s have been offline for 3 weeks n text me on whatsapp, just to tell them when we are able to get out of server they will play again.
Others are now very less active and losing interest.
Now with new rules, I can't play along n they won't come back. I feel really bad for working in something for 5+ months and now everything is shattered.
We were already in pain now losing people is very sad n unhealthy. Plus you guys demand so much money to compete, half population in alliance is already demotivated.
Not sure how your game works, but hope you looking to give better experience to players, not spoiling there time being here.

I have seen that people are angry with transfer….. I personally fine with my very own server. It’s just that ‘come on make your customers happy man’ 🤦‍♂️

I just start to notice every time of new events you, developers, seem do actually knew, KNEW you get angry people filling up your bowl unstoppable (this discord) and let this happened anyways? I guess, my philosophy, you do this just to see your customer response to this so you guys can adjust it? I dunno but don’t do that man…….

By the way I really love that Halloween event so much! It’s just that again with ‘come on’ upon those lack of drop or like Halloween Candle that give drop of 100 candies are 1.00 percent even it’s awesome idea……….. I understand it’s given 100 candies but again not good for F2P players it would be making sense if it’s like 3 to 7 percents…….. also about that Midnight Castle are so awesome!! This event seems wholly and entirely pointless. It's like making whales jump through hoops to get a less than average skin and making players who are f2p or small fish into wishful thinkers hoping they had a chance at getting the skin or even the decor box at least. Further supported by the error of communication from the dev, it's a shockingly poor event. Hope they do a feedback survey because I plan to give them a dissertation worth to read through. The very least I can do 😉

Based on the overall reaction to the group system for transfers, that then led to the impossible f2p Halloween event skin - I think it's safe to say that some things need to be rethought out. Only addressing the transfer fiasco, from an economic view I believe that returning customers (players) may be one of the most important assets for mobile games, as they offer free advertising as well as paying for in-game items. I'm not saying that you are going to lose out on everything because I'm pretty confident you're raking in cash regardless, but what I am saying is that if you continue to restrict transfers, you will be missing out on free advertisement that you get in the form of friends inviting their friends to play, and their friends doing the same to others and so on and so forth. Open the transfer system inter-servers to promote better in-game relationships even for a short time period. Otherwise, if friends require to wait a few months or a year to get the option to transfer into a server they may not be willing to wait and will move onto another mobile game. After all, it's not like this game concept is completely unique

Allow us to attack forts of dead alliances, or have the system remove them after they have been inactive for a given amount of time. On 1257 there are forts that were placed around ruins, and then alliance abandoned. No one claims the accounts, no one has been on in the alliances, and they just clog up space on the map.

Here’s another idea amongst the 300 other good ideas 👆🏼.
The island battle, where you select easy, medium, hard. Those buffs in there, if they attributed your skills OUTSIDE the island battle for the 48 hours and then got reset every second day. Right now those buffs only account for the battles inside the island battle. Those buffs only help the new players and we all know you focus your game on the big players and spenders. Would be a fun spin on the very boring island battle daily event…

I was hoping to wake up to a game mail saying y’all had reconsidered the transfer system and were moving it back to the way it was while you brainstormed a new idea. That didn’t happen. I was hoping to not wake up to friends that I’ve played with for over a year leaving me messages on discord saying that this new transfer rule was the last straw and they are quitting. That didn’t happen. Y’all have been completely silent. Letting your discord mods take all the heat for this decision, while you refuse to address or change something that is easy to change, even if temporarily. Listen to your customers, the ones who have supported you (in all the ways) and are begging you to reconsider before walking away. Bring the old transfer system back. Consider implementing something truly easier and less costly like Top War promised. Let servers decide how they are going to handle incoming transfers (as allowed with the old system). Not all servers are the same. What is the same, is the thousands of people losing hope that they will every be able to love this game if they can’t do so in the servers with the people they’ve met and grown to love.

Offer a platform that your users can Buy and Sell their accounts. For users who have invested heavily into your game, at least help them get some value back when they want to step away from the game. Plus it gives new players a chance to just get an already built account. Top war should provide the platform and get a service fee for making the transaction possible. whales are quitting regularly providing them a way to exit with some value could go a long way for the community. Plus topwar gets a cut so win win.

