I was informed that the crystal cabin base skin’s animation bug is indeed not a bug. In that case, please change the march queue to actually do what it should be doing when attacking nearby targets. Currently, the animation will skip directly to the close target, then just hover over the target for a few seconds until it hits. What is the point of skipping the tiles if it does not hit the target any quicker?

Give everyone the ‘10th Angel’ decor when it’s released. TW has wasted everyone’s VIT with an angel that takes so little effect from hits, we have to wait it out until it just dies of, i guess natural causes?😂

But more importantly - the longer this angel takes to die, the less time people have to get its decor from War Room, meaning they’ll have to purchase the overpriced pack you so obviously will bring out, similar to Otachi.

Kill the angel, give everyone a decor because you’ve wasted people’s time and vit, do better for next time. We shouldn’t have to cough up some extra money, because we lack time, because you ‘messed’ something up.

@rare marsh where are our 500units for svs?

Due to this stupid lvl100 update (to make more money) our bases are half empty and we won't spend 50x20€ to buy 500 units anyway! And fix svs matchmaking.... since when a cp60 server can be matched vs cp40 server?
I make for you in 2 hours an excel file that matches server so that all can have fun. I mean anyone here cam do it better

  1. Please update WZ exercise to all unit lvl 100 or 101 asap. It’s getting ridiculous now that HT is 20 levels higher than other units and WZ is chaotic with JUST the HT-hero-skill luck.

  2. The repair room capacity + does NOT help players as of now and it does the exact opposite! Simply because in SVS, all Valhalla units will first go to the regular repair rooms before they go to emergency repair for cheaper cost. Please change this and have all Valhalla units go into the emergency repair directly and all regular units go to the regular repair room..

I recently noticed the exclusive Mei skill seems to be stealing dmg decrease to add the dmg increase. I’m hearing that one passive hero skill now overrides others? So TopWar is stealing the dmg passives we’ve PAID FOR? In addition to quickly making the heroes obsolete?

Not having passive damage buffs for hero exclusives is fine, it just helps lower spenders, but when we’ve already paid for them, and they quickly become obsolete that’s a low blow.

LET US EXCHANGE EXCLUSIVE SKILLS FOR EXCLUSIVE SHARDS. Even if it’s only paid heroes, not recruitable heroes, but both would be great for the game and the players. It would allow players to spend more money on passive stats and upgrades like decor and equipment too. So the devs would still eat well.

PLEASE allow recycling of exclusive skills (es) from heroes we don't use, even if it's not at a 1 for 1 rate. We all have es 5 for heroes We will never use and those skills are there doing nothing. How about 2 or 4 unused es 1 for 1 es that we want. Or 2 unwanted es level 1 for 25 universal es shards.

Allow us to set the first 3 defense setups when getting attacked.
Currently you can only pick where your HT is placed in the main defense setup and when you lose, the next round the HT will be placed automatically.
It would be nice if we could place the HT in its optimal position for each defense group.

Make Valhalla units go directly to emergency repairs and not in to the standard repair bay. Our now significantly increased repair bay is effectively a bad thing as the repair cost is higher, please change this and name it valhalla repairs or something… Send them all there instead and allow us to stop paying a higher price because we ‘upgraded’ repair bay size.

SVS needs an overhaul. There are far too many times when players cannot get rewards because the opponent doesn’t play or the match is too lopsided. There should be individual points given for reinforcing the ruins and the capital. It’s not my fault the enemy doesn’t show up to fight. Also mech masters are at a disadvantage for fighting points due to our inherent weaknesses . And finally, since SVS is server vs server , meaning a server wide event, our towers should cover all alliances on the server and be able to be reinforced by all alliances.

Rivergame stop nerving heros just to sell new ones! Lately you nerf laila just to sell the upcoming laila replacement.

It is not normal that our navy starts to loose at -60% after we were winning solid +60% vs unchanged army for the last weeks!

Rivergame go read once the outcome of your questionaire and learn from it! Nobody wants you to finger around old heros!

  2. Please reduce cool down time for new world towers from 4 hours 50 minutes each became 2-3 hours or please at least make it possible for us to defeat it only for 1-2 tries only.

  4. Reduce the VIT consumption for Luminous Passage attack from 10 to 5
  5. Reduce VIT consumption for attacking each Training Target at any events from 10 to 5
  6. Add more level (6-10 or so) for Terror-4K
  7. Remove gold chest everywhere
  8. Make radar gift more interesting
  9. Craft master catalyst, make it easier to get

Individual defense.. I should be able to stand up my own defense towers/facilities for this event and not just before it. While many do this as a group to help each other, I should be able to send a small march to build a strengthening tower or an urgent care center while in the middle of the defense event. This wasn't as big of a problem when ID was less than 40 minutes, but now that it's longer, we no longer have full coverage, and urgent care facilities don't last long enough so we should be able to stand them up when we need to.

If you're not gonna get rid of TA (the best option), change the time of the events each rotation. It's fucking annoying for a lot of people when everything happens during their work day or middle of the night, shift things 8-12 hours between events.

Allow the ability to click on other alliance members Evil Mecha during thier individual defense and see the timer and rounds. Same as when we click on our own Evil Mecha during our own individual defense. This will help us with buffing each other and towers.

If you feel it would benefit you, please send your request to the management.

If the cap were to be capped at 220 people, we would benefit more.
For small and medium sized servers, it may help to stop population decline by making it easier to gather in one alliance.

However, there may be some disadvantages.
It has been pointed out to me that it might be harder to manage.

If the leaks are True that UD is coming straight after cycle 5 of transfers I seriously hope you are prepared to have so many players quit because you will yet again be closing transfers after only having them open for 5 cycles post being closed for months. It’s absolutely ludicrous that the developers don’t foresee this as an issue. You will lock people on dying servers because they are waiting due to the restrictions you create at only 30 per cycle. Which will be the end of them playing. You may not care about the average player but it will soon lead to the death of this game. Make tank viable again :

New heroe : Booster, feel yourslef for the name.

