So... the class item swap is here... yay! I am honestly glad about this but I have a concern... will this be available for at least a day or two when the actual class update is?? My current fear is that we are currently selecting our class but may have false delusions of grandeur and when the class update comes out we will be locked in with what we have.

I request that either: an exchange shop (class item + gems = the opposite class item/limit X a day/week), adding the functionality of turning class items into blue boxes during a class swap, or host this class item exchange regularly.

It's the only event where golden plans are available, and many others thing who are really rare but still important like golden units , just make the key staying between event that way free 2 play or low spender can have something else to make plans around and save for .
• Like painting or beach landing, token stay in inventory so its doable .
  Free 2 play and low spender don't make you guys win money but we are way more than whales.
• Doing event where big spender and whale have big advantage just make people wanting to quit. Suggestion for SVS and War of Odinium Events.
Make SVS a weekly event soo the playerbase gets entertain. As some people were mentioning, a midweek War of Odinium is not too bad. Silos on Tuesday, War of Odinium on Thursday, Weekend SVS. This is much better than the current cycle of SVS event. I want to play the game not farm.... Give us more events to compete in.

War of Odinium:

1. War of Odinium Matchup is beyond terrible.... I am sitting inside frontline bases instead of attacking people. The matchups are soo imbalance. Please make an alliance ranking (something similar to SVS Server ranking. So we can compete with alliance at a similar level). I do not want to be matchup with an alliance that is 10 times smaller than our alliance.

2. Also please expand the 40 member limit of War Of Odinium.. We have 170 people in our alliance. Its a headache for the r4s to choose an Odin lineup without making people unhappy. At least make it so that half the alliance can participate. If this means expanding the map, I am all for it. Having only 25% of ur alliance participate is basically telling the other 75% that they have to wait another week till SVS to fight...

SVS:

1. PLEASE FIX THE SVS MATCHUP FOR MERGED SERVERS. Servers should not acquire the points of the lower number server but acquire the best record between the merged servers.

2. Far-fetched request....but 988 would like their pts back to 1064pts soo we can compete instead of farming for another 3 months. We were merged with 988, 0-4 SVS record server. Matchups has been against servers which doesnt compete in these events. People are complaining in voice chat because we cant find any targets to fight against. We had the short end of this unwanted merge and wouldnt mind a much tougher and fun matchup. Please give back our 1064pts and let us compete in SVS. #📮│game-suggestions message

This is 100% NOT TRUE. Many features here have been implemented in the game. If you are expecting them to actioned in a day or week you are wrong. They go into future development ideas and some take a while to code and action.

How about a marketplace for alliance members for exchanging i.e. constructionplans? Similar to the alliance help but a bit more advanced. This could improve the teamwork within the alliance and support low level players.

Suggestion towards decor sets here. Pertaining to when a player has acquired an entire item set and chooses to activate the buff’s without placing on site. There should be some sort of a way to tell what items belong to the set in your inventory. Either collapse them into a folder, or maybe like a blue dot 🔵 indicating you are receiving the buff from this item. Having no way to easily differentiate full set items from others in inventory is an extreme annoyance.

You can do any or all of the following:

• lower the VIP requirement for transfer tickets in the VIP store
• make transfer tickets available in Legion or Expedition or Island store
• remove/lower the two weeks waiting time in Alliance store

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large. If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year. Otherwise everything I do will increase the transfer ticket requirements. That means I have to stop spending on all the other aspects of the game.

At such point, if I can’t play the game, it’s pretty much better to just quit the game, because I’m slowly losing my interest in the game I can’t play.

Anyways, you can do the math yourselves. You either let people transfer and continue spending, or you won’t and they’ll just quit the game.

so... several groups of players <S674 are in the same boat...

