Hi All. I would like to give some feedback on New World - Lvl 80 to 100. During this event the rewards were very focused on Equipment (Green Materials Chests). Can we have more events that offer good Equipment rewards. I sometimes feel that Equipment gets forgotten about in most Events.
I would even be happy if you brought back the Turbines on the map. I know a lot of people didn't like the Turbines as it required being online a lot to collect. But I personally think they were a great idea.

So with the number of transfer restriction windows, can we get some sort of grace period for servers on the verge of crossing into Champs? Our server enters champ season 6 days after the transfers lock again in February. Servers near us in age by just a week can get champ transfers for like a day but we’re stuck until after EL. I would suggest that if a server is entering champ season during a restriction window, that champ transfers be allowed in during the cycle prior to the lockdown. This would allow servers that just don’t quite fit the timelines to have a fair cycle of transfers. We would be losing out on transfer slots because many of the transfers wanting to go to a server at 394 days wouldn’t be from Season 5 servers. A server just a week older can fill up that cycle with a bunch of champ season users.

Specific example: I have a vip0 38M account that only costs 11 transfer tickets, but now I need 16 transfer tickets. My friend has a 45M vip9 account that only cost 13 transfer tickets and now it's 20 transfer tickets. In my surveys, the average player < vip10 will receive an increase of 5-10 transfer tickets.
-> This new rule means that players <vip10 will not be able to continue to maintain in S5 (Season 5) in the future and will fall to S6. It will be disadvantageous for players < vip10 and f2p if this new rule lasts for a long time.

Please reconsider only giving these skins to the dominate servers…. Top 10-20 subs of each faction should be able to have a version of them or recognition at least. The final week rewards need to be increased as well, for the dominate server and the rewards they can pass out to their subs. The rewards are great but the amount of players and subs that can receive rewards needs a huge increase. Subs play a huge role in this event and the way they are being rewarded is a huge slap in the face. Please consider increasing rewards for everyone, I don’t want to see anymore friends leave the game.

Totally agree. And I also want to highlight the fact that we f2p are being catched OFF GUARD, that means during our play, without a second thought we install components, equipments, HT chips, upgrade techs,... which have increased our HISTORICAL CP, and now with this new rule there is literally no coming back. Ok we can unequip comps and equipments, but it doesn't change anything since it's HISTORICAL CP, and tech upgrades are also irreversible.
This new rule will mostly benefit high spenders. Almost all f2p and <vip 10 will have their ticket count INCREASED, not reduced, which make our jump way harder than before. There's also another fact: you announced this change TOO LATE, when everything is already done. If you would had done it earlier, us f2p at least would have some ways to control our cp (for exemple by stopping upgrading Odinium techs, f2p never use val anyway)
The thing is, in order to do something based on CP, the CP system must be well-designed beforehand, and can reflect a player's true strength. Currently it doesn't count base skin, decors and mastery, so a very high vip lv and strong player who purposely hide their cp from the start can easily keep jumping around S5 without costing much, while f2p, ESPECIALLY AFTER NEW WORLD UPDATE have a large increase in CP and will certainly fall behind. CP = combat power, then why gathering skills, gold skills also count, MM's and every heroes' gathering perks too. That plays a huge part in our CP being increased

Hey tw I think this new idea for transfers will temporarily have some relief, and I hope others can see tw's views on transfers.
All servers who filled the 30/30 limit multiple cycles increase them by 10 people per cycle so it's 40, for 2 cycles until EL. All other servers who couldn't get the 30 recruits, increase all those servers to a maximum of 100 per cycle for 2 weeks, and make those transfer servers 75% off the ticket price. This will 1. Not allow whale servers to get too too big, while also accounting for some of the extra demand to get in them. And 2. People who will still be stuck can at least move to another semi-active server in the meantime until they can get where they want down the road.