Ability : Give tank 80% atk boost, first row earn 30% more.
Bullet stack : after each round beggin, gives tank unit (or first 2row) 2 bullets stack, boosting the tank damages reduction for 15 % each.
Each time a unit launch a regulat attack or get hit, it consume a bullet to launch a regular attack ( this attack can trigger hero skill for (x% efficiency) and can't be silenced)

Ability lvl 3 : tank gain 30% atk

Ability lvl 5 : apply weakness effect on 3 random target of the 2 first row. Unit with bullet gain 15%damage for each until the end of the battle.

Ability lvl 7 : upgrade bullet reduction boost by 15%. Bullet count +1.

Tank mono hitting and non-efficiency heroes is lacking.
This ability Will make them able to actually do something since they mono-hit and heroes most likely have low triggers rate.

If you don't like the idea of additionnal attack, you can change it this way :

Ability boost still remain
Allow tank unit to deal bonus %damage (like 25%/type) on debuff unit (uncapacited,weakness,burn, magnet field etc..)
Tank earn 1 stack of immunity shield, like ben do.
Or something that can incapacited random unit after you hit them (like with Optimus)
It will combo well with bryn and actually use old good tank mecanic that they diserve to compete.

We diserve a boosting hero that actually do his job and provide something off. Gispy is not a bad heroes, but compare to Stromoy Or Brady. He lack boost and utility. Both boost %damage, one gives a 40% ability shield and 2 silence slot. The other apply burn that work very well with barbie who deal more damage to burned unit.

(And i'm sorry but having 500 more tank than boat or plane isn't a gap. We all have the same amount of troop from +0,+1 and ruins. When the units itself is weaker than the other 2, so in the end, it's not 500 more weak unit that make it stronger)

Please consider adding the ruins level to the overview page under Alliance Tech -> Ruin

This quality of life feature would aide alliance leadership to better decide which ruin needs focus & quickly see it's progress over time.

It's a bit annoying to constantly check if a specific ruins is available for upgrade with the current system.

Before I even get to hero 5 star, TW will release a lot of new heroes and I won't have this again, which is not possible in the given situation, despite the fact that it seems to me that it gives out not enough gold shards as F2p and gems

If you want to have a given hero 5 star this means a lot about 2000 gold shards at full with perks and in some events do not get so much this gold shards, maybe 2 or 3 this is not a lot in 6 days. It will be good to increase this.

What happened to Titan Canon timeline options. Why are we being limited to only a few time options again. We never had this issue before and now the responses are telling us it is due to not being able to setup matchups. This BS. Since the start of TC we didn't have this issue. Even then way before TC and it was War of Odinium, there was more time options for everyone to select and be able to participate. TW, if you seriously want players to stick around. Fix this problem. It's bad enough you forced a lot of players to be on for Server vs Server with 1 fixed timeline. At least with WoO or TC there are more options.

You added a great idea, everyone praising you about it… F2P and the average player had a reason to compete, a reason to continue growing in the hopes there was a store or a ‘recruit’ button next to most old skins. A way to tick them off and gradually get them over time.

But a day before, you do a complete U-Turn and ruin one of the best ideas you’ve had in a long time.

The greediness and disconnect from this company is ridiculous, not only do you bring out things we don’t want, we can’t continue affording, we don’t ask for. But you manage to implement a great idea and still ruin it.

When you released the shards, all the skins that didn’t have a level (so all skins that aren’t meta and have a lower holding in stock) said ‘Recruit’ on them. Bring that back

For once, do something for your community, considering we are the ones that keep your game going and fill your pockets. Yesterday was a great example of how quickly you can act when there’s an issue, immediately stopping players from playing ‘into the unknown’ because your free shit detectors were going off and we can’t be having that on topwar. But when it’s something people care about and want, you take it away or if you want to bring it back too, we wait months or ‘wait until the next patch notes🤓’.

Bring back the base skin shards, how they were fully intended. Then add these skins to that store!

Feature improvement suggestions for War Hall (formations)

Replace the 2 existing tabs (Defense & Lineup) with 3 new ones: Attack, Defense, Support
Each tab has 6-8 formation slots
Attack formations are exclusive for using in Attack scenarios
Defense formations are exclusive for Defense scenarios (Garrison, Reinforce, Base Defense).
Support formations are exclusive for gathering (Infrastructure, resource tiles etc) and building towers (Strengthening/Weakening)

When attacked (PvP or Individual Defense) only Defense formations are used. Remove the automatic use of units not in defined formations. Players can then choose how well to defend during ID and PvP events, balancing loss versus reward.
Support formations can be outside base during Individual Defense. As their use is limited, it would stop Reinforcing allies and would allow building towers.
Increase losses for undefended bases (i.e. no Defense formations defined or units to fill them): e.g. extend plunder to resources (oil, food, odinium) and/or immediately lose all 3 base "lives" and port off the map. This to reduce players gaming the system during events like SVS & Titan Canyon.

Can we please overhaul the Dominators event. It’s too long and there is no incentive for mid/ low level players to participate. The current design is for whales only and I have seen players just quit because it does a number of items that hinder growth.
1st- it stops server growth because it puts transfers on pause.
2nd- smaller servers that aren’t full have no chance.
3rd- big spenders only benefit and nothing for F2P players.

It appears the removal of Titan Canyon times was intentional and not a bug.

This type of change should come with a significant in-game and out-of-game messaging.

Is Top War aware of the amount of steps servers have to take to try and schedule for these events?

