Hello, I don't know who to contact for this comment but I think your Eternal Land event is disproportionate, over the top and is really dangerous for gamers, push gamers to play 24/7 for more than 15 days to win an event is completely crazy, especially since it takes hundreds of dollars to have a chance to win, you almost have to take 2 weeks of vacation for its event, don't you think that's disproportionate? SVS, Odinium, capital are all events of only one hour, eternal land an event of more than 20 days. It's totally crazy and impossible to keep pace without paying astronomical sums, your event is difficult mentally and physically and financially, where do you find pleasure in this event? I can't help as to making them easier to get but I've sat for 2 months collecting and playing as normal and didn't go up any tickets. My inventory is full. You need to stop opening things and do not upgrade any hero. Inventory items do not adjust ticket value. Then you can open them and have Christmas on the day you move

OPEN REGIONAL TRANSFERS!!! Some of us have jobs that took us over seas and would like to transfer to a server where its more people from our region. Nothing in the game specifies you can’t transfer to any server you want so most people just play the game because they know they can transfer to other servers. Same thing happened to me. I am in the military and currently stationed in South Korea meaning I am in a server predominately people from South Korea. I literally hate being in the server I am in and want to change to a server that’s predominantly US people. Currently the way it’s set up apparently I can’t change. I have asked multiple times to be able to transfer and the stupid regional restriction is up. If someone wants to go to a certain server then let them at their own risk.

Thanks Cookie. That’s pretty much what I’ve been doing as well. I have a ton of SSR heroes parked in 4⭐️, with about 1300+ gold shards ready to be used to get them to 5⭐️. My inventory is ridiculously full. But that’s pretty much all I can do. I can’t play and enjoy the game anymore. I’ve turned into a farmer and hoarder because that’s all I can do, if I don’t want the transfer tickets to go up. That’s not the game I signed up for. If that’s all I can do for the next 6months then it might be just better if I quit the game altogether.

As a thought to the previous post, a feature of radar that's really great is they have their own march list. I think this would be great for building facilities too. Once it's built, send the marches home. Then, if you want to gather or defend that facility you send your march back, and it uses a regular march slot.

You've got a whole chat full of great ideas right here where I'm posting, and instead of reading any of them and actually following them, you spent your time changing the icons on radar.

How about focusing on getting EL back up and running for sub-1000 servers? How about metal room for the servers that still don't have it? How about merging some servers or lifting transfer restrictions?

Make regular Warzone event like the Warzone SVS setup was. Where you have to use all three troops types and your units battle the opponents. Do away with specific hero Warzone. It’s scaled on what you have on heroes not everyone uses in real game time. Making the use of all three units will push for growth in all facets and component development. It allows those that are massive one dimensionally to get more even keeled with players who have done the work on all fronts army, navy, and Airforce.

This isnt quite fair. Quite a few ideas that have been suggest have been implemented. Some ideas posted here have been read and acknowledged by Developers and added to the future considerations or implementation. Some of those ideas are tweaks that require minor changes, others are part of a wider roll out and require time to implement. I understand that that time can be frustrating.

Im not sure if you are aware but the current transfer limits are being reworked. But there are issues with this that will take time to resolve. Changes suggested here include Special effects additions, Removal of VIT from rein cap/ruins, War Fever for attacking, Alliance features (Roles, Buffs, Mail access, signup accessibility, droid summoning) and more.

Not every idea can been added, is feasible or aligns with future developments. The team gather all the feedback from Discord/in-game support/private messages/and other social media and send them all on . The team have meetings every week and we will take the good suggestions from players.

3️⃣ Increase the number of stones and there is too much difference from alliances that always take ruin up to level 3: resources; from those who try to improve the components alone (players of level 70 who beat those of 78 just because they have components at 9 vs 8, high level troops do nothing)

4️⃣ Anticipate the collection of the odinium in the mines, allowing you to enter the fields before level 80 (try to produce a little to be ready later)

5️⃣ Enter a push and hold in alliance technology under the item: Quick Combat

6️⃣ An access calendar also after the first 30 days

7️⃣ For the next EL:

A: fix the attacks because it happened that some members attacked members of other alliances but of the same server ... I think it's a server against servers and non-alliances against alliances, so they give prizes to the server and not to the alliance

B: No difference in chat (continuous inside and out of the eternal land)

C: Redeem the prizes of the ruins even from the eternal land; put a countdown into eternal land if your ruin is expiring

D: World Boss within the eternal land

E: Event too long if not all the server receives prizes, but only the alliance that makes challenges, 21 days are too many (maximum one week)

F: Too much vit consumption compared to those you receive

You can do any or all of the following:

• lower the VIP requirement for transfer tickets in the VIP store
• make transfer tickets available in Legion or Expedition or Island store
• remove/lower the two weeks waiting time in Alliance store

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large. If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year. Otherwise everything I do will increase the transfer ticket requirements. That means I have to stop spending on all the other aspects of the game.

At such point, if I can’t play the game, it’s pretty much better to just quit the game, because I’m slowly losing my interest in the game I can’t play.