Regarding the implementation of Titan Canyon.
Please refrain from doing this on weekdays. Basically, many people find it difficult to attend events outside of weekends.
Besides, selecting the time zone is basically difficult for multinational servers with many time differences...but since there are only four options and it is held on weekdays, it is even more difficult to participate in the event.
Many people who want to participate are unable to do so.
And, if the event is held on weekdays, it will be even more difficult to attract people to participate in the event.
Odin was better than the Titan canyon. (Odin had a wide range of time zone options, and the game system was easy to understand and play.)
The number of people who find UD to be a nuisance is increasing, access to the app is decreasing overall. And, not only UD, but also Titan Canyon, which has become more complicated than Odin, is also bothersome to many people.
In addition, because Titan Canyon was implemented on weekdays, some people have complained that the app doesn't care about its users. As a result, the amount of people accessing the site has further decreased.
Also, please change it so that 'all the time zone of Titan battle' can be viewed at the time of event announcement. (And make sure that everyone can see it, not just the alliance leader.)
Some people find it difficult to adjust their schedules if the event time is not known early.

EL before Reward stage - as a server we have 1 or 2 or 3 Alliances and for EL event we create one GOOD Alliance to go through GATE 1 and to get to the heart of this event. When it comes to transfer, transfer will be done on the basis of history's CP, but when it comes to match making, why not? If match making of Titan Canyon is done then the CP of history should also be kept in mind.
When there is match making in Titan Canyon, players reduce their CP due to which we always have to lose during the match.

Nobody likes having to organize their units after/during events. So if we were able to organize the base once then set that as a preset, each space that units go in can be filled according to that preset.

After just announcing the [New Transfer Tickets Rule], I saw many inadequacies in this new rule and also commented and received a lot of agreement. Not to mention the still vague CP calculation method, the number of transfer tickets set is absurdly high. This seems to disadvantage players under vip10 in Season 5 - a potentially large community of players - causing them to be limited to S5 and forced to drop to S6 because of a large increase in transfer tickets after update. Even the increase of 3 transfer tickets per month as suggested by you is not enough, with some vip9 players perhaps needing 5 tickets per month or more. a long outstanding request that has not been attended by top war is allowing us to set up 2nd march to defend when the main march is out. as of now the system chooses which hero will defend in the absence of the main march. the disadvantages are we lose troops with weak heroes even though i have a better setup of heroes to defend and unable to use heavy trooper at the location i want to set it up for.
Please allow us to set up the heroes when the main march is out and set up a heavy trooper to defend from the slot i want to.
This will also enable us to develop 6 heroes per type of troops(army/air/navy) instead of being stuck to focus on with only 3 heroes of the main march per type of troops.
Please fix this so the game is more enjoyable and we can make use of our older heroes as we want to and place Heavy troopers where we want to to defend an attack on the base

ud' in TW is an event which lasts for 2 months. Players spend their time playing an event for 2 months. If any player is playing, it is only for good rewards. The one who does not want reward will not play. Before the event starts, information is given about the event and the rewards available in it. People play till the last in order to get a good reward on the last day. But what happens is that we don't get anything in the end.
Like we join big long term events, so that we get good rewards on the last day, but the reward in that is in the hands of the faction leader as to whom to give and who not to give. Spend two whole months in the event and on the last day the faction leader will decide which server will be rewarded and which will not.
everyone invests money in TW and not on any server. The one who does not play also gets a reward, but the one who plays does not. If the game is of TW then why should faction leader decide the reward? The one who gets the reward will think that it is useless.But he may not get this reward next time.
The game is of TW, even the money is being spent in TW, then why is it in the hands of the faction leader to give the reward? Every week another faction attacks and joins their faction. When it comes to rewards, it will give rewards to whoever is connected first. What about those who joined later? This is not a discussion, it is a request that the reward should also be given by TW and not by the faction leader. If this continues, people will stop playing the game.

Rewards for UD need to be changed. It is inevitable based on the way it's set up that the factions will come down to a battle of whale servers. But rewards should not be left up to the whims of those whale servers. Small and mid range servers end up traded back and forth based upon whatever benefits those whale serves the most. But those servers are the backbone of the factions and spend week after week achieving its goals.
My server ended up being traded in the last week of UD from a faction where we had spent multiple weeks and ranked in the top 25 in merit to another faction to to help in achieving a higher rank.
We did as we were asked. We were told there would be no rewards if we failed to comply. In the end, despite following the faction plan and being traded to help a bigger faction get a higher rank, we get nothing in rewards. I get my server to comply with the requests and we get nothing in the end rewards despite giving it our all for 10 weeks.
Why bother? The fact that top war is so heavily weighted in favor of whales and whale servers is why people are quitting every day.