🔹 We need to squeeze all those players into 35 member teams in a narrow time window with no in-game sign-up support
🔹 People have real life schedules and work that makes this complex too

I think for most servers its already too late to be fixed. Which means, those servers have shifted to a different time slot already.

But this mess was, as far as i can see, avoidable.

**1) **You need to message well ahead in the future. in-game and out-of-game.

**2) **You absolutely should be sending an apology and compensation, its not just a few people affected - its EVERY server leader that had to deal with headaches the past day too. It's a mess.

**3) **You should really try hard to cater to our needs for time-slot variety. Whatever led to this decision may not be changeable, but if it is - change it back.

I enjoy Top War a lot when its good! But being honest, if it was not for Titan Canyon i think id join the many who have quit over all the avoidable mishandlings, bullshit, and headaches your company causes us. You need to always be messaging better, please listen, please improve! And really put a focus on Titan Canyon - its a success you needed, and its working. PLEASE DONT FUCK IT UP!

Titan canyon was a good event. And im only speaking for my alliance and my server but the +10 slot was the consensus for most people. Only makes perfect sense to get rid of it. Giving away a free skin may as well give people more hoops to jump thru.

Yet again, I would like the timetable of events to be reviewed. My time zone is currently gmt +10. That's means the Titan Canyon (TC) event and other events such as svs are in the middle of the night for Aussies. I also know for some, events are are in the middle of the work day. Obviously that means many players ( pretty much the same players) constantly miss out on being able to participate and obtain rewards and grow as players.

What happened to EL? Is it going to be an event people in different time zones can compete in? Or has EL been cancelled????

I personally find it frustrating that I miss out on helping my team and rewards repeatedly due to events being scheduled when they are. Is the intent of scheduling designed to ensure players in time zones that don't fit the current pattern quit the game, or does Top War still want our $$???

Further I think it very unfair to the same players over and over again. I have played for over 2.5 years and never been able to compete in svs due to the current scheduled time, same with UD and now I can't play in TC? 😔 options to choose TC times should be reinstated imo.

In previous feedback I've provided for other events I have given options and ideas to ensure more fair and inclusive game play for all. I am willing to further discuss this and hope my frustration and suggestions will at least be read and considered. That is dependant on if feedback and comments are actually read by Top War staff and developers.

I'm not sure if the folks at tw are dumb or just don't care. The only bright spot this game had was titan canyon. Svs has the worst timing known to man kind. El was fun but they seem to think UD is better. It's not. Tw needs to put a little more effort into giving the paying players of this game what they want. Not stupid stuff we don't care about. No one asked for a level 100. That did absolutely nothing. Just let us battle with times that make sense for people. It's not rocket science. Also, shutting down transfers causes more players to quit than I think they imagine. Figure it out.

Good job tw for canceling the +10 time slot for tc. It makes complete logical sense. As much as your svs match making. I guess your ultimate goal is for players to just quit the game. You have taken majority of things away for f2p players to compete or low spenders. I’m sure it makes it super fun for those players. Tc was an event they could play and get decent rewards, but take away the favorite time slot for most to try and make players play in other slots they can’t make. Greed over everything it seems.

  • every week new types of ressources
  • not understandable new skills of new heros
  • only casino type of events
  • always 2 events the same time
  • matchmaking that became again bad

  • more than 1800 clicks for dailies which is 2x as much than when I started
  • hero that become obsolete after 3 weeks... some the first day when released
  • endless greed and increasing prices
  • you steal features and strenght of heros just to force us to buy new ones

So we lose discs from the turbines, can we get unlimited discs from dark Valhallas? It’ll take forever for me to get the 4000 discs I need to get to 100 unless I buy the daily pack, which I’m not doing anymore. I rather waste my vit caps grinding for discs than spend another dime on this game right now. Once again punishing the free to moderate spenders many who are weak MMs who don’t progress through the towers fast enough while the whales and strong CEs get stronger. For everything you can buy, there should be a play hard/grind alternative so those who just want to play the game and not spend a car payment every month can just work themselves to death hitting warhammers and dark forces.

People are legit going to quit unless there are more options for titan canyon. For some that was the ONLY event they could do. For a good part of the world, SVS/UD is the middle of the night. Now putting the TC times in that same window only alienates those players further. Instead of giving us 5 TC times that cover the same 8 hour window on 2 different days, have 5 TC times that span 20 hours to cover almost every time zone. Devs have made it clear what time zones they favor and which time zones they don't care about. You can't have a game with players all over the globe and continuously ignore the same set of players.

Titan Canyon (TC) and Leadership Roles related =

Since you changed the time slots for matchup open the Registration at least a day early allowing members 2 days to sign up. This last minute change to time slots removing the 10 hours past reset does a disservice to your community. Give the players more time to sign up for your events you want valuable feedback on since not everyone has time to coordinate with their alliance Leader and Vice Leader, who have a life outside the game.
Which brings me to a second point. If they’re a place holder allow them to adjust teams as well allow them to sign up the time slots stop putting the pressure of 168 players on the shoulders of 2…. I repeat 2 people of that alliance. That is ludacris and insane that we’ve go on this long and only leader and vice leader can sign up we need not burden and burn out our player base. Spread the load allowing others to assist and help.

A few days back, requested to upgrade warzone troops to level 100 or so. Currently HT is at level 101 while troops at level 80 in wze. One trigger from HT simply changing the outcome making it unplayable and unenjoyable in the warzone.

After the HT dies, the slot where the HT is used remains empty, so I noticed that I received a lot of damage (it is a big loss that the 2nd slot is empty). I think there should be a change in this regard. I think the slot should be filled with units belonging to the unit type used after the HT dies.

And it would be nice to be able to change base defenses in titan canyon

i need more scalable values of a server ... i need a more transparent organizer of these values within listed tops ... i need to know about the homogenity of servers, about the multiculturalism, about the participation at events within last weekend, i want to know about the goals of the server, i want to know about the construction elements of a server ...