• The game insists on the need for a ridiculous amount of transfer tickets to transfer servers... (thereby charging larger players for larger amounts for the exact same service...)
• <674 doesn't get merges to stay competitive anymore
• Consequence: they take action themselves... so groups of people decided to server transfer together. Since some players could move servers earlier the group temporarily got separated. This Exodus preparation process took months as you clearly want to scout potential servers etc.!
  Then Topwar gives a few days notice of an update that closes down servers that used to be available for transfer, based on "certain mechanics" no one can possibly lay a finger on.

So the temporary split of groups is made permanent thanks to another "update".
I'd like a **feature that can undo my server move **and get the full ticket amount returned. As this is another feature added that cost a lot of people dearly and in the end this same feature is either killed or changed halfway through the process, thereby not giving people what they paid for.

I know you're working on balancing the classes. Please look into counter attack of the weakening facilities (Electro Missile of GS). Just as comparison:

• building a weakening tower costs 50ee gold, takes 7 minutes and the tower is up for 17 minutes

A new class of troops:

1. Aircraft carriers: Navy troops that carries aircrafts
2. Tank carrier: airforce troops dropping tanks
3. Naval deployers: Mini submarine deploying tanks

Cost:
Keep the cost of them as 3-4x odinium compared to regular odinium troops.. and should take up 2x the space of normal troops.

Working/ battle mechanism:
when aircraft carrier is deployed.. first round navy will start, but in second round navy will retreat and airforce will be deployed.

Benifit:
It will make the defensive mechanism good too.. ex: airforce users would start making aircraft carriers, and which are naval troops but these naval troops will hold more aircrafts as well..

How defence is strengthened:
Example: when attacking an airforce user, the normal way will be attacking with tanks. But aircraft carriers will first deploy navy and hence army will first need to overpower navy or atleast survive the navy to be able to beat airforce.

It will promote multi unit type battles and more team work in terms of rallies etc.

What happens when aircraft carrier is defeated? The aircraft carrier will go to repair queue, and all its airforce troops will follow it along, but do not take more space in repair queue ( just not usable till carrier is fixed).
What if aircraft carrier is dead/downgraded, it will convert into 2x ship since it was taking space of 2x ships. It will complicate the base space if 1 ship and 1 aircraft is returned.

Hello, I have a suggestion to make. Most of the people in the game are not happy with Valhalla units. You have to build for an entire month to fill a full march, spending a lot of food, oil that is needed elsewhere, and Odinium which is really hard to come by. just to have a stronger player killing them all in one attack. Most players are afraid to use Valhalla for this reason. Yes, you can hide some of them in a screened player's base, but then you won't be able to teleport, and in SVS that's not an option at all, if you can't teleport there is no point in participating in KE or SVS. So my suggestion is to integrate a new upgradeable building, the bunker, in which you can place 100 units of your choice at maximum level, maybe 150 with some decorations that you can sell us. After level 80, a lot of stuff piles up in your inventory and is of no use, but could be used to upgrade the bunker. The unit in the bunker must be 100% safe from destruction or damage, but neither can you use it for defense or attack, you must first place them in your base. The bunker will make it possible to teleport and protect some units at the same time. I hope you will consider something like this

Today I bought 5 transfer packs from the store in order to be able to transfer servers. Unbeknownst to me, I wasn’t able to transfer at present as Eternal Land is now showing on my server, and the server I wish to move to.
We had the meme shared yesterday at 11:30am, which did not give any specifics on a date for the event. And then today at 12pm, the icon randomly appeared and the event had arrived. At reset today, the transfer packs were available again for purchase, so knowing EL was coming, I decided to buy them so I could transfer before then. There was also a post shared about 4 days ago, which said it was announcing the date of Eternal Land, not dumping us into it.
Please open up transfers before EL starts, so that myself and others are able to transfer over since we’ve had only 24.5 hours notice (from a vague, detail-less meme). As you can see from this screenshot, you have made exceptions before. I think a lack of notice is a more than good enough exception.
And as you can see from the comment above, other servers had PLENTY notice for the start of EL and were able to do server transfers. We deserve the same treatment on ALL servers!
If it was able to be done in the past with the server transfer deadline being opened, which should set a precedent for the same treatment for other servers

But ofcourse removing entire of purple shards from radar event is much better. It just take too much vit for the things that don't matter to L80. Atleast L80 should have it this way.