Older players no longer need any of the rewards of droids. We now only spawn them for the gems - no other consideration. It's a pity. It was such a lot of fun in earlier days when we had a hard time beating them. Truly miss those days. Made it exciting. Now it takes too long to gather shards to be interested in doing bigger droids. Droids need a "do-over".

In ultimate dominator event, the total number of prize boxes for factions should be the same as or at least near to the number of factions. It is terrible to have 140 boxes to give to 195 factions, when many/most of the 55 who fought well and deserved some prize get nothing. How is that meant to make the game fun and fair? Also the number of top category prize should be a % of the number of factions, not a fixed number. Having it as a fixed 20 boxes again is so unfair since it is the same whether it is 20/150 or 20/195. They should be done as a percentage. For example, first category prize 20%. Next category 30%. Third category 45% or 50%.

Total 140 warzone can get rewards here. 770 got 195 warzones out of which they can give rewards to 140 only and 55 don't get any rewards. This is another dark area of Ud . Where many won't get rewards for contributing towards fraction. Money time spend resources of all server is involved in such events and end of the day if they don't get rewards for it. It's painful. Last UD also had same problems with regarding rewards there were so much suggestion about it but none get implemented. Hope next Ud we might see better changes rather than useless changes.

The EL that I in will be incredibly competitive. It has many established servers like 591, 1313, 935 and 736.
The rewards from an EL like this should be VASTLY superior to the ELs that have a bunch of weaker servers. The rewards should be determined on the overall strength of the servers in the field not standardised throughout.
It is not fair that a middle tier server can stroll to a victory and get the same rewards that a winner of a very competitive EL gets.

I have the same situation as you. And several times. Basically every time is foreseeable…it is not the same % for each option…I think tw has set some rule there. There will be 90% for the least upgrade. And only 1% that is most beneficial.. their idea is that players have to spend more to get a desired upgrade.
For you case, when you put a stabiliser and choose army, it is predictable you want to maximise army. So the worst situation must be army area to be upgrade. Then they true up the army %, lower % the navy and AF. Simple rule
Hope TW be honest and less greedy and fix this...like adjusting old players’% in acquiring good stuff/or these upgrades always go to the worst scenario..like in HT chip upgrade…if there is a DEF and elementary..I’m sure 80% will go to elementary. 🤷🏻♀️

Let your machine-learning see how long we are on an event page; if the duration is below a reasonable threshold stop let those event pages create ‘red-dot’ notification. Seems there is no inreresst and would make the flow easier to focus on functions we are still interested in. Implement Catalyst into old servers. Do the exact same thing you guys did with the secret weapon. Start prioritizing this too. Players shouldn’t have to request things that are common sense. Everything you guys introduce into new servers, should also be placed into old servers the same day. Stop making it exclusive for new servers. It should be added to the entire game upon release.

first of all if you want to fix titan gear and avoid such mistakes in future make what other games do, open 1 big(in this type of game could be not possible so let it be few like 5-10) beta servers that anyone can akcces from their main account (1lvl with all heroes and allow maxing it with given diamons gs or other stuff or make it "maxed" so you can test everything there) when you release something new or to test new things make things there free to buy for short period of time like 1-2 week max for example you release titan gear let ppl get free unlimited resources to test crafting aswell as using those items on that server for that time to check how they work, same for other stuff like new events if theres no bugs or anything, set pvp zone there, some "bots" with preset cp to compare how big difference things make, be smart to avoid future problems, its that simple but need some effort to reorganize some stuff in app/code also you could add there some surveys/direct contact to your team to share instant feedback or bug report

Scratch the current EL matchups and run them again when transfers are closed. It makes no sense to implement a new matching system intended to allow servers to maintain their environment without getting crushed by bigger servers, and then run matching for a major event while transfers are still open. This is common sense stuff.

