Things I would like to be added

1. Bring back SvS warzone

2. Add new things to alliance technology like more damage to world boss, increase march speed while inside the fort, increase gathering speed inside fort etc...

4. Increase chances of getting yellow shards from elite recruit or remove purple completely.

5. Upgradable infrastructure more storage, faster gathering speed, higher alliance points limit because they are pretty useless and nobody uses them.

6. Transfer application improvements like adding them to more events or stores like discount store, Legion store, expedition store, SvS store, lucky store, lower required vip to 5-8 so more people obtain them, lower required amount. These are only ideas to choose from.

7. Capital rewards should reset after SvS specially for the winning server.

9. Extra march you get from VIP. Or limited time ones in stores. 4 sometimes isn't enough specially in odinium, and other things too.

I'm not trying to be biased, but I noticed in the Elite Hero recruit page, that for the Navy you have included Bassel and Violet, but for the other branches you left out an update for them. I'm a Navy main, but that needs to be fixed. The Air should get at least Villiers and Dante added, and the Army should get Ben and Fahed. Level this out a bit please. And while you are fixing that, please REMOVE the purple anything in Elite. That's extra disrespectful for 400 gems a ticket.

Hello Top War. I have an idea for a new event. Since this game has such a big community, I think it would be a good opportunity to raise awareness on climate change since it is an issue that is important to me and maybe others here. What I propose is the ''Recycling event'', this event would consist on recycling blue shards/purple shards into gold shards. Since all these shards (blue/purple) become more and more useless when you reach higher levels and you just want to throw them away... But this is not a good habit to develop, instead we could recycle them in this way : 4 blue shards --> 1 purple shard, 4 purple shards --> 1 gold shard. This event could occur on Earth day, or maybe on other days too. I could also push this idea even further with this : A new building called the recycling center, where you can recycle shards but also other objects like merge plans that also become useless when you reach lvl80... I know that you have just added the new item exchange store, but to be honest the amount of items that you can exchange there (event vouchers / bumblubee shards) is not enough, so this building would be kind of an extension to this store. Thank you for your time and I hope that this idea is a good one for the game.

1. Lvl 80s collect a lot of tech items, build items, and R&D. This is useless to us except sitting in inventory. Could we exchange it for tickets or other items or resources that we can actually use? Suggestions would be: recruitment tickets, oil, food, gold, equipment parts, formation tickets, gears/nameplates, Odinium, skills shards, exclusive skill tickets etc.

2. Radar is great but again level 80 don't need 60% of the stuff it gives. It's using my vit but I'm not getting anything useful out of it.

3. If we can't use the spare items and you can't give us an exchange possibility, could we at least give it away to our other lower level team members in Alliance Help? What's the point having 100k R&D when others can benefit from it.

But when it comes to LC, there are so many problems.

1. cant recall/demolish a resource facility midway. The queue is stuck there for 25 min.
   2)3 heros make GM so powerful, LC have WF to counter it. So why are we NOT able to shield during the time facility stays on world map?
   It makes our base defenseless if we want to build on KE to help alliance mates.

I just wanted to add my two cents, regarding this level 3 ruin. They are occupied to facilitate supply drop but the “rewards” here are... in a word, pointless.

Nobody bothers to refresh them so these ruins are essentially a waste of space.
Almost ANYTHING is more valuable than tech boxes and R&D pieces. Most level 80’s have these doing nothing in their hundreds of thousands, at a minimum.

To cure some off the daily boredom for level 80 players I have a weekly Server league idea (better than warzone)
We have divisions/leagues made and
Each player both attacks and defends against every player that division once that week. If you win one but lose other its 1 point if you win both att and def its 3 points.
Winner off division gets promoted.
And obv you add participation and winners rewards.
This stops lower strength players getting bored with being clobbered with OP players etc. After a few weeks the leagues will level themselves out

Hello Guys, I have an opinion to make regarding class change that all classes must be equally strong and keeping the idea of Top War intact that all classes must support each other as many of us have different classes and may be spent a lot of money as well it's useless to loose for nothing in individual battles mostly against GM and Tactical Masters if your class is from mechanical masters. I certainly hope we get clarity soon. Hopefully this was in error and we will be told so, since this new announcement is directly opposite what we were told last time, which was that we shoukd swallow the lesser rewards for increased frequency.

Even if the rewards increase, a system that harms the server families many of us have created within this platform will not have the projected outcome. Many of us will simply give up thier 40 or 50 grand and go spend elsewhere. The problem with a game built soley around whales is that if we can afford to throw money at a game like this, we can afford to simply do it again. There is a point of disgust where we make that decision, and rivergame is reaching it with this strategem.

