I suggest a change in merit points system for SVS & UD: Outside of the battle zone, give more points for losing units than killing units.
This would encourage more lower ranked players to participate as they could launch marches from a distance and discourage strong players from going around the map wiping everyone out. As it currently stands, from a risk vs reward perspective, the best tactic for anyone under about 45M CP is to move out of the battle zone, not participate and put up a shield. That's not much fun for anyone. My suggestion would open up a whole range of possible tactics and allow many more people to meaningfully contribute and get something for it.

Shard-Farming: you let those ‘free’ heros collect their regular golden shards (once reached 5*) exchange perks temporary for 1000 gems between a high-value hero to free hero, upgrade free hero”s “new” perk and switch back to high-value hero for another 1000 gems. Include multiple free heros on the loop, if desired. Yes, takes time, cost gems, but at least rather free of real money direct cash out. I try to exchange only when a free hero has 30 or better 40 shards. Makes it cheaper. Sometimes I can’t wait though.

Here is one suggested solution: Allow switching exclusive skill to new heros for as many times as the level of exclusive skill. That is, if I have a newly minted level-5 exclusive skill for a paid hero, then I would be able to switch it to a level-5 exclusive skill for 4 more heros (5 heros total). If someone spends more for level-7 skill, then they can use their level-7 exclusive skill on 6 more heros (would incentivize more spending too).

Please take away the 24 hour waiting period when changing alliances in a server. Many, many servers have people that change alliances for things like silo rotation, individual defense buffs, big droids…the list goes on and on. We do this to help ourselves grow and be productive within the server. The 24 hour waiting period hinders us greatly because when we switch back to our original alliance, we cannot donate to droid, alliance monster or collect on ruins for 12–24 hours(12 hours on the ruins, 24 hours for any type of donation). There is no need for the waiting periods. Please consider removing that feature.

Hello, can you at least make it seem like the dice roll is random? Unbelievable how many 1s I have rolled and snake eyes.
Today, for example, I had 20 rolls. 7 1s and 4 snake eyes. That's 11 times out of 20 I got 1s, come on, that's ridiculous!
The amount of times I land on a low gem tile is also abnormally consistent and is nowhere close to making up all the gems I wasted rolling snake eyes
Can you please change the rate of 1s to be a little less, or better yet just make it random rolls every time.

Recycle hero skills into universal skill shards. I know there are plenty of these requests, but its a must. The price to get an exclusive skill to level 7 is outrageous. BUT, the only thing stopping me from paying that money is that it becomes completely obsolete when the hero is replaced. This happens far too quickly to lose skill investment money. Either make heroes last MUCH longer or PLEASE create a system where my investment can last longer. Allow me to recycle my hero skills into universal shards (not even a complete refund would be acceptable), and you will get more of my money.

Can you fix the broken logic that forces heros to not show up when facing stronger opponents? I just watched a fight that went 4 full rounds, of my units basically just auto attacking, while the opponents heros proc'd several times... 22 total procs from the opponent side, and only 7 from mine.... As we all know MM’s are basically useless now I propose the idea of adding more levels to MM’s towers. I say let’s add more levels right before morale for weakening towers where it adds a new affect of reducing proc rate of the attackers hero’s when under tower then add another section for more levels for strengthening where it gives dmg inc and Dec for those under the strengthening tower affect to allow MM’s to be more useful and balance out to the overpowered levels of modern CE players at a higher level of gameplay

I've seen requests to give F2P players a way to get rewards, but I've not seen any methods suggested. Well, I've come up with one. Titan Canyon: Battle of Zeroes (From Zero to Hero). Like TC:BOL, but only for vip0 players and with similar rewards. The idea could be expanded to more events with groups like vip1-5, 6-10, etc

Also, I think you should double the time it takes to build a tower and have it last half as long with a 10-minute cooldown time to rebuild. Might want to consider cutting its effectiveness in half.

Please limit the amount of each trap to 2 so as not to upset the whales.

Obviously MM are god tier as they deserve so much nerfing (or is it because TW hates MM hmmm). Here is how to hate.,.i meant make them even less god like :

• Weakening towers only work with the building MM inside. No reinforcements by others possible
• HROF debuff gets removed
• Replace mucus and magnetic trap with the all new taunt trap. Taunt will force the nearest whale to attack and empty your base. Such punishment for the whale
• electro missile only works on your own towers now. Why do you want to disable your towers? I don't know but we don't know why you want to be MM and build now useless towers in the first place.
• Urgent care towers only work for vip 16 CEs. Dem special.
• MM lose one troop every kilometre they travel
• building towers and traps requires the builders pass. Just 19.99. Per day. 3665% off.
• You may not build more than one tower at a time. Cool down 15 minutes. CD also starts when your tower gets removed or destroyed.