It’s hard enough to get the tickets from the rallies, as they aren’t guaranteed, but it’s pretty much impossible without extreme luck from the pumpkin chests. You expect people to get lucky from these chests at least 5 times with a 1% chance?? Should’ve made it at least 10%. Ridiculous, y’all should change this or not falsely advertise it as an option for these players.

Between the Halloween event and the new broken transfer system, we need to MESSAGE THE IN GAME SUPPORT as much as possible. I've typed up an easy copy paste that anyone is free to use to help convey the problem. At least one of the many problems the new transfer system has created.

"The new transfer system that is being proposed is broken. Our friends from other servers can no longer join us, after months of saving transfer tickets and planning. Other servers in our battle group, that are only a few weeks or months older than us, have had transfers from other servers. Our last SvS match, for example, had multiple people that had transfered in. The fight was tough, but we won. Now, however, we do not get the benefit of that same advantage. You are forcing us to face servers which allowed transfers for a long time and took away our ability to do the same. You've separated friends, taken away strategy, weakened us, and prevented us from sharing a strong, active community. Please do not make the change to the transfer system that you have proposed be implemented."

There should be an all time troop kill counter on someone’s profile that all players can see. There should be more rankings in the server than just CP, for ex, kills, gathering, alliance help

remove/lower the two weeks waiting time in Alliance store

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large!

I am NOT going to pay for the transfer tickets! I can tell you that. For that amount of money, I could have a couple of new castle skins. Which I can’t get anyways because they would increase my transfer ticket requirements.

You can fix it really easy, just give us more opportunities to get candles, like no limit with babumps tickets and no limit of 50 rewards, 3 candles for sure in each rally... Please, do it. I really recommend you to do so, you will make people happier, trust me

I understand you, you want to earn money, but it is important to support small players because one day they might spend money, they won't do if they quit..

I really don't mind spender exclusive events at all but i think atleast the once in a while events should be a little f2p friendly.

In this event, like players have no choice, if they want the skin. They have to spend. There is not a chance that you can get the skin as f2p. Absolute no chance, even if there are chances then they are even lower than the drop rate devs set for candles from pumpkins.

Other than that, I think Devs should divert their attention a little more to the discord chat, where people express their discontent with the features/events in game. If even some of it was heard, The game would be a better place to spend time in.

I believe they are alliances you have to apply to. They do not have open join. I just checked and they are closed, and have lvl 79 min. There isn't a way to join without and active member.

Please consider a "grace period" (like you did when you announced EL on us) for transfers.

You should allow a window for players in different server ranges to transfer because some have been scouting a server for MONTHS to make sure their new home was the right one for them.

Then, out of the blue, you decide to announce a merger on their dead server with yet another dead server and not allow them to finally come home?!

These changes are going to cause these players -who would spend on tickets to come home- to quit. Months of work for them for nothing.

Please allow a "window" or "grace period" for them to buy their tickets and transfer ASAP, regardless of mergers and server range.

Broke group transfers - why did you not advise these RESTRICTIONS (not making easier to transfer as you falsely advertised) were going to take place?
How are you helping to fix this major fiasco before you continue giving us reasons to stop playing? Separating us from our friends is a dealbreaker for most of us, and we are talking about HUNDREDS of affected players.

Compensation will not fix it.

make transfer tickets available in Legion or Expedition or Island store
remove/lower the two weeks waiting time in Alliance store

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large!

I am NOT going to pay for the transfer tickets! I can tell you that. For that amount of money, I could have a couple of new castle skins. Which I can’t get anyways because they would increase my transfer ticket requirements.

REMOVE THE 50 LIMITED PARTICIPATION ON THROBS to get the vouchers in trade for candles for the Halloween Event, also the Maximum of REDEEMING 50 CANDLES for the whole event.

I don't have money but I always play the game. There's no way to get the "FREE" BASE SKIN because there's no other way to get Lollipops without spending.

Have you ever consider that if you make things cheaper to buy more people would spend more for example if bases skins costs 100 € even midium or low spends would spend easier money to get a base skin and that goes to everything.. So many comments and feedback here about transfers, which all said 1. Make it easier to see how your ticket allocation is worked out and 2. Make it easier to get the tickets. You suspend the system for a few weeks, and then you introduce the “block” system, which places additional restrictions on transfer, but doesn’t address the previous issues 🤦🏻‍♂️ c’mon rivergame, this is not good. Oh and also, the halloween event sucks

You should allow a window for players in different server ranges to transfer because some have been scouting a server for MONTHS to make sure their new home was the right one for them.