And if possible, i want to know all these without scrolling, checking and rechecking a big number of pages

but because we don't have this data and players may not know how to use it we should have an open set of questions to localize the reasons of a transfer ... And based on these the player can then be offered a list of servers which are near his own preferencies

the scalability of server data makes transfers more "educated" and servers more stable ...

of course will also be players who will always want to migrate aiming at new servers and sometimes in massive groups of players

and for these players (mainly organized in groups of investors of interest in game) i would say the transfers are just making their game more interesting

plus we need them to further invest their interest in TopWar

indeed ... on the other hand transfers are destroying many new servers before one of them, exceptionally get a good team on board and the incoming transfers will lead to server growth as a whole thing

so in my opinion we need to slow down transfers into the new servers ... but we also need far more openess to transfers from the intermediary servers ...

And don't forget to prepare a set of questions for clearly renown 3 categories of players in need of a transfer. To filter very fast servers data and show them best options list for their needs.

Increase the transfer slots for the next cycle from 30 to 60 or 90. Servers were closed too long. We got the new world event we didn’t want that you’re now using to lock up otherwise eligible servers that could open, and now you’re forcing UD on us which will close servers again. Servers are overwhelmed with incoming interest, and you’re going to lock many groups in which will lead to active players leaving the game. We didn’t ask for that. We were closed too long, and you’re throwing too much at us and closing us again. Not cool.

New events keep coming every year, el, ta and there are big events happening in the year and now we have also done lvl 100 so generally now 3 march queue is not enough so another march queue should be given.

Would like to know if with all the new events if EL is being discontinued. I'm a weaker MM and had to grind hard through 2 ELs to get almost enough tokens for the Base skin. I was only 2 tokens away. Being a lower spender base skins don't come easy.
I suggest compensation for El tokens people grinded hard to get, or transfer system to UD so we can continue to grind for these rewards.

Im f2p player, playing for more than 3 year almost with cp around 47m but here my suggestion :
1-universak exculive skill and deco exculive skill are so low that almost have 1 or 2deco level 4,and exculive skill for hero are very hard to get it level 5,i need 250 exculive skill either universal or deco each week for free, so i can upgrade deco more often and get ex 5 mire easier
2- we get level 100 troops, new formation system, new titan hero equipment, and complex ht chip, but to get thier stuff is so hard even impossible for some stuff, like gold equipment blueprint, or resonance for formation, my suggestion give us 600 to 900 voucher during event for free by increasing the coupoun, or made an universal coubon that i use from one event to another

Add a "rent" hero feature on arena.
For a cost of let's say 2000 diamonds you can borrow one max hero with lvl 5 (lvl 7 would cost let's say 5000 diamonds).
This will give you desired hero for a limited time that you can test before spending your's gold shards and exclusive shards for a hero. Option could be used once per day/week (maybe as a option in vip store? You buy ticket for it)
Once time exceeded that timer you will get back everything to inventory that you have put on hero (in case you didn't buy it and it's not availible for you).
This feature could help regular players, low spenders and whales as well.

**Instead of disabling ALL transfers during events like UD, why not just lower the number and don't spend all this energy worried about exploits? **
🔹Servers are so much better off by having a steady opportunity for people to join/leave.
🔹I worry there is a general pattern here too, of an overly anti-player approach to quality of life issues. (e.g. the recent purple ticket issues)
🔹10+ weeks of zero transfers is a really steep price to be paying.

Find a middle ground, and let's keep enjoying things!

If yall (Devs) still want people spending/playing the game still allow transfer cycles in UD, even if it's 5-15 player per cycle. It will help players get to other places if they want to move out of their server, or are to tired with their server. For heros don't nerf them! Players spend much money on them and will probably most likely not spend on heros anymore!

45 days for this trash. Can we get something better than this? No DEF? River games is really this cheap and petty that they couldn’t even give the base stats of the turbine and had to limit it. Of course it’s a 2 x 2. No one wants this as it’s going to take up valuable space.

TopWar aka Top Wallet as most of us call it survives off people like us @naive coral spending thousands on the game and playing it. For well over a week now dozens of people across many servers have posted numerous “differently” worded messages voicing our displeasure with TW killing the transfers. At this point it ultimately kills servers or forces people to get stuck in a conflict zone if they don’t leave their groups of friends. There has been zero response or notice until now so we respectfully disagree. We pay for a good game maybe a boycott like 770 wanted should happen until the players are heard. Hurt the pockets of TopWallet until they listen maybe 5-10-200 top spending servers just stop paying for someone’s house, vacations, cars, etc for the next few months @tough peak @rare marsh

Please stop making visually small decors that obviously could fit into 1x1 spaces into blank space bloated 2x2 decors. Examples of 2x2 decors that would absolutely fit into 1x1 ones are

  • Turbine (thx for that)
  • Pen Pen
  • Easter Egg
  • Clown Box
  • Emerging phoenix

Even the rather large dragon kite is 1x1.

People complain their decor bleeds into main island and costs them units. And you keep on piling on more decors. Buying a dozen tabs in the decor gallery isn't an option for most.

Yellow on a 3-1 ratio
Orange on a 2-1 ratio

This will bring more people together increasing spending for Topwar

(01)- Give an option to redeem "Black Card/Permanent Privilege", which is helpful specially for FTP.
(02)- Give an option to redeem "Super Minor Base Skin".
(03)- Give an opportunity to get a "Five Stars SSR HERO" on need base Navy/Army/Airforce.
(04)- Give an opportunity to get "Base Skin" like "Ark" , "Nemesis" , "Acadia" , "Storm Factory" and others too.