Keep a new event every month, to exchange all the useless items which cannot be used by L80 with some gems or gold shards or odinium/components etc. You can decide the conversion ratio according to your profits etc.
It will encourage L80 to do more dark force etc to earn these very same useless items.

Keep it with a restriction that only useless things could be exchanged. Ex: gold mine merge plans can be exchanged only if gold mines merge lvl has reached lvl80 already.

So for servers with EL on Monday, could you allow for transfers Saturday reset to Sunday reset? 24 hours for people to do what they gotta do and get the transfers done. Send out a system mail before tomorrow reset to let people know that we have 24 hours, and then anyone who doesn’t do it before Sunday reset will then of course have to wait until after EL. We had such little warning for EL, and we’re having to do it directly after alliance defence & SVS… please give all these servers with EL Monday this little bit of help and let us have these 24 hours for transfers, I think it’s a fair compromise for all the servers considering we had the least notice🙏🏻🤞🏻

Have a dear friend that plays and is a clan leader but colorblind. Finds that default colorblind phone settings don't help much, but one big issue is he struggles to tell what color he is selecting for the alliance.

Spoke with him and something that would be helpful would be the option to toggle white or black text (need both because one works for some colors but doesnt for other colors) to be in the middle of the color selections.

For players without this disability, it may be wise to include the option to have no text toggled.. I included a picture of the general idea of how this could look (but left out the no text toggle).

or you could do something where there is like a "king of the hill" type mini game. Have a NPC army, navy, air force march set for people to challenge. The first person to win against army has their march settings (heroes (with levels, perks and skills but passive bonuses don't count like base skills, villars skill, amalia paint for example), component and troop configurations) used for the next challenger, first person to win against navy replaces the NPC navy, first person to win against air replaces NPC air. Make it so if you hold top spot, you cant challenge that one until someone beats it. And you have to fight army vs army, navy vs navy, air vs air. You could also do an option to have a "best of the best" where it can be any type so people can use their best march. (this one is like the all out warzone game)

2. Don't create more new heroes, instead buff the existing hero with newer trending skills/buffs. Adding newer hero every now and then make players switch the hero continuously. The absence of the feature to retrieve gold shards ( with lower exchange) from current hero, makes it not worth to level up newer hero.
3. Those feature that have been upvoted atleast 10-20 times here, please make a voting on them for all players, just like those skin/animation related votings. Then you will know what the majority of the players wants on priority basis.

Why: Alliance store is to slow. VIP 12 is outside of the reach of most players.

Cause: The reason a person will want to transfer often develops quickly. Server mergers, fights, and a number of other issues. If a solution to escape the situation is not made readily available they will likely quit the game.

Solutions:

• Quicker rotation on the alliance store. 7 day rotation for example.
• Event added to the monthly rotation that can include p2p and f2p players.
• Change mechanics of game to require less tickets, possibly at a cost of something that will need to be redone (tech, comps, etc).

A few suggestions:

• Move supply drop off silo scramble day, keep to 1 event per day so we can always build up troops / use Koruzo etc.

• Move Silo's back to the stronghold method of being able to fight player vs player for them. Keep the slow rotation of time that they come up to allow smaller alliances to poach through the night. The maximum holding of different levels and cooldowns would work well in this instance.

• Enable an option to select and remove multiple buildings like we can do with decor "recycle" option. It's painful to delete so many buildings when you're rebuilding after SVS.

• Enable a sparing room where you can test setups against your own alliance members (or other alliance members for that fact) without losing troops.

• Enable "exchange" option in all stores where instead of buying (Eg: 160 gems for 1 orange shard in VIP) you can "return" at a slight loss (Eg: Receive 150 gems for 1 orange shard) Keep all other maximums per week etc. So I could buy 5 x 50 VIT capsules for 500 gems this week AND I can sell 5 x 50 VIT capsules for 450 gems this week.