Then, out of the blue, you decide to announce a merger on their dead server with yet another dead server and not allow them to finally come home?!

These changes are going to cause these players -who would spend on tickets to come home- to quit. Months of work for them for nothing.

Please allow a "window" or "grace period" for them to buy their tickets and transfer ASAP, regardless of mergers and server range.

As you can see the new transfer system arrangement isn’t working out as well as you and we all hoped it might. Switching back for two weeks while beta testing corrections to the modified setup might be the best option here. As we now are all getting used to all of the new adjustments of the transfer system, i have a suggestion. I do actually understand the reasoning behind the new system and how it is intended to provide some balance to the newer servers and preventing a larger player going in and tipping the balance to for in one direction.
The problem is it also effects the players that are middle of the road level 80.
I would like to request that you also give servers the ability to over ride the new restrictions a VERY LIMITED amount of times per a set time period. Example: a server may allow a player from a server outside their group up to 3 time every 90 days or 1 per 30 days. To add even more importance to this ability, charge the player transferring under this clause more transfer tokens to transfer. If a player needed 10 tokens to transfer, this special transfer would cost 15 tokens. 20 would be 30, and so on. The larger the player the more tokens it would cost extra. Please think about this, i think it would be great benefit for all players and servers.

Angry letter/public service announcement time. I'm sure you're all aware of the terrible new transfer system that is "taking effect" on November 5th. Well, that was a lie. It's already started. See, I thought I was being clever. Since the server where all of my friends are isn't open for transfer for another week, I thought I'd just transfer to a different server in the same group, then when transfers opened, I'd move to the server with all my friends. Sure, that's double the transfer cost, but im desperate. I thought I'd just have to wait 30 days, and then I could transfer in. So, I found a server that would take me and several others that were trying to escape before the lock down. No dice. Not only have the new groups already been implemented, but you now have to wait 120 days between transfers. Not 30 days like the old system, which is still supposed to be in effect. So.....they got us. All of us. They screwed 1000s of players and separated us for at least a year before we can play together, at least on the accounts we've spent so much time and money leveling up. I feel defeated. Heartbroken. Lost. Alone. Unheard. I feel like they moved quickly, and without warning, to completely ruin the game for so many people. It feels malicious. So I'm stuck, and probably, you are too. Fair warning for everyone. Devs.....please change this. It's awful.

Give “Recruit Trial” base skin some sort of buff(like +5% atk/def) since it’s the same size as the other 2x2 base skins with buffs. It’s useless and waste of space when equipped.

The Halloween event is trash, give us a good treat in return for the trash event. The rates are bad, the vouchers cannot buy you lots of candle, the base skin is expensive like the one with skills but the skin buff isn’t good for the price paid for it.

There has been no free event for base skins like there are for march queue. Atleast make f2p base skin(with buffs) events for f2p people to help them, many people have paid lots of money on the game. Or atleast have some f2p base decor(with buffs) events. It will encourage f2p people to keep playing.

Fix your transfer function or bring back the old transfer function. Add flags that aren't existing in TW.

Fix the bugs and the customer service, no one is going to wait a whole week for a response that isn't helpful.

Stop taking and not giving.

My Aya has never triggered on a PVP battle, when just 1 single trigger in the whole fight would have made the difference. (lvl 5 exclusive, 5*, almost fully perked..). Please improve her trigger rate, or make it more predictable.. like "always on the 5th stack" or something like akatora rage but only gains rage on the last 6 stacks. Just anything.

Give us the ability to sell our accounts. Most of us have put in a lot of money and lately have been feeling unmotivated due to the greed for money of the devs have been putting into these new events. coupled with bad updates and bugs while ignoring player requests and complaints I feel the devs don’t respect us or our wallets. If the game won’t be fixed and continues in its pattern of only wanting to make as much money as possible, then please give us the option to sell our accounts. Make an account marketplace and charge 10% fee of the sold price of player accounts so you can continue to fill your fat pockets and we can at least recoup some of our hard earned and spent money before we quit. That way a spender like myself can happily leave the game without feeling bad for the money lost and the account can also continue playing with a new motivated player in command. Instead of the current way of illegal sales or straight up just walking away from the game completely.