KING OF THE HILL (or literally any game mode;war of odinium):
20-30 vs. 20-30 player games; RANKED & UNRANKED

Ranked = point system that places you in games/divisions based on career performance; you keep whatever base stats/comps you have before entering, etc. ; you use the troops in your base before entering (vals/elites/etc.) (similar to how odinium works)

Unranked = no point system, you play with random players of varying divisions; base stats/comps are locked to a specific standard for everyone I.e. level 60 suppression/lvl 8 comps for everyone, etc. ; you get a set amount of troops that are only level 80 (this helps strip the “P2W” bias from the game and people can still have fun; whales enjoy leveled competition too sometimes; however, that’s still what ranked would be for)

PREGAME:

Must choose A troop type before game starts; after choosing troop type, The type of heroes you can use are locked to that type (navy/army/air); This adds a wildcard to the gameplay and a little bit of a pregame strategy between you and your team

GAME CONCEPT:

once in game you cannot move your base; hills rotate; different hills give different points; can only have up to 5 players in each hill; can’t scout hills, but you may see reports

In game Currency to purchase

I switched from tanks to air not long ago and I don’t like , that you can get 4 tanks for the room of one plain. And if my understanding is right the units on there own are at the same strength so I don’t get it (ships the same). A players-to-player ban feature - If a problematic player is consistently toxic, rude, aggressive, hostile but still within the terms of the game, there is no way to solve it for the rest of the players who are just trying to enjoy the game. If that player happens to be a big spender, watch out! Server killer! So maybe if some percentage of R4's or some percentage of the top 50 players on a server all vote to ban a player, then that player is notified and moved to a different server. If it happens on three servers, that player's account is banned for good. Now, in order to not have this abused, there would have to be a timeframe, a minimum player level and maybe other criteria to the ban reporting/voting + a cooldown where the votes expire over time.

Hey Devs, I know it has been a while since you said that Mechs will get an option for 3heros. But unfortunately it never happened and we hope it's never going to happen. Because all of the mechs are already spending gems and lot more resources to switch, which is profitable for your business. It's getting real hard for us (mechs) to participate in events, we give all the support for GMs and get very little rewards as we rank low.

I think a new gold shard retrieving system should be introduced into the game. Sort of how like you have to pay a certain amount of gold to split or disassemble equipment. We should have that for heroes too. I know a lot of people including myself who got bad heroes to 5* example tywin. There should be a way to retrieve the gold shards and maybe even the xp books since downgrading from 5* hero to 4* hero should also downgrade the lvl to 100 by default. This way it would enable players to furthermore enhance their gameplay as it's a "strategy based" game and not sit there regretting pushing bad heroes to 5* for the rest of their time in the game.

It's a part of the game, a player must atleast have control over the tickets and not just wake-up to see the transfer cost increased by +1.

I have 2 suggestions: Add an "alliance objective" to the alliance log. So that the leader/co-leader can set a target (be it a ruin, a silo, a time to hit Capital, an svs or war or Odin building) and a short description of game plan. Individual Defense. After reviewing many members of our group it appears ID is orientated to be for the Navy builds to get best score. The ID starts on tanks and finishes on Tanks. Thus Navy builds will do better then someone who did AF build. They have best defenses against tanks last wave. AF built players will have worst even given they can be built better then navy players in same event. This event should start with the troop type you are using so it finishes with same unit. This gives every player a equal run on the points because they finish on the same troop they are strongest to defend with. It doesn't have to be the number of stones and ore you get on the RSS ruin tiles, but getting a smaller variation would be great for all the gears and RSS we spend to get there. Speaking of the gathering, could you make it possible that the tile tiles last at varied rates of 9, 10, and 12 hours by the level. And please include the ability to build a refinery on Odinium to remain at LVL 3 and lasts 6 hours. It will match the average time it takes for most to gather and it makes it possible for us to build when there is not a lot of tiles to use. And last but not least, PLEASE MAKE THE TOWERS TAKE UP ONLY ONE SQUARE NO MATTER THE BASE SKIN YOU HAVE. If you can do it for oil and farm builds, you can do it for the towers. Consider changing Ben’s shield to only discharge once for regular attacks on Navy and Air Force. With Navy and Air Force regular attacks hitting three times, his shield goes down first turn if Navy with Akatora, who needs to be nerfed. Akatora goes off way too many times and first turn? Hello TW family, I have a request to make. I am excited for new hero’s I think it’s great that they get better and better, but here is my issue. Not everyone has deep pockets, and I get this is a pay to win game, but it’s also an escape for many people to enjoy both a game and a community. Which this game has become with the help of Discord, Mods, Developers, and regular gamers both young and old. Now for us to keep up with this game we all want to be able to not only get the newest hero’s for our class but to also start having fun with it. Some will pay while others go for the long hall, like myself and others just can’t afford it at all and take much longer or never get them. Here is my suggestion and it probably will be pass up, but here I go. Can you make it easier to obtain GS (gold shards) for all these new gold hero’s? I have Amalia and she’s 5 stars and level 5 skill. I get about 35 chest a day, and as for weekly I get MAYBE 17 to 18 GS per week. If nothing else can you at least double the drop rate on this hero? If you do I’m sure many will buy her and many will up the skills. It’s by no means going to get a single hero to 5 stars in a month, but it’s going to help a lot and help the little guys enjoy the new hero’s faster than waiting months to get them to 5 stars AND if they are even able to, perk them up too. I just feel with the money I’ve put in Amalia 18 GS per week isn’t enough. Anyways hopefully you’ll take this into consideration if not it’s okay I at least tried to help our TW community and that’s all that matters. 😊 thank you 🙏