I have a request that what ever mechanic you are using to decide that and item is dead and moved to the bottom of the inventory also be added so that those items show automatically in the item exchange store. I am not sure why this doesn’t already happen. Also please add more options to the exchange store such as Odi Caps or VIT caps and if you are going to have r&d shards and tech chests put the new crystal discs in as well.

  1. We need a feature request to have the universal style colab heroes like asuka not marked as army.. they should have a universal symbol instead and thus be able to be pulled in for base defense if needed to the march in need based solely on CP.

  2. alliance defense difficulty just changed and got easier, which should help a lot of servers. However, I think it would be a good idea if the leader could choose a difficulty level for Alliance Defense just like choosing a droid. This allows all servers and alliances to select the most challenging Alliance Defense they think they can't beat, with more challenging levels giving higher rewards for successful defense.

1- Please add an exclusive skill recycle system. Most mobile game has such system. As you do not have a decent system to guarantee the place of the old hero while keep promoting new heroes, all those old heroes’ skill shards are totally rubbish.

2- update the stores, including but not limited Treasure/SVS/item/VIP/Legion/Expedition/alliance store. New power system and new resources are released frequently. But your store is never updated.

3- Seasonal sales - The flowers should be accumulative. It is pointless to force players to spend within 1 week!!! That’s ridiculous! Do you know there are also some fraud detention in credit card which stops people from using the card within a period of time? Also, technically, decor redemption/EL/TA coins all can be accumulative. Then why not flowers seasonal sales.

4- Enhance the probability - your probability is strong TOO low! Even I have spent heavily, I have got anything useful. Why don’t you create a system where when we spend 1 dollar, you have 1% in getting full payment, 5% in getting 50%, 10% in 20%, then 84% in getting 10% of our expenses?! Please be considerate!

If legendary equipment is used to refine, instead of the entire amount of one attribute, it only adds a “random” amount. I found this out by using a piece of gear with 10+% army attack to refine another, and it only added 1.8%?!

Why not add the full attribute amount? the piece of equipment I used had 10+% army attack. And unfortunately I didn’t find this out until AFTER it was too late.

That’s brutal… it’s hard enough to get legendary equipment, please don’t rob us twice.

Often asked, often forgotten: please increase the number of predefined march settings. 8 is not enough. One group of preset for day2day operation and one group for SVS,TC etc. 2x8 presets should do it.

If it helps, put a selection of predefined March's as battle vs gathering into the profile/ backup building.. so at battle time we select 8 presets of battle and other time 8 presets of everything else.. just in case you think having more preset is going to take a lot of screen space.. this is just an alternative.

New Generic Transfom(ers) Decor. As I participated in the Transformers Events. I have the Transformers Decor. But you are stopping us from buying the equivalent generic replacement Decor. Can you give us a trade-in on the Transformers Decor for the Decor Store Tokens amount. So we can continue to buy the generic replacement Transform Decor?

With regards to Colab Events Decor. Can you create Decor Collections. So it's like Decor sets. But you do not need every Decor type and the lvls can all be different. So they don't need to be placed on the Island.

This would then free up our space on the Island by removing the Transformers Event, Pacific Rim and EVA Events Decors from it.

This will buy you more time on trying to find a long-term solution for Decor space.

During svs and other interserver events, MM's and CE's have had different roles. But, the number of slots given to MM's is one less than that for a CE, and hence MM's are more vulnerable to attacks. Either give them an extra slot or introduce a feature where CE's can only attack CE's and MM's can only attack MM's.

Hey Devs #📮│game-suggestions Please add more power cores in the same stores where there are blue profession chests, for example: SvS Store, Expedition, alliance, VIP. The current amount is minimal and disproportionate.
I think it is more logical and proportional to obtain a minimum of 5 power cores daily.
2 per day to get 300 is equivalent to 150 days, that's 5 months of playing, it's insane!
Please make this improvement for the mental health of your loyal players addicted to your game! 😁

PLEASE, resolve decor space issue. Multiple Possibility could help: best is make them all 1x1 size. Or introduce the Decor material chip in events plus the Possibility of purchasing them with gems. You make it as if it is a punishment to get decores and then buy storage space for them. Ridiculous, some of them have very low % and at the same time the required qty is either 20 green apple tree 🌳 or 5 lucky fountain ⛲️ Bench 5 etc.. None of the players is eager to have them anymore versus the space they take from more important ones.

Alliance Defense - have battle reports sent to whole alliance whether or not they’re garrisoned in the fort. Or in event page have the ability to see battle reports. This would allow leaders to organize the waves without having to put a troop in the fort and take up space from the larger combat elites. Would be nice to increase the capacity some as march sizes are only getting more and more.

Next, it's time to fix WZ. It's just a battle between hts and is useless for testing. The 80s need to be at least lvl 100, preferably 101

Finally, it would be nice if you just converted the the old transformers decors into the new knock-offs. Those that bought the original decors during the event should be able to upgrade via the decor store instead of wasting decor shards.

I've been a player for 3/4 years, I feel like the game has fallen into repetition, change your strategy or you'll lose loyal players, just like what happened with Clash of Clans, you need to stop just releasing new skins and heroes every week, WE DON'T HAVE TIME OR MONEY to stabilize/take advantage before you launch something again that makes things from last week obsolete, generating frustration in those who spent money, invest in ESSENTIAL RESOURCES, you are living in the past, any simple game has more resources than TopWar.

  • New ways to increase navy and aeronautical slots;
  • Downgrade of heroes and skills to universal fragments (in smaller quantities);
  • New towers for MM (reduction in march size, preventing someone from teleporting within the tower area, freezing hero abilities);
  • World Boss in a window like Sandtable Exercise;
  • New phases in Expedition Base;
  • Increase the drop rate of the "Limited Hero Voucher" item to obtain Katarina (in practically 4 years of playing I only managed to collect 3, only 3 of these items);
  • Launch heroes more than once for the value of gems;
  • New items in the Island, Expedition and Legion store;
  • Create another function in the skill "Equip All";
  • Update Elite and Premium recruitment with new releases.