(Not including Amalia) but add some new SSR hero’s to the green ticket and remove the purple hero’s. Or at least change it so say when new or existing players reach say like level 70+ all purple hero and purple shards are taken out from the green ticket. I think that seems like a fair request 🤷♂️

Please let us set up defense for multiple marches. Now that we have several HTs we can arrange more than one defensive march. It doesn’t do any good to have Earthshaker in slot 1. And that’s where it keeps defaulting on subsequent defenses. If we have 3 marches set up for heroes, then we need 3 marches to set up completely like the 1st defensive set. Thank you 🙏

Redefine or tweak how rallies/reinforcement works. A queue of marches lining up from strongest to weakest to get slaughtered in order individually by one player is insane. Maybe develop an option for rally/reinforce with individual marches(how it is) or rally/reinforce with all units and stats in one march. Please rework Titan Canyon. Make this event sign up instead of leaders choice by re-using the alliance application system or anything else in your backend, so that players can pick a preferred time and date and leaders can choose the perfect timeslot and approve all applicants. Please also change the general team setup so that it is possible to play with two Teams without having the need to fill up Team with 35 people. This would allow gameplay with smaller teams on two timeslots and/or days. Thanks in advance!

Hi! Not a feature request, per se, however thought I’d put this here. I understand a lot of people in the community have a big love of animals and we see it regularly throughout the Topwar community in profile pictures and personas (wolves, bunnies, cats, dogs, just to name a few)
I think the opportunity for Topwar to design an anthropomorphic hero would be absolutely beneficial for moral and of course fit right into the Topwar community. I see nods to the traits through such heroes as Mei, Servel, and Dante with their loveable companions and characteristics.
Naturally a werewolf would be AMAZING to see. With such special effects as: Howl, Full moon, paw scratch, transform. Of course I am simply spitballing here, the ball is in your court! I look forward to seeing what you create!

One thing that would be useful. Can Top War please republish an updated Titan Gear Revision Plan, incorporating the changes due to feedback from the playing community so far. So that we can review and assess how well the 6 issues that were identified have been fixed. So that we know progress is being made from the original revision plan due to all our feedback. And we can then focus on any remaining issues that have not been corrected. We already know that the original Revision Plan just won't work. For players reading this, this is what might happen:
Player A 19 golden cata over time gets 0 runes from compensation
Player B 20 golden cata gets 1 rune
Player C 39 golden cata gets 1
A player who spent on 79 golden catalysts will get 3 while a player who spent 80 will get 4.
Both these last two spent more or less the same but this is your rivergames wanting to say sorry and scam you again.
Fight as one if you wish to have the game you been paying for.

Make the compensations for Titan Gear fair for all by doing a similar redemption scheme for HT Chips, progress for all catalysts should be considered. e.g. Blue x/300, Purple x/150, Gold x/30 rewarding players with a Red Catalyst that gives a random 'Rune'. Progress should be carried for these Red Catalysts also needing x/y(15?) to give a "Rune choice chest". While still giving all of these functions a chance for a "Blue/Purple/Orange Special Effect/Rune" to drop.

You are selling a marchsize decor in the event store at level 2 for 600 vouchers. Why don´t you sell it at level 1 for 200 vouchers? Everyone who is not spending a bigger amount on this event won´t get the decor and will never get it. By selling it at level 1 you would only give more people the chance to get this decor. Whales will still be able to level the decor up, no matter if sold at level 1 or level 2. The gap between whales and normal players is getting bigger and bigger by this.

Dear TW, sorry for repeating myself again. Please provide a way to actually monitor the amount of rallies in the alliance. The current feature shows the combined amount of started Warhammers rallies and the amount of joined in someone else's rallies. So in alliance rankings u can see people that have only joined else's rallies shown as more contributing then the people that have started the rallies. And in alliance gifts you don't give rewards for joined rallies only for started ones. So instead of the TWO Warhammers defeated sections in Feat showing actually the same by don't know what reason you can rework them to show the amount of only the started rallies in the alliance. Preferably it can be designated one for Warhammers and one for refugees started.