The first Wednesday of the month 16 alliances are matched. Random matchups seeded however you want.

The second Wednesday the 8 winning alliances from the previous week play each other and the 8 losing alliances play each other. I would seed them based on score in round 1

The third Wednesday the winners from week 2 play each other. The 4 undefeated alliances play each other the 4 winless alliances play each other and the middle 8 are all seeded based on score.

The fourth Wednesday the 2 undefeated alliances play. The 2 winless alliances play. Everybody else is arranged by record and points.

By organizing a tournament structure you reduce one of the most common complaints about WOO. You should get better and better matchups as the weeks progress. Adding Wednesday events gives a midweek reason to play top war instead of top farm. I would not encourage this to be a replacement for the current biweekly WOO event.

So I don’t know how true this is but if it is close this is a bad idea. I was told this isn’t exact because the balancing they were trying to do wasn’t close enough. World of Warcraft did the balancing thing and it ruined the game. When you balance everything it makes it not fun to be your original class anymore. No on goes LC to beat a three hero and they never will. You take away hrof and they lose the ability to make a 3 hero lose. You will never make a LC be able to beat a spender you will only accomplish taking away what made being an LC fun. That’s just one of the problems I see in this diagram.

Well hear me out. This game has catered to the attacker, so much it is completely out of balance. Rate of Fire ROF has incorrect coding, along with NO meaningful defense, now the new gunslinger army hero has been released countering the defense formation upgrades. I'll explain, every knows that 140 units come rolling through your base, however even if you have same ROF, that attacker manages to take out your front row stacks you have completely no retaliation return fire, or by the 2nd hit he takes them out no more retaliation return fire, you'll be zerod loosing 750+ units to their 140 units. Old school gaming, back before computers were sitting on a home kitchen table, war engagement rules had balance. Lets talk same ROF between two players. I think balance would suggest letting the defender return fire regardless the fact the attacker took out this first 3 stacks. My suggestion would be like this explaination. Right now we have stacks 1-9 and in concession the stacks take turn #1's then #2's etc... I say that the attacker comes in and takes out my 1-3 stacks my turn is next, my next available Stack to return fire is stack #4, I return fire do some damage, next is attacker stack #2 and takes out my stacks 4-6, my turn next...my next available stack is #7, I return fire do some damage his turn next stack 3 takes out all my units, round 2 starts with a new refreshed defensive setup and it repeats. However, the attacker finally takes some damage instead if an attacker walking into a base with 140 units same ROF and not getting scratched zeroing 750 units. Doesn't make sense. Along with this the Developers new hero counters the defensive formation which allowed for this hero to now target the rear and the rear formation has a lower defensive setting, "easily zeroed out". If the rules of engagement for "same ROF vs ROF" were to be changed to a next available stack, I honestly believe a gap in out of balance warfare would be tightened to some fairness for all players.

replacing a skill with a different (or maybe just higher) level of the same skill should replace the skill. Right now it gives you "skill can only be equipped once" error even though its not the same.

can you please add a dot/indicator on skills that can be merged like on equipment materials? Sometimes its hard to see the numbers on the tiles. Having a merge all option for skills is a bad idea since we want to keep multiples of skills in most cases. Hero exclusive skills being the exception...but I don't think a merge all just for that tab is worth it.

Sorting the skill bank by rarity, skill name, skill level would be nice too. Skills can get out of order when unequipping skills and they don't always sort numerically by skill level anyways.

can you change the "delete" button on the hero inventory page to "disassemble" when a skill is selected and give it that function? I don't know why anyone would want to delete hero shards...but it would be nice to disassemble skills from that tab instead of having to do it from the skill bank which takes more clicks to get to.

when adding hero perks, and you run out of specific hero shards, it should prompt you that universal shards of the same color will be used to complete it and auto convert for you if you accept. This should help you avoid converting too many universal shards to specific hero shard to point you have hero shards you cant use anymore.