I did exactly to get some good rewards, roll one dice when I am about to touch tile 2 in Halloween monopoly event, and completing Quests, And I spent money, out of 40 to 50 lollipops, I sat on tile 2 just 3 times, Is this a scam or what, the drop rates and the rewards from the "Halloween Pumpkin Chests" are not good at all, atleast the rewards from the Halloween Pumpkin Chests should be decent, instead we get worthless bunch of Element Chest and Element Reactor unit. Please consider a "grace period" (like you did when you announced EL on us) for transfers.

You should allow a window for players in different server ranges to transfer because some have been scouting a server for MONTHS to make sure their new home was the right one for them.

Then, out of the blue, you decide to announce a merger on their dead server with yet another dead server and not allow them to finally come home?!

These changes are going to cause these players -who would spend on tickets to come home- to quit. Months of work for them for nothing.

Please allow a "window" or "grace period" for them to buy their tickets and transfer ASAP, regardless of mergers and server range.

Stop giving tech items and R&D as rewards for lvl 80's. If you won't let us use it, or give it to other players that need it, then stop giving it to us. Give us better rewards that we can use. My 1 mil tech chests and another 1 mil r&d just hanging out in my inventory collecting dust yet I keep getting more and more each day.

Add a "Claim All" button under Rare Alliance Gifts. Its been asked for for months at least. Can we do that finally?

And as it's been said before, I understand why, to a point, but you have to do something about the new rules for transferring. Some people have been acquiring tickets for months (filling your pockets I might add) then out of the blue you release new rules saying they can't anymore. You're technically selling a product that you don't intend on fulfilling, which is theft. So....

Raise the level cap to 100, design odinium mines we can place in our bases that = the number of gold mines and act as such for odinium. Make valhalla units the units from level 82-100. This will allow all players to research, and create valhalla units as well as maintain them in time. Will give level 80's something to work towards and use all the saved mats we have during the leveling. Also will give sub 80 players more to look forward to once they hit 80 and beyond. This is fairly simple. You've collected 12million dollars per month in revenue in 2020 alone. The amount of micro transactions compared to t he value you give back to the players is ridiculously small, basically theft. Also this is labeled as a strategy game. Where is the strategy when you make it PAY TO WIN? Dev's of this game seem totally inept.

I spent a lot on tickets to transfer. It was very misleading and now i cant transfer. I am being bullied in my server and i need to leave asap. Its not hard to communicate properly about these things. Have a better plan guys. Let me know if you need help. I actually do this stuff for a living. Your communication approach is pathetic to say the least. If your goal is to get more people to quit this game youre doing a fantastic job 👍🏼 Refund my tickets or something this is a turd show.

In the alliance feat, it shows tech as 160/160.. please make it show the actual no eg:162/160 or 176/160 etc.. I know it has crossed 160, but it would just let us see which alliance has got higher overall techs
Please make the feature of auto align on barracks too.. just like tanks have it.
Atleast 6 more gathering hero. Reason: we will have 3 hero for all class( as per class rework) . so, to gather oil/gold/food/Odinum...4 types x 3 hero, we need 6 more. You can add the gethering skill to unused SSR's like Sam/Alex/Li Hongyu etc. They are obselet right now, after better hero are released.
More ruin please
Adjust the towers for LC when they use different size of skin, it shouldn't affect the spacing/placement of towers.
Add more events which are activity based entirely, the best reward should already be present for F2P, spenders can get something more in terms of other items, but the main item of theme/event should be F2P friendly to keep the competition healthy. (Without competition spenders get bored too).

I've seen this since I started playing almost a year ago. It still is not part of the game. Breaking down duplicate blueprints into blueprint parts/ collecting blueprint parts. Why don’t y’all think about an event to swap purple shards out like the event you have to swap nameplates for gears ? I’m sure all players would appreciate the opportunity to trade in some purple shards for gold ones since they are so many that have thousands just sitting around collecting dust .

We have been told to message in game about the obviously broken new transfer system. It would be nice if I felt something other than completely unheard there as well. On two different accounts, got a new message asking for more info ( both worded differently). Sweet. Getting somewhere. Add some more info and possible solutions to benefit the players stuck. On BOTH accounts the reply about valuing customers and wanting more info was an exact copy paste of the response above that. No one is listening. No one cares.