• Alternative to above. Create an alliance exchange with the same cost model, but I can sell in to the exchange for my alliance members to buy. I get less gems back, it costs them more gems, everybody wins.

My Top War players want to be able to stay together with my Vivid Army players, and vice versa, which includes the option of transferring as a group to the same server if we choose. We've been playing together for more than a year and now we're being forced apart and given incompatible transfer list options.

Friendships are the reasons we keep playing and spending money, in spite of routine screwups by the game developers. Restriction on server transfer list according to platform (iOS+Google Play vs. g123 vs. [whatever the Chinese platform is called]) disregards that many of us actually found a way to bridge logistical, linguistic, and cultural divides to forge a beautiful mosaic of friendship and intercultural exchange.

I love what we have built together and, despite whatever reasons the developers have for splitting some folks up, we should be allowed the choice to remain in one server or to migrate together to any server irrespective of the gaming platform it originally served.

I would like to request new Hero Bonds. I currently have 29 heroes that are not a part of a bond that new bonds could be a part of. Which could also help build more "story lines" in the game. It's annoying if you hit the WB at the start of the hour that you need to make sure you are on to check at the end of the hour or you will not know how you compared to the server. It would be good if we could view the rankings for the last few encounters after the events finish so you can see how you went.

Do something about attacking/defending rounds. Currently if someone has High rate fire 10. He kills all units in single round and resets again to him attacking in next all rounds. This HRF 10 never exhausted as it keeps resetting in every round. So any player have 40+ units with HRF 10 can easily kill 400+ units in bases. If you can make the next round with the exhaustion of HRF till next turn that will turn the battle upside down and will be a major game changer. Doing this will also balance the game a lot. Since one single player with 3 hero’s can destroy your 700+ units without loosing single unit. That I think is very unfair and one sided match. Keep an exhaustion on HRF 10 until next round so other opponents get turn to deal some damage to other pay to win players.

1. Either transfer tickets should be available in alliance store every 7 days instead of 14 days.
2. Transfer shouldn't cost more than 10 tickets for a lvl80 player. Or even better keep the no of tickets flat for 10 tickets for all.

Few suggestions to make for a better game expierence. 1. How about in the elite recruit just remove the option to gain purples at all we already have that majorly in premium. By having them in elite you are saying these purple heros are cream of the crop and they are not. 2. Have either the ability for people to request tech chest or rnd from there alliance, or impliment the ability for 80s to trade these for other items like components, or gems for instance like the gems to craft components or say like 10000 rnd boxes for 10 gems something. 3. In the perk tree you all have battle rounds still yet this is useless now since you made each fight fo till the victor wiped out every single unit now. Either change the perk to something useful or change how the fights work. 4. Allow alliances to go past 170 members you can make this happen by a feat unlock or something I'm not saying unlimited but 200 is a good start.

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large. If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year. Otherwise everything I do will increase the transfer ticket requirements. That means I have to stop spending on all the other aspects of the game.

At such point, if I can’t play the game, it’s pretty much better to just quit the game, because I’m slowly losing my interest in the game I can’t play.

Anyways, you can do the math yourselves. You either let people transfer and continue spending, or you won’t and they’ll just quit the game.

Please make a change to the bonus from the Master Gatherer section of the Legendary Crafstman perk tree. To get it to level 5 requires approximately 200 million each of oil and food, nearly 300 mechanical parts and nearly 4 months of reasearching, and what rewards do we get? We get the chance to get a box with 5000-25000 oil or food or 20 tech boxes after 1 hour of gathering.

Any player that has reached this point on the perk tree wiil be level 80 already, so tech boxes are worthless (I have 1.39 million unopened ones, and I'm sure other players have more). As for the additional oil/food, 5k-25k is nothing when you've spent 200m to get there. Even if the oil or food was guaranteed and I recalled my gathering troops after exactly an hour to get the reward, it would take 20 years of gathering just to recoup what has been invested in the perk.