Anyways, you can do the math yourselves. You either let people transfer and continue spending, or you won’t and they’ll just quit the game.

I don’t know if this right forum but I want to request to game devs to please balance imba heroes like Akatora. In comparison to Akatora other SSR hero like Bellevue, Sid are nothing.
Akatora can do more damage in starting itself than any heroes. Despite that he still reduces damage by 54% with skill cards which also in comparison to any other hero’s is way more.
If all heroes are balanced, game will be more enjoyable to play.

2.All the other notification like promote/demote, droid, kick, join/leave at the allaiance log.

Problem 1: It is so hard for R4 in alliance to spread information to all members without a centralised place with all the information. We need a place to put information that does not change. New member who join are unable to see old alliance mail.
We had to constantly send out the same alliance mail like alliance rules, contribution to become R2 or R3 and droid summon timing, other useful information every time a new alliance member join the alliance.

Solution: Requesting for an alliance notice board with translation function.
Where R4 and above are able to write and edit information on the notice board.
Members are able to view and read it.
This allow us to write useful information and like alliance rules, how to get higher rank in alliance, useful information. Members can read it by going to noticeboard. And we can update it often. This save so much time and effort to manage the alliance.

Problem 2: we have no way to capture alliance member attention during events if they do not check the alliance mail or chat.

Solution: We need a method to capture members attention like a pop up notification when we invite members to fortress. It will be useful to have an alliance mail with an "IMPORTANT" tick box. Where any alliance mail marked as important will appear an pop up notice for all online and offline members to redirect them to the alliance mail.
Offline members will be able to see the pop up notification when they login.

Problem 1: Inaccuracy when searching for an alliance or base manually on the world map.
Solution: Add semi-transparent buttons: Up - Down Left Right (activated / deactivated).
This will efficiently improve the search for bases or alliances without having to skip coordinates by doing it manually.

Problem 2: Unnecessary blue fragments that occur in Ordinary Recruitment.
Solution: A great solution was like the one from the friend above: Enable an option to transform shards to purple and then gold, just like it's done in team production.
Another solution is to reduce or give a maximum number of blue fragments, then not give them and instead give experience books because they are more useful than the blue fragments that no one uses from level 60+.

(+) Lack of buttons to Repair Units and Change Layouts on the World Map.
To begin with, I don't see why there are not these valuable buttons on the world map, it helps a lot when you go for the boss, droid, pvp, etc, there is no need to go to your base and look for those buildings to change components / repair units. This will streamline battles efficiently

(+) Lack of button to remove all compositions with a single movement. It is tedious to remove the chosen composition one by one, in all plans, just to level up. The same happens with the abilities of the heroes.

This is about how fast you are attacking, it is not about how fast your cell phone is to go to your base, change compositions, change abilities, repair units, go to the world map and then attack. One takes longer to do the above than to have to fight

With the increase of the heroes coming in I suggest having a tab at the top of the heroes screen labeled with all three types army, navy, and air. The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large. If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year. Otherwise everything I do will increase the transfer ticket requirements. That means I have to stop spending on all the other aspects of the game.

I can’t even play Gatcha now because I’m afraid it will increase the number of transfer tickets if I get a new skin or two. I have a ton of gems, but I can’t use them.

At such point, if I can’t play the game, it’s pretty much better to just quit the game, because I’m slowly losing my interest in the game I can’t play.

1. A tool which automatically sorts the units in our base :
   When I have to train fast units cause in the middle of an event, I have to waste extra time to fit as many units as possible in the base

2. As main Navi player (we have limited slots in our base for Navi) it’s such a pain to see so many: 2 slots here, 1 there …free but cause it ain’t 6 slots grouped , I can NOT put any Navi on it .

3. Maybe a rework on the : how many slots a unit needs to be placed in a base
   In time events like : SVS I need a default helpful tool for sorting automatically the units in my base so I can return to the fight asap (which means gem spending for heals, speeding marches , etc etc)
   So this tools we ask are , indirectly, helping you with your sakes too.

4. A rework of the : repairing factory
   The way the 3 type of units MUST BE DISPLAYED separately: this way I can repair fast the exact units I need and very fast
   Due to this bad and outdated repairing factory:
   I only make orodium Navi units . Would we have 3 separate lines for each unit type , I would trading tanks and planes orodium units. (Aka buy more orodium from shop)

I am a pay to win player and welcome this pay to win “events” (like Star Trek now or transformers, etc) , BUT improve some game tools.

One thing that is a constant theme across all servers in this game is troublemakers who ruin the gaming experience for other players, causing them to quit the game, and thus detrimentally impacting developer revenues. My suggestion is to implement a voting system, to allow the server to “vote them off”. Voters have to be level 70+, you need at least 200 votes for someone to be voted off the server, and 95% have to be in agreement. Anyone voted off is moved to a single server (I suggest 666) from which they are allowed one free transfer, or they can choose to play there. If a vote is unsuccessful (ie, <95%), then another vote on that player cannot be triggered for 2 months. Let us reclaim control of the game, and stop the player haemorrhage!