It guarantees that unless you are in the top 5 CP on your server that every single truck you run will get steamrolled and there's nothing you can do about it unless the top player in your server uses all of their march queues to reinforce every truck. Sort of feature but also feedback. It is so refreshing to have EL as opposed to UD. UD I saw server morale go to an all-time low whereas motivation is much higher for EL.

Translate in-game event timers to actual local times on devices. Shouldn't be too hard. So you don't always have to make calculations to when events would actually occur/start. Most times it's rather easy to make out when somethings are going to start but it could also be mistakenly miscalculated or just interpreted wrong. See it as a "Quality of Life" improvement.

The dominating server of EL here has 15 active player plus one player with 5 account of which he bought one recently. This one is oc course a super wale with 300 march, 4000% atk/hp and over 400% damage. Its a cp80 and me as the next strongest have 3000% atk/hp and 300% damage.
His 5 biggest marches can not be beaten by us because we kill at maximal 35 of his units. Of course this player shares the account with a 2nd player in another timezone so he can be online 24h a day.
=> we reported the multiaccount and sharing but of course you do not care.
Before it was not possible that 1 player or server can dominate a full EL but as each of your greedy updates just makes the game worse, all server in EL now gather. And instead of fighting and spending money we play all farmville! You well deserved the 2.1 star game rating!!!

@Memphis Totally false. In the past one server could totally dominate an EL. 1075's 3rd EL ending with a server TAKING OVER 6 other servers, with 1075 half taken due to lack of time. That one server had ALL buildings on the map, barring one expedition outpost
That was 2 years ago. Now that powerstations are capped per alliance, it's HARDER for a server to dominate.
The point of EL is to be the WAR in top WAR. The point of a war is that fighting deplete ressources so you need an industry to fund it.
If you don't like to farm... then don't. But don't be surprised to get wrecked when the other commanders prefer getting 600 gems per day rather than having to stand for you agressivity, ok?

EL should be a true SERVER event. Server leader picks the alliance tech that that is used. Once you enter EL, you are one big alliance for the server instead of the multiples. Our server is too large to fit into one alliance and it takes a lot of fun out of the event having to work around who is doing what in what alliance and not being able to just work together well as a team.

Well no... your Statement is false... you did not ready my post. I the past one alive server could dominate EL, but not 1 dead server that has 10 active player and one guy with 5 accounts of which one is a super wale.
It became now impossible to kill one big account where 5 of his marches are unbeatable. In my past 5 EL we could empty any big wale with 150 player from us. The server that is about to win here has 11 player of which 1 is big and all their other players do barley even play. In my total 5 EL I saw dominating server but it was impossible that 1 player alone can win.
They have here a cp80 🐳 that was bought and came in just before EL. This account is shared so that it is online 7/24. I am the 2nd strongest player of all 8 server and our server is the strongest except this wale. If we attack by 10 people, we kill 35 units per attack of his weakest march which has 300 units. So we loose 2000 units and he 35. And we are the 2nd strongest server. 2 years ago march sizes of single player were much smaller and no HT or titan gear made player unbeatable.
Fact is that our 150 player can not kill together his weakest march and this is due to the latest changes of topwar. And now before you say that we just need to coordinate... how many people that have a cp -25 than you, can you kill? 500? 3000?

Yeah but claiming "the matchmaking wasn't bad before" is totally false. The matchmaking was bad in the other years and if anything it's harder to wreck the EL for the 7 other servers.
Telling devs "make it as before" is an awful advice because the former system wasn't good. What you need is either new fixes, or getting the same opponents as before (including people whose IRL priorities changed over the year)