Please change the reward for this perk to something more useful like 3% or 4% gathering speed per level.

Remove the new restrictions on server transfer destinations. Players should be able to choose to play on a Japanese or European server if that's where their friends are, or where their personal life schedule best fits event times.

By all means start new players in a single region on one server and limit server mergers to the same region, but DON'T RESTRICT INDIVIDUAL FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT. I will gladly accept a little lag in order to play with friends again.

After playing the game for 8 month, spent about $6-7k into this game and my old server merged into a bigger server with bigger spender.

It’s becoming clearer to me, quitting this game might be the best outcome for me.
unfortunately, the game is not designed well in turns of how to match/merge similar spending/power/region player base together to compete.

It utterly impossible to compete due to the nature of individual’s income/wealth.

I understand this is a feature request channel and here I request: when match/merge/transfer players base on better statistics referencing their region/spending/power(not cp). Allowing a much cheaper transfer method but selective destinations base on referencing the above.

For the game dev this is a business and it’s ultimate goal to generate revenue. Having players with similar level of spending/power will generate a much more positive outcome (healthy competition).

After all when we hit a wall over and over again we will just give up.

Costing more to transfer is not the solution but matching whales with whales, dog with dogs will provide a fairer/healthier and longer lasting environment for players.

Before the stars indicated the level, and the color/shape indicated the type. Noticing the pattern gave a solid expectation of what each mission will give. Now the color and stars indicate the level (which is redundant), and shape indicates the type.

If you wish to change the UI to bubbles instead of outlines that is fine, even changing colors is fine. But do-so that makes sense within the game atmosphere. Pastel colors do not do it justice, and changing the stars/color to redundancy over function is a poor direction.

My suggestion, keep the bubbles and even new VFX, it's not too bad. But switch back to where the color/shape of the icon indicate the type and the stars indicate the level. It makes far more sense with the rest of the game, where color difference is a common theme, and stars represent each level.

tapping through all 6 docks garages hangars to manage troops is a pain, especially while you're in the middle of a fight... please make like a central hub for managing units like merging so you don't have to kick a Lv78 out of both docks and then merge them, kick out a 79, merge them and then put it back in the dock.

   Please make the changes on level 3 ruins, though there are 4 resource lvl 3 ruins. Top alliance always hold resource ruins since they get stones from it. Why don't you give same rewards to all 4 ruins so 4 alliance can get benefited. Also change rule to hold one lvl 3 ruins for one alliance.

You wanted to bring more action and introduced war fever and battle zones, but you forgot that in addition to the GMs there are also scientists, craftsmen and tactical masters. How should these still participate in the SvS and KE, since the towers and encirclements take far too long to create them. A TM and the participants of his encirclement stand around defenseless in the area for at least 60 seconds, cannot port or take a shield if they do not give up the encirclement. The same for building towers. It is taking you too long to build. During this time, too, GS and LC are defenseless. I am of the opinion that the encirclement is not bad in principle, but is carried out incorrectly. A TM should be able to determine his team in advance, the players send their march in advance, similar to a convocation, so that the encirclement is immediately available if necessary and can be used again and again. Make it possible for every specialization to work on a permanent march in their skill tree. There is no reason that players are always on the hunt from extra march queues and it is waiting on the gem event for the 30 or some random event that gives out 2 or 3 days. Either make another Elite Monthly pack for the march or put it on the tree so we can at least work towards it. There is no player this wouldn't benefit since this game is essentially Farmville with a sprinkle of war. Also, make it possible for LCs to build on Odinium tiles. If you won't do that, at least give the alliance the chance to build the odinium infrastructure in their territory.

The amount of transfer tickets required for the transfer is ridiculously large. If I want to collect enough transfer tickets, I pretty much have to stop playing the game for almost a year.