Can the devs please fix the mechanics behind defense while in base. It’s a little ridiculous when 2 evenly matched players, one on defense and one on attacks and the defender almost always is wiped clean. This is not the way defense should be done. It would make the game much more strategic to have an actual consequence for an attacker.

The way they implemented it it’s very weird (to be diplomatic) : it has no connection with logic when I attack (180 units march) against a base with 1600 units and I , not only wipe it out, I barely have losses. No other war games “share” this logic.
If the defender base would have 900 tanks (as round example) I should be fighting against 10 slots of 90 tanks and it may take me 3-4 hits to totally zero the base.
Furthermore, the combat system is in DESPERATE need of a rework:
The attacker has all the tools:

1. He sees the targeted base defend with tanks, he comes with Navi :
   The WHOLE SUPPRESS tool is 100% on the attackers side and 0 (and I really mean ZERO) buff for a defender
2. The combat system was initially designed to “reward “ you with extra hits:
   A navi player: kill 2 slots out of 3 of a line and you trigger an extra hit .
   Add heroes like :Akatora , etc on top of this default extra hits.
   In many cases , the defender will be allowed to hit 1 time maybe . That’s becoming ridiculous!
   But …hell ya …the freaking Star Trek “collaboration “ event is coming .
   May I suggest, the next “collaboration “ event should be with the “developer team “ so we can get ‘an event” with many core tools of the game fixed !

Devs I hope you guys seriously consider the balance of heroes. Your newly released heroes (Aka, Aya, Prime, Selina) are way too overpowered that make most old heroes in the same unit type totally incompatible. Moreover, together with the huge difference brought by a level.7 exclusive skills, you are now making server events (svs, war of odinium, EL) totally a battle of singular big whales, while the majority of players, from free to play to even medium spenders, feel frustrated and meaningless to participate because however many gems they spawn, they have no chance to defeat a big whale.

I wish you may have noticed the tendency has become common that big whales would prefer to transfer into the same server and play, making many servers less competitive or even dying. I’ve been begging you for this for a couple of months now! The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large! If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year. Otherwise everything I do will increase the transfer ticket requirements.

I can’t even play Gatcha now because I’m afraid it will increase the number of transfer tickets if I get a new skin or two. I have a ton of gems, but I can’t use them!

Can the items that perrtain to gold be switched to a percentage base rather than just basic? Eg. Gold chests reward you with gold equivalent to a percentage of your current output but the vouchers from sandtable only give you a flat amount. SvS points allocation should be decided on, the fighting a player is making. One 3 hero’s with little over 120+ units breaks all the hardwork earned by players who fights from start till end using all the possible units they can use. This SvS I had to use 2500 units just to enter top 15 as a free player. Two 3heros wiped out my 700+ units easily multiple times even when I used HRF 10. All the events favour only 3 hero’s. 3 hero’s players has not a single disadvantage over others. their just isn’t anything you can do to outperform these players.

Say, choose a name for yourself please

Because at the beginning of the game, people get a nominal code and the presence of several players with this name will be confusing.

-every known buff is equivalent (decors/skins/etc.)
-30 vs. 30 games (puts you in queue if game is full)

-all for fun, no rewards, players can just test different builds similar to warzone (lvl 5 exclusives)
-locked to 2 hero and 3 hero game modes, so there’s no imbalance

Regarding Suppression: It is more logical to have a skill that buffs how strong your troop type is versus a troop it is intended to be strong against (like it is now) AND a skill that buffs how much you resist the troop type that is strong against you.

Currently, you instead have a resistance against the troop type you already countered anyway and most are not likely to use it to attack you?

It seems odd. Defence in this game is not efficient but this minor detail could go a long way to helping fix that.

For example, currently it is:

• Army ATK up versus Air
• Army DEF up versus Air

But it should be:

• Army ATK up versus Air
• Army DEF up versus Navy

Then it works out as ATK up versus who you counter and DEF up versus your counter (same for other troop types)

Otherwise, the defender will have a disadvantage and it is easy to see why Navy becomes the default option for many as they have the most useful ATK and DEF increase without this change..

Since adding Valhalla units to EL dark forces is definitely a good idea, what about providing varying unit types in dark forces for each star level. This doesnt make as much difference for 1-3 stars but with 4-5*s, navy marches had an inherent advantage. Can we get some mixture of army,navy and air dark forces at each star level so that everyone can have the same competitive advantage if they are selective on which dark forces to attack?

Please let there be one alliance officer that can nudge bases over and shuffle them around just a little. Perhaps but that is how it should work. Like a top trump kind of style. What it does it makes surpression actually worthwhile, you only hold the advantages you have researched over your opponent. Then, the damage increase or decrease applied would be based on the research you have so far. The only way it wouldn't make sense is if it was easy to get to a 100 and everyone already had that.

At the current stage in time, Air isn't that strong and so most don't build it. Army is strong enough to make a pass at Navy but with the supression disadvantage, army loses out. Then the game tries to balance in other ways instead. Army becomes the main defensive manner due to the amount of units one can build versus Navy who has the stronger offence but after one bad attack, is essentially out. This doesn't make sense. To balance the three classes equally, you would use this system instead.

1. Bring back SvS warzone