Totally useful feature requests don't you think. Come on. Let your MM hate...errr I meant your never ending quest to make god tier MM equal to weakly CE continue.

Request of most MM that we will love

1. Weakening facility should work also on offensive so we can sustain a pvp situation without the support of CE
2. We can see that weakening facility needs 5 mins to build, we want weakening facility to be built within 2 mins coz 5 mins too long
3. we can have extra tree in training officer. We want the "TAUNT" and "SILENCED" perk. The taunt perk can be used in svs or ud were we can remove the oppent's shield. The silenced effect on the other hand can be a counter to those whale ce. Using silenced perk we can block ce on using war beast.
4. We want to use that class speed ups on making magnets, mucuses or those missiles
5. Pls add sophisticated drawing on other stores like expedition store, island store, flash sales alliance store etc.. because we don't want to mock on legion store for almost a year 😂

Problem: CE doesn't have anything to fight in battle while MM have a lot of set and tools to fight such as traps and facilities which is doesn't give both class any fairness

to protect the balance of the two class:

• revert MM back to only can use 2 heroes or let CE can use 4 heroes
• using traps should be count as a march queue with progressing timer when the trap arrived to the target
• please give CE another skill slot, 5 skill slot is not enough
• CE should have be able 1 more slot for CPNT
• CE should have be able to use 2 HTs in the march

Please take away the 24 hour waiting period when changing alliances in a server. Many, many servers have people that change alliances for things like silo rotation, individual defense buffs, big droids…the list goes on and on. We do this to help ourselves grow and be productive within the server. The 24 hour waiting period hinders us greatly because when we switch back to our original alliance, we cannot donate to droid, alliance monster or collect on ruins for 12–24 hours(12 hours on the ruins, 24 hours for any type of donation). There is no need for the waiting periods. Please consider removing that feature.

So about the time clash arena, how about you change it so that we, as players, can test heroes there. What do I mean by this? Give us a testing ground where we can test out selected marches against eachother, with specific settings that the players can choose, like exclusive skill 7 Vs exclusive skill 7 (even if the player doesn't have it). It wouldn't hurt the in-game economy and would give us more reasons to buy certain heroes after we done testing.
Currently the time clash arena isn't really a good solution due to stat differences between players in terms of hero testing, by adding a testing ground, this would become obsolete and would also make it easier for us players to tell which hero to go for and which wouldn't work in our marches.

Please add a filter and sort function on the facility list of an alliance. This is much much much important than sorting and filtering Heroes. I still don't understand why Devs have not added this yet for long time. Many players are really struggling to find fresh odinium facilities on the list right now.

Perspective for the devs, because they seem to have lost it with the traps nerf. Sophisticated drawings take five months of legion store purchases to complete the mech tree (290 drawings). This comes at the sacrifice of rerolling tasks with gems and limiting purchasing items for account growth. Traps consume additional drawings and gears to build, at an additional cost and sacrifice for the commander strength.
While in combat, the loss of the additional hero skill and buffs isn’t negligible. It’s difficult to kill units in contrast to a similar build CE. In turn, many MM have lower rewards in ALL events.
To penalize the players committed to team work and sacrifice for their server, rather than solely personal gain is a hard hitting blow. If the intent was to get players to spend more money, I doubt you will see a large increase. Many MMs have high VIP levels, but enjoy their contribution as an MM or understand they can help the team more with towers and traps vs unit death.
Please revert the trap nerf, restore weakening towers and restore the balance to the game you had prior. Otherwise, you are alienating a large portion of your player base, both MM and CE.

Serious feature request:

Please consider allowing MM's to recall while towers are being built as long as a CE has garrisoned, thereby allowing MMs to relocate to safety. CEs would not be able to demolish or recall during the remaining build period.

MMs are weaker than CEs by design. Why would we give them support capabilities and simultaneously take away their ability to effectively defend themselves? It makes no sense and thoroughly disincentivizes choosing the MM profession.

How it works now:

1. MM sends march to build tower
2. CE on the ground garrisons (or maybe not)
3. MM can't move until build is finished and are often prone to attacks they can't move to evade

Proposed:

1. MM sends march to build tower
2. CE garrisons
3. MM can recall without demolishing and can move around / evade attacks

A change like this would force the two professions to work together while simultaneously allowing MMs to be more engaged in the game. Right now it's a slaughter for MMs.