This EL model is completely obsolete, outdated, and lacks a fair balance of power among participants. Considering its size, popularity, capital, sustainability, and profitability, it's unacceptable that the DEVs lack the technology, tools, and resources to reinvent this rare and highly anticipated event. In my humble opinion, as an active player and newbie who joined the community less than 5 years ago, I share my thoughts and suggestions, even though I have no hope that they will reach any DEV or executive at gamehouse.
➡️ We need a new interface that is more organized, clean, and intuitive.
➡️ A new gameplay with progressive characteristics of cooperative MMORPG, instead of this repetitive, boring, and purposeless PVP.
➡️ New animations and exclusive rewards, new mature rules and missions, as players mature and missions become childish and without real challenge.
➡️ And most importantly, in the era of AI, we need a new algorithm that better selects participants, leveling the playing field fairly and equitably, granting equal probabilities of victory to all, where strategy and teamwork of the server players prevail, not the frustrating certainty that the strongest will win before the event even begins.
➡️ Add a tool that allows a temporary union of two servers to combine forces and share the spoils.

We need a mail folder for the Attacking reports or other system messages in relations to Alliance Buildings in EL. It's annoying that they come up in the normal alliance mail section. That way normal alliance Mails get drowned under these system mails. So a Folder just for Powerstation and Alliance Fortress related matters is needed.
Then we need to be able to set the rally timer for all rallies (Terror 4k, Warhammers, etc.) To a standard gathering time of our choosing. That way we don't need to allways select manually what leads to problems in EL. Alternative could be you stting the standard rally time to 5 min.
Then a really important suggestion is that we be need to be able to delete all scouting reports and all empty Building hits in our mail section. This is actually crowding all other reports and is a little annoying.

Here I am yet again having to try and figure out what is going on. Why are you STILL creating bases that share buffs with other bases? I'm gonna be honest, I don't give a damn about anyone who wasn't a player and missed that events. With the way you screwed over older players with gears, I feel its even steven that they get shafted on something. I also don't know if it is laziness, cause that new base looks lazy as hell. It is as cheap looking as the Golden Pavilion that was a FREE base in the long forgotten Paint Event. Stop trying to help the new players catch up, you gave them spec effects with gears all the time, so they can spend to get more bases with buffs. Then your Kung Fu Panda event is so top heavy that you can't even move quickly from one task to the next because your videos just keep going behind the screen. Pick a struggle please, be creative and expensive or be cheap and petty, but PICK ONE.

(I think it’s an upgrade for the team I’m in, and these colors have no validity whatsoever in the upgrades. One is simply for punching and the other is for kicking… but that’s just an assumption.. )

Hello, an ideal solution for the issue with Golden Hero Shards is if you implemented a system or mechanism that allows us to reuse shards from outdated heroes. For example, if we have a level 120 hero that is obsolete and no longer active, and we have a new hero, give us a way to reuse these shards for the new heroes. I understand this might affect purchasing options, but you could introduce an item, quest, or even something to purchase that allows us to do this. This will significantly help F2P (Free to Play) or M2P (Moderate to Pay) players.

Can you PLEASE stop having different reset times on the different events. If they are all the same time of day then people can make changes their own schedules to accommodate the events. But having different times for different events is making it too difficult to do everything by the end. Usually missing the first and last days of the events because they are not expected or able to make adjustments for more than one given time per day. Must make money to spend money and can’t make money if there are too many times of the day that required to “finish” an event.

Besides the fact the game takes a lot of hard drive memory on my phone, you really need to reduce the amount of RAM it uses. Almost every time I put the app to "sleep", running in the background, either by opening another app (like discord) or just looking at my phone's background with me app icons the game will have to go and reboot. It's very annoying.

Presets for heroes! Why? If you have multiple hero’s for gathering but not enough skills for each march, it’s a pain to equip and unequip all skills multiple times. Presets would make it easier and not so tedious.

The Kung Fu Panda event has wayyyyyyy to much going on. Hit the drums, hit the bongs, tap the fighting stands and then claim the reward
. What is that? And that is just one task. The daily tasks right now already have alot to do, but now it feels like a chore to log on and do this crap. NEVER bring this type of event back unless it is a solo event. Can't even donate to the support for the next 3 to 5 business days because you didn't take in to consideration that people would be spending massive amounts of VIT to complete the damn Chi tasks. FIX IT