1. When you put a skin on that requires you to move, and you're already at the fort, it should move you to an open spot that you can fit.

2. Changing country name and doing server buffs shouldn't cost the server leader gems. As it benefits the whole server, there should be some sort of donation system. "Taxes" if you will.

3. Notifications should say who the attacker is and who the defender is. Like "xxx was attacked by zzz" or "xxx attacked zzz"

There is a growing issue that will only accelerate once all servers have the same universal tech system.

Currently, when you are looking to transfer to another server (or simply inquiring on how many tickets you would need to move in the future) requires you locate an unlimited server and click an initial prompt “apply to transfer” - this is the only place that displays how many tickets are required.

THE ISSUE: IF you have enough and with a simple mis-click of a finger (if you have enough tickets) you can land on a server you didn’t intend to - I’ve seen this occur to tragic results.

THE FIX: Show under conditions, on EVERY server, the amount of tickets your account would require to transfer - regardless of current ineligibility (ie., whether the CP cap is too low or they just love SvS)

Can you please update the exclusive skill store when a new hero is released? Or at least after the hero release “event” is over. Seems silly to be able to obtain exclusive skill of Amalia when the ONLY way to obtain her is via a purchase (not through gems or any events), but you can’t obtain skills for new heroes (whether purchased them or won them through lucky treasure, etc.). We need something to do during down times. If Odin, SVS, or EL isn't going on with a few short exceptions we have nothing to do. The majority of the events released during down time are spending events with no participation aspect.

It could be cool to have a system of trading heroes between players.
For example, if I own Ben at 5 stars, I can ask to exchange him for Akatora 5 stars.

To avoid abuse of multi-accounts, there could be a limit where it would be mandatory to have at least 4 stars to exchange a hero with another and we can exchange only a hero to get another with the same number of stars. A trade chat to be set up and we could extend the system to other items later (components for example). I guess there could be a window especially dedicated to this where each player can see the trade offers of other players.

Zil argument of " each type of troops" have a new hero every 3 months is flawed.

1. The heroes you have been recently releasing are Universal.
   - Optimus for example. You can run him on all 3 branches. Benefits Navy and AF heavily...
   - One of the stronger Navy Defense Hero.
2. It comes to the point of the game where people are starting to run 2 types of troops. Some even 3. So does this mean to keep up, we have to continue spending?
   - So to Maintain 2 branches, we have to buy a new hero every 2/3 months. (Assuming they are not universal... which is not the case).

People will spend if they are happy. You dont have to release all these spending events like this Material Wheel. A 96% chance where you get less than an hour worth of material. Complete rip-off assuming we can acquire all these Blueprints from other events and progress trails. Improve on what you have and spenders will come by if they want to compete in these events. Like mentioned before... Many people will find it less enticing to spend on a game where they can compete 1 hour a week. (SVS and WoO). At this point, EL is non -existence.

For those of us who buy them to save, it’s really hard to do so when they go in the gem bank because they’re so easily spent and not everything has a confirmation option for spending gems so you easily accidentally spend too. However if they’re in inventory they can just sit there until we’re ready for them and it makes them easier to save

Can the game management do something to those alliance that uses dirty tricks to surround ruins with some small alliance that they took over for the sake of playing dirty? I means it’s okay if they use their own fortress to surround the ruins. But they are collecting those dead alliance and use them to surround the ruins. Then when it’s time to attack, they will remove the small alliance fortress and replace it with their own.

Hello TW family, I have a request to make. I am excited for new hero’s I think it’s great that they get better and better, but here is my issue. Not everyone has deep pockets, and I get this is a pay to win game, but it’s also an escape for many people to enjoy both a game and a community. Which this game has become with the help of Discord, Mods, Developers, and regular gamers both young and old. Now for us to keep up with this game we all want to be able to not only get the newest hero’s for our class but to also start having fun with it. Some will pay while others go for the long hall, like myself and others just can’t afford it at all and take much longer or never get them. Here is my suggestion and it probably will be pass up, but here I go. Can you make it easier to obtain GS (gold shards) for all these new gold hero’s? I have Amalia and she’s 5 stars and level 5 skill. I get about 35 chest a day, and as for weekly I get MAYBE 17 to 18 GS per week. If nothing else can you at least double the drop rate on this hero? If you do I’m sure many will buy her and many will up the skills. It’s by no means going to get a single hero to 5 stars in a month, but it’s going to help a lot and help the little guys enjoy the new hero’s faster than waiting months to get them to 5 stars AND if they are even able to, perk them up too. I just feel with the money I’ve put in Amalia 18 GS per week isn’t enough. Anyways hopefully you’ll take this into consideration if not it’s okay I at least tried to help our TW community and that’s all that matters. 😊 thank you 🙏