So just like last UD we low and mid-level MMs build all week just to get ported over and over again while trying to build towers, even by CEs that are weaker than us because thats how it is designed. Good morning. In the event G.I. Joe has base exploration. We have the option of buying tokens to evolve bases that we have at level 1 to level 2. My question is if when I buy from the store using 999 tokens I will have 100 base fragments, and I don't need 100 but only 70. This does not it's unfair? Because it should cost me 700 event tokens and not 999. You could use common sense and make two different purchase items. One that costs 999 fragments for a base that I don't have level 1 and one that costs 699 tokens to buy 70 fragments for me to just evolve a base that I already have level 1 and that I already spent money to have. I'm sure this won't harm you and the game will become fairer. Common sense in these base evolution events would be important. Thank you and I await an answer if this becomes possible.

As we all understand that creating new accounts on all UD servers is blocked and most likely will be permanently blocked, one idea:
Many players used to create small accounts on other servers to get to know them or enable communication. Why not keep that feature. Following rules would apply:

• Need to have an account at lvl 80
• No possibility to adjust name and country, small icon at the name indicating it is a social account
• one of the three account slots would be in use
• can talk on world chat and dm
• can join an alliance but not participate in game activities. Alliances get 5 "social slots"
• can only see world map. no scouting possible.
• can view shared reports
• Cap leader can mute account in case it's a troll

By doing that, players can get to know servers and interact socially, but not influence the gameplay of the server.

Could you please retro adjust the size of previous decor. I am running out of room, so I stopped buying decor. I refuse to buy anymore Showcase. I think it's pathetic that I need to buy space to place decor that I have to buy to use. What's next, a daily charge to use the buffs for the decor that I buy and put in a place I buy to put them? That's how ridiculous it already feels. Amount of decor has grown, the game needs to grow with it.

Same thing for unit storage. Please combine both of each of the unit type storage buildings. Two buildings was cool to unluck back in the day, but silly now. Instead if worrying about a queue skin for each march, how about a shortcut option to check hero skills or comps in the attack queue like formations has?

I can't count the number of times I've been in PVE Comps and needed PVP, or vice versa, or needed to adjust hero skills.

Tapping the hero to see their applied skills, and being able to change them to tab 1 or 2, or see below for additional ideas, would be helpful.

Tapping a comps button in march would be helpful.

Additionally idea for hero skills, if we could have hero skills presets, like HT/comps/Gear has would be an awesome upgrade. A player sets the skill in the space, the game fills the highest available for that type, and applies it to the hero.

You could preset hero tab 1 with preset 1 and hero tab 2 with preset 2 and they're applied when they march. They don't have to be stored on the actual hero. The exception could be exclusives, those could be stored on heroes or an additional spot added only for hero exclusives, and take them out of the presets. To me hero exclusives should always be applied, and not take up a spot.

These would improve march tactics in my opinion.

P.s. Also lower event attack vit items to 5, if you're going to makes have to attack everything 100s of times. Goodness, it's tedious enough already.

Lucky treasure only comes out for new heros. What you mean is Hero return which you need to spend gems like crazy to get the 2 orange spots. Also you have a chance of getting 10 hero shards versus 3-4 from hero return . Rework the sign up process.

1. At the time we create a new team, it already ask for the timeslot we want to play. So, auto signup at the end of signup time, if there are sufficient members. Don't ask for another confirmation, it's unnecessary.

2. Display the timeslot chosen when we search for a team to join. It's a pain to keep messaging every individual leader for to find out the timeslot.

3. When the timer hits 0, then any person who is on their own, put them into random teams if they are in same timeslot and have space left.

Everyone is interested and want to join, but the mechanism is very bad to select and join.

Just check if someone created a team and they are alone, or if they applied for joining a team. All these players are interested in that specific timeslot to play.

It will help with more players to join and make it more fun.

The Supreme privilege pack comes with a base skin. So far this base skin is useless. I want to suggest to make this base skin, level based. With a max. level of 10-20. Every month that someone extends their privilege, the base goes a level up. The level can work like a multiplier for buffs. Or with every level you gain some buffs. A bit like the Vip level system. Once you reached max level, think of some extra reward. Some golden shards or exclusieve skill shards. Or a free choice of those mentioned before. And if you miss out on a month, we drop back one level. So we don't need to start from one again.

I have to agree with this comment. The whole point of the Daily Tasks is to get various resources for free on a regular basis. Why would you then make us pay for doing them automatically?

To offset the inevitable mass exodus from TW because of UD I have a few suggestions. Right after UD lead into EL but do half price transfers and triple/quadruple the caps on transfers. Being able to move will motivate players again, having something to look forward to will motivate players, and having new players in our servers will motivate those who didn't move. Please don't make EL one more event where it is 50 things to spend money on but the same garbage rewards. Add new skins, decors, catalysts (even the red one) to the EL store. Clearly players want something new, and although I've said this before about something new, you translated it as we will shove more things for them to buy down their throats. Nope, they want to be rewarded for playing and winning with something good and new, and ideally want new ways to play/win. People will spend regardless but if you can retain them then you have done something good for once.