As a R4/R5 you should have the possibility to somehow check the combat reports of you members. It's always difficult to find out who the attacker and defender (e.g rulebreaker) was, until your member is online again and shares the report to you. For example link the specific combat report to the combat logfile. If you've the permission (R4/R5) you can open it. That would make things much more easier!

At least open the transfer a few days just like before because people already bought tickets beforehand to transfer to their select server to join their friends that transfer first or just to have a better group of players where they feel welcoming and want to play ..Not asking about changing the system but just Please give a timeframe when the update will be released it and allow on the meantime the people to move servers like before this transfer update would be just right. Make the community happy again at the end we are the ones who make possible that this game continue making revenues and growing. Thanks in Advance

Grace period for like 1-2 weeks for anybody to transfer between groups abc because a lot of friends are stuck between 2 servers now and most of them transferred up so now a group of them is stuck and they wanted to stay together

Your message could not be delivered. This is usually because you don't share a server with the recipient or the recipient is only accepting direct messages from friends.

Any reason Elite Battle Units do not work in Sand Table and WarZone while Grand Marshall’s get to use the 5th skill for both events? Game needs to be balanced meaning the seventh tier should work for Tactical Master regardless of event.

Really ticked about transfers being cut with no advance notice or grace period. Changes without advance notice that harm player communities are bad. Please fix immediately.

Grace period for like 1-2 weeks for anybody to transfer between groups abc because a lot of friends are stuck between 2 servers now and most of them transferred up so now a group of them is stuck and they wanted to stay together: too short notice before transfers were shut down and no warning given about the enhancement prevented us from transferring in time. Do expect an important amount of transfer tickets purchases if you allow a grace period.
@rare marsh as a Product Manager too in charge of priorities of features/epics have you looked at the WSJF (effort/gain ratio) of a short grace period for transfers regarding the important amount of purchases of transfer tickets it would trigger? Plus potential commercial impact of setting a new rule without any warning, loss of players who just get fed up of such practices, potential group complaints for refunds to ITunes/Google…Thanks for considering this request seriously. Can we allow individual perks to be moved from one hero to another? It just doesn't seem to make sense that you can move a whole set of perks but not individual.

It also wastes a lot of perk books when that particular perk could be used for another hero!

Allow us to disassemble equipment blueprints that we already have. I have 3 of the same purple blueprints and have nothing to use them for. I am also missing two blueprints. There needs to be a way to obtain them by getting rid of the ones we have no use for. Also that was not nice to take away the purple choice chest from baking event 🙁🤬

Please change the item redemption bases to reset on server reset instead of 24 hours from last use. For as much as these bases cost I shouldn't have to track what time I used it last and be awake for that time every day. I should be able to use them any time of day without fail.

Hi - we should of been given a “grace” period of transfer time before implementing the new update that restricts transfers, not just sprung it on us - now I’ve transferred as a group and one person couldn’t transfer in time (one ticket short before transfers closed suddenly) and he’s contemplating quitting which really isn’t fair.

For fair transfer restrictions system.
Now: player is limited by age of server, where player currently happens.
Fair approach: for each player should exist his starting server. Player could be limited by age of server, where player started to play.
Examples when current system failing:

player K0 transferred from s111 to s1111 before update. After update: all s1111 and KO would be classified as "Conflict zone" as equal group, but it's wrong by fact amount of days.
Same situation with player LO, who transferred from s1444 to s844. LO shouldn't be locked with older servers.
I started playing at s721 year ago. after several merges with older servers s721 named as s659. But it's not giving any sense to putting me to "Total war zone", because I played less then 401 by fact.

Hi I work and I know a lot do, I was wondering if we could have 7 day shields at-least because some of us forget to put on a bubble or we forget the time because we’re constantly at work, I’m a Production associate so I’m an Independent contractor, So a lot of my hours are like 16 hour shifts a day back to back, So I would really appreciate it if we could have something set up like that for those who work, Thank you very much and your work is appreciated

Some of my friends had that problem in May. Devs won't do anything. They ended up moving somewhere else than planned and thus we got separated forever. When they initiated a refund cause the devs didn't wanted to help their accounts were locked. Sorry. No one will help you.