SVS MATCHMAKING IS HAVING PROBLEM!!!!!
Totally it's unbalanced. We keep facing many servers who surprisingly stronger than us and there's no way out.
Suggestion: simply give it back the svs points matchmaking, where the balance will automatically come when you reach your specific points. Stop thinking too much and it causes some of the weird matchup where mid-level server have to face with supers many times.

I play for almost 3 year and im f2p here some suggestions :
1- exculsive skill is very hard to obtain, regarding to speed you realise new hero, you put ex 10 aspect , but that only for reading not for aplly, ex7 need money, but after 2 to 3 month its obselete, ex 5 is for free almost, but as f2p i can do only 1 ex 5 every 6 to 8 month, so either you give move free voucher during event at least 800 voucher, or give free 50 universal exculive skill or deco through different task daily or from dailly store
2- deco level same proplem, and free 50 deco shard daily as universal exclusive skill is needed
3- only gold rocket blueprint can be optain from el store, made all gold equipment blueprint are available, except tha jamm one,
4- new update to new consept, need lot of new materials, such as resonance shark, but to get it for free is a snail process, we need to update expedition and iland store to get more voucher, so we get more stuff
5-we need a 4 free march, as there many event need more march to do
6- update the silo individual reward, to get fragment to get some old skin base or gold equipment blueprint as 1 of each, evry 4 month for free
7- update the ruin reward to get more stuff regarding the last new stuff you added
8- gem harvest mine for high level mm or ce
9- odinium harvest rate need to be much more, or give odinium fasilty to advanced mm, to get more of this stuff, otherwiae its very costy to get odinium troops and only for most advanced player to train them, as it s hard to die, rather its easy to replace
10-supply reward need to update also and made more eaay to get gold shard, exculive universal shard or deco one through different event

Balance Classes this is obsolete! I'm main air force, and I've changed from CE to MM and discover how unbalanced the classes are.

  • Lost 50% DMG increase
  • Lost 50% DMG decrease
  • Lost 5 march size
  • Lost the hero's stat update

In exchange I got to build facilities like obsolete battle facilities with 12 % atk speed decrease when you released the Heavy Trooper and people can have like 15% more atk speed making weakenings useless.
Fix the classes to make the game fun.

When we login for the first time, using Google/apple/Facebook I'd on web.. don't make us go through those tideous assisted gameplay... Let us directly choose if we want to create a new character on another server or login to existing characters.. all other games are like that.. why do i have to go through it again everytime I switch to pc browser for better view? ALLIANCE DEFENSE DIFFICULTY

It would be best if it was more like droid where you could choose the strength of attack to defend against. When it was first redone it was waaaay to hard for small servers, so you fixed it and now it's waaaay to easy for big servers.

So the best fix would be to allow each alliance to choose a strength level, say levels 1-5 where the harder levels give better rewards that are appropriate for the server and alliance size trying to beat that level.

For example, early levels could have class items and later levels would get formations items.

This would make AD exciting again where we could all work together to try and beat a level, without it being way to easy or way to hard.

  • let us downgrade an old 5 star hero that we don't need, to recover gold shards. Not totally, but at least downgrade to 4 stars.
  • remove use of Odin for repairing Valhalla units. A lot of people don't participate in fights because it takes a lot of time and resources to repair and create new ones.

  1. An alliance/warzone voting system with custom polls! A lot of people from our server don't use discord so voting on something becomes extremely hard in getting everyone's opininion. What if you could create a custom poll message and some options people could click on to vote?

  2. Hero skill presets: A way to equip a set of saved skills by a few clicks without needing to manually add/remove all the skills (For example when gathering you could load oil gathering preset, send the march out to gather, unequip all, would make it much less tedious) The current system's flaw is that if you equip some skills on the 2nd tab of the hero and use 1st, the skills on the 2nd tab still cannot be reused on other heroes and have to be removed and re-equipped every time.

Quality of life request: please calculate load limits & timers for time-limited gathering determined by timer, not troop capacity. If I gather from an Infrastructure (72h) or MM facility (10h) the troop load and gathering time can be calculated to be much longer than these limits. It means sending excess troops and having extra clicks (rather than timer in side panel) to determine remaining time.

Storage Building Request

With the latest expansion over, would it be possible to get our storage buildings combined into one building so that it is done similar to the repair factory? One building with army, navy, air tabs and an all tab and have that buildings placed in the waters of south island or directly on south island?

This would allow us to have a few more troops of any kind and be able to see how many we have of each kind from with one building instead of clicking on multiple buildings.

You need to fix MM facilities. With Titan gear and morale you've made weakening towers ineffective. The only use of an MM is now gathering. There needs to be some balance with this. Weakening facilities and strengthening facilities need an overhaul. Getting -25HP buff and 12% atk speed against 3500% Atk isn't cutting it. IDK make overlapping coverage area stack? Overlapping coverage area is limited it's a potential solution to this.

During svs let the formation sets 1-8 load units of the highest availability instead of empty. Those are not getting used after the first loss. If they will fill with the highest troops of the same type then they would be so much more useful!!!! Vote/bump for this if you think it would help you!!

I addition to this.....the gameplay is flawed.....for example, a CP60m player can port into a ruin area.....not attack anyone and camp......their sole task is to take out the towers and steal the ruin.....as a defender and a CP60m too....you cannot win attacking them.....simply on battle rounds......the other guy waits for you to rinse troops until he can then successfully attack you.....because you are in the ruin area....one hit and you are ported......my point is we are rewarding campers that do nothing for most of the game the luxury of doing nothing.....this needs fixing as it is making the game boring......