I’ve seen more recent updates that allow for skipping wait time for ID or AD. I’d like to propose an improvement for MMs and motivate more development on the MM profession tree.

Instead of trying to motivate MMs to reach this drone +1 ability, please make it on par with Warbeast. The biggest handicap for MMs is build time (building towers and traps 🪤) in place of this slot. Consume 3 morale and allow an MM to ignore build time for the next tower or trap you build.

Traps take way to long to be fully utilized... takes 48 hours for a mucus or magnet and 5 days for missle, can only build 1 at a time and means the traps or the buffs never get utilized...

As far as ce vs mech, they really should make advantages disadvantages to combat, make mechs harder to kill by combats, or allow for smart defense of towers, traps, decoys promote mech on mech fighting and ce on ce fighting, add bonus when fighting wb or drone that makes it reflective of ce, pvp add bonus to kill points to be equivalent to that of ce...

Mechs get screwed in every aspect except weak tower and urgent care... but to be mech for those bonus you toss so many benifits of ce aside.

Honestly I like the idea of drones, though currently near useless in value and comparison. Allow mechs to build towers with drones do it doesn't free up there March and allow them to move, will also eliminate spamming 1 troop to kill a tower, allow for towers to have traps, to kill troops that attack, or buildings , it's there just not utilized cause it's so costly to do and time consuming to make it valuable in combat

Stop creating different stores/currency for the different server events. Take the Eternal lands store and SVS store and UD store and make 1 overall Server Battle Store. You get different amounts of tokens/currency based on the event similar to your Titan Canyon Legends Tier system. That means some players would not have to wait a decade for the Next Eternal Lands to get that gold blueprint. Then during those events add in a few tiles within that store that are limited time items like you do with titanium store where it has the daily deal today.
There is WAY TOO MANY tabs and sub tabs that people begin to be overwhelmed or miss out on items. Keep it simple and stop making it over complicated.

Change tc to be cp locked so that it becomes competitive, change tc (all versions) so that everyone can get the fully completed version of the tc base. Increase the timezones of tc to be every hour instead of stupid times. If you say your going to stop running events throughout the duration of another event, stick with the decision. Dont just fist it back in half way through the first event (ud). <- all of these will create competitive games where people don't just give up be ause they have to fight a 80mil cp with just 40mills and 20mills.
Stop fisting your lower cp players forcing people to bloat up their cp just to get free features to unlock for them.

What all ppl here are saying is PLAYTIME/MONEY INVEST is the worst of all game around.
We like this game some here for years. We used to play this game with some kind of strategy, multiple class, etc.
But you turn it to a casino game. I understand that 1 whale is more income than 100 low spenders...

I think what would promote more players to consider MM is to compliment the negative buffs with positive buffs, dispel the effects. Or positive buffs or luck boost for the RNG stuff that goes on… improve proc rates or something people welcome instead of more shade being thrown at MMs role.

If we’re gonna be buggered by having UD and then straight into EL, at least let us have a decent amount of transfers. Allowing time for only one cycle, two if we’re lucky is absolutely ridiculous considering how long they’ve been closed for! Give us 2 cycles at 60 per cycle 🤷🏼‍♀️ that would be better than nothing

If the above suggestion is taken please make sure to also give servers 2800-3100 the same 60 spots in each of the two cycles - I can confirm there will be two cycles between Jan 28 and Feb 12 based on the one we are currently in. For us to compete against older servers we also need to be able to bring in older transfers.

One very important topic that seems is not understood is transfer caps. Respectfully, one of the best strongholds of player retention is not the game itself, but the player base and community. People have people they want to play with. Restricting two cycles prior to EL after restricting for UD, the large lapse before, etc., you have dismembered one of the key aspects that keeps your game successful. Community.
I would not continue to play this game without my teammates and I’m certain many others feel the same. Limiting transfers in the way you have is limiting your own growth and viability. Please increase the transfer cap or transfer window.

We have all had transfers blocked for so long now, with the update then UD. We get 2 cycles before EL now by the looks of it. Please increase the limit like you did with the update. Everyone has lots of people waiting to move after UD 🥺

El so shortly after UD isn’t fair for those who want to transfer to another server. Can you increase the amount of transfers from 30 to 100 that would greatly help. Transfer was stopped because of UD , just give us a chance.

Give us more transfers for the next cycles. They’ve been shutdown too much and too long. People are beginning to hate where they game enough to just quit. You’re forcing your players to decide to play your pay to win game or not cause most if not all of us now stick around and spend because we have friends playing on the server with us. Work with your community and let people relocate maybe even merge a few of these server before EL cause some servers are already dying before UD.

Could we change the auto-rally feature to 12 or even 24 hours for dead servers and small alliances. As it seems we are all going to be locked on these servers for awhile as everyone else is saying.