As @tight tartan said the tower issue is rendering a whole class, the Mechanical Master, as useless......I have spoken to many who no longer take part in SVS anymore simply they will get the same rewards for not participating as they would by participating....except they don't have to spend a week or so rebuilding their troops......if you want players to participate you have to enable them to.....give that class back its value......

HELLO!!! Titan canyon at +8, +9, +10 and even +11 can we get some times that aren’t 100% only beneficial to China…. Offer -2 and +22??!! Idiotic!’ Please for next time add more times. As for the question that follows. Those times (-1 and +3) are very close to what was already available last time. They removed all of these later time slots, and due to this 75% of the people that usually play, did not. Then, due to the lack of sign ups it merged the two squads together, and even less people participated due to the lack of notice. This is a horrible way to run a new game mode. Many people feel Titan Canyon is a joke, as it doesn’t really have any rewards to benefit players. If there is a game mode that is attempting to replace War of Odinium; then the time options will need to be similar to what was previously available. WoO became boring and not worth the gems needed to repair units. And Titan Canyon is no different. Increase the value of the game rewards, and increase the flexibility of the time’s available. Or unfortunately the result will be the same as WoO.

I think MMs should receive a commensurate percentage of a CEs damage (kill points) when an MM in anyway buffs/ contributes to that damage. That is not to say, CEs share the points or have them reduced, only that MMs should be rewarded for their battle contributions. SvS is a good example of where MMs are at a severe reward disadvantage. Even the smallest fraction/% provided to them would accrue and assist in providing post battle rewards; which they largely go without currently. 🤷‍♂️

Seems like porting another players base (in Titan Canyon) should have some restrictions behind it in order to force people to play the event as intended. It seems like the intention of the event is to fight in the buildings and tiles not the bases. I mean don’t remove it completely, it’s still an important and fun element of the game. But more like monopoly, “go straight to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200” it happens less often and it’s more rare to get. Perhaps you can develop an ANTI-PORT that MM’s can get every 20 mins that has a 10 minute timer.

I think everyone would like this feature! Update the way people auto join rallies! Please let us select the heroes in the auto join rally, the troops and including a HT. this would save so much time for those smaller servers who struggle with terrors and need someone to sit there and join a rally every so often. This can speed up the process by so much! And of the top of this make a way to select 1 person who can join your rallies if they have auto join on and for the rally you are doing. So I can set my auto join rally to my main March and others can make sure my March joins there rally everytime they select me. Even a way for them to preview the March that will be joining so they know it includes heroes and a ht etc!

MM makes a lot of sacrifices compared to CE. Whenever mm creates a pillar, he cannot move his base, this is especially difficult in svs. mm is very helpful with his pillar. Therefore mm should be allowed to create 2 new pillars in which one pillar should have 10% dmg inc and the other pillar should have 10% dmg dec buff.

Please consider expressing event times in official channels (like here in Discord) as Reset +/- N hours.

Everybody already knows what time reset is where they live.

Server time is the same as Beijing time (or GMT+8) and it can be very confusing for people not in Beijing time to convert.

Switch to using Reset +/- N and make it easy for everyone. Ideally keeping N at 12 hours or fewer. Reset -6 is a lot easier to quickly calculate than Reset +18, for instance.

For example:
"18:00 server time" ➡️ Saturday Reset -6
"22:00 server time" ➡️ Saturday Reset -2
"02:00 server time" ➡️ Sunday Reset +2
"10:00 server time" ➡️ Sunday Reset +10
"18:00 server time" ➡️ Monday Reset -6
"10:00 server time" ➡️ Monday Reset -2

I think you did not understand fully the update. Now instead of having a broken défense without robot or some slot if you lose once, it'll gives avaible unit in those missing slots. Avoiding those battle where only 60 tank 101 défend then 200 lvl 100 🫡 it works actually well if your setup is with valhalla for example.
You have 200 valh avaible and you lose some in the défense, next battle gonna be with 150 val and 50 lvl 101 troops. Instead of only 150val and missing slots. 😀

Also, you're now able to setup another type of backup 1, attack with your setup défense heroes without losing that setup with random shit heroes (only if your 1st backup type is not the same troops with sames heroes)

Ps: Note that as long as you have the 2 others types troops avaible in your base, you have encirclement ON even if your setup is full of 1type (work only for rally, building defense, base défense)

A feature I'd like to request is that the next transfer cycle reset is to the same day as an SVS 11/4 and that UD transfer lockdown starts the following week 11/11. This poses a problem to those who might not know that they can move their cap event around and even if they do, it has a chance to severely impact their transfers for that cycle. Please fix. TLDR anyone that gets 770 is going to have a bad bad time.

The matching algorithm needs to be reworked again on both SVS and TC.
We have been facing Vivid servers against a non vivid server, it’s not even fair fight.

For alliance events, make it so every individual alliance member can check boxes for when they can participate. Let us check as many boxes as we want for the different times that we can participate. Then allow the alliance leadership the ability to see what everyone picks. Then the leadership can pick the time they want and pick participants from those that selected that time.

More options for alliances on the same (or maybe other servers?) server. Make it possible to make friendships or alliances between 2 or more alliances.

Have certain benifits like rewards for the length of a friendship.
Have members move freely between those alliances.
Make it unable to attack players from the friendly alliances. Helps avoiding mistakes during KE. And makes working together easier.

Let us build a 6th Fort. There simply is no more room, even with the 2 expenses develop. A full alliance can never fit all it's members inside.

Make it able to attack rival forts. Now sometimes a player builds a Fort near a hive and it stays there for ever. Why can't we attack it like in EL? That's also where the alliance or friendship between alliances is good for. Not able to attack your Fort or players.

SVS. I speak for a lot of people when I say. Why does it have to be a fixed time for every server. If you can offer time slots for TC and TC Legends. Why cannot you not offer the 2 servers involved the ability to vote on the time SVS happens. You could utilise the same interface the Supply Run uses when the Capital is Open and the most voted time is when SVS happens between the 2 servers.

For the garrison update, I want to be able to specify which heroes act as back up if the ones already done are out of the base (instead of the system picking ridiculous hero choices). To be specific, for each of the sets of army/navy/air heroes in the "more options" tab, to specify a second choice for each of them. So a second choice for each of army, navy and air. Anyone who does not have a second march (or who does not want to specify) can leave them blank and the system just chooses as now. But anyone who wants to set these up can make sure that a sensible back up march is chosen for the garrison in case the first choice is out of the base. This is a very common situation. This random choice of bad heroes was the most frustrating feature of the previous garrison, and it has not been fixed in this recent garrison update. Thanks

Please give all players the same amount of room inside their base to build boats/tanks/planes. It’s a huge slap in the face to the players who have spent 2+ years playing, that you limit them to 79 boats around the island but give the space for at least 90 boats to players who have spent less than 2 years playing.

You also allowed them to unlock their whole decor island with gold while you’re still making players who started 2+ years ago pay 2k gems to unlock spots.

You should be taking care of your dedicated players, not taking their feature requests and only giving it to new servers.

I've all purple equipment on all forces plus two gold, I'm sat on enough materials to make a third gold but nowhere to get a blueprint. Demands to fix broken Titan gear system, pass it on if you agree, and stop buying Titan gear till fixed:

  1. Make the special effects rate a guaranteed rate and compensate players to retroactively bring them up to the guarantee rate
  2. Gold item attributes should be appreciably better than purples. A superior purple item should be unusual rather than common.
  3. Add free paths to getting catalysts
  4. Remove low value special effects and compensate players who got them. They serve no purpose other than frustrating players.

there needs to be a merge between these new “transform” decor and the old transformer decor. players who played during the collab event have less options for leveling up their decor and can’t take advantage of the decor store coupons like the one that’s out this week. furthermore the new decor doesn’t seem to contribute to the advanced decor upgrade the way the collab decor does. it just seems as if they are not equal in many ways and should just be combined or players should be given the option of which version to adopt.

Please consider a complete MM rework! All aspects are falling further behind. Only high CP MM are effective anymore, not all of us can spend 5 figures to get there.
Please make cores easier to get.
Please allow us to build traps 2 at a time. 5 days to build an E-missile Is too long, especially when UD is every week.
Please allow us to move our bases even if it's a small predetermined area while we are building towers so we have a chance to avoid being ported in the building process.

SVS Time Options
SvS needs to expand to have 2 or three time options. Since the matchups are created until Thursday, the first step would be to allow all server leaders to choose an time slot on Wednesday.
Two Options would be (Reset -2) (Reset +6)
If there are 3 options then (Reset -2) (Reset +2) (Reset +6)
Obviously there would be a limited number of slots available

This should happen as many many players have work and personal lives outside of the game. But even more striking, there are players in different time zone where the reset -2 time is wholly inconsiderate. 2am or 4am is just not the greatest time for them to be able to participate.

We definitely want the VIP base decor back. Those of us that have reached VIP 12, or are about to, definitely do not want gold boxes as a reward. Most stuff can be merged, why can't we merge up to gold equipment up? I'm full purple and 1 gold on my main, I can't get a different gold on main because that's your lot with EL. I've nothing to spend this on, and at VIP 6 the Cupid event isn't an option to get one as it's not available, or just open up Cupid event as a route to get a gold equipment at lower VIP levels.

What’s the point in a discount coupon for a specific store, if not everything in that store it applies too? This is a decor, it’s in that store, coupons should apply wether it’s ‘collaboration’ or not.

It would be the same if the discount event, if you had to straight purchase the most expensive item and others helping with discounts did nothing. It makes no sense, sort it out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Transfers are necessary to the continuation of the game. I think this is not fully realized by devs just how important transfers are. SVS is fun. people really enjoy it. But having a server's ability to get transfers be contingent on SVS performance is not the way to keep servers healthy. Especially when you have a situation where servers can lose their capital - and then their very last chance for any transfers - the week before it's locked out for 3+ months.

I'm requesting:

  1. Find some process for transfers that does not require the server to have a leader.
  2. Don't have the last week before transfers close after an SVS when servers may lose capital and not be able to finish the transfer cycle.

How fun would it be for us non-whales to have a battle where we are not just getting hammered constantly, where the battles are more even for us. You have created an extremely large gap that has taken a lot of the fun out of playing, and then you add to that by leaving us out of events.
It's almost like you want people to leave the game.

Why we should buy for the Showcase extention. We buy alraedy for the decor and then TW is not giving us not enough the space to place. Army with 1k+ tanks is causing heavy imbalance to the game especially for air players. 1 march army clean sweeps air and still be left with 800 tanks which is a heavy disadvantage to players looking to main air.

Also in events, navy got advantage due to more number of army units in bases thereby giving more points to navy players due to suppressions while the same is not possible for air players coz air players lose all their units to army bases 😂

So, please reduce the troop count of the army to 400-500 units per base or buff air atleast to be able to play in events.

I don't know why tw likes Navy and Air Force so much, Titan gear gets random attribution, then why do most of the good buffs come for Navy and Air Force only. Army should also have good buffs.

Bringing players from very old servers to relatively new servers is very unfair for us.

Players who have been accumulating stats since the start of the game suddenly pop up in relatively new server makes it practically impossible for the top players in the new servers to compete with them.

It’s so unfair. As an example, We are placed in arena and in the top trial with servers whose players are 100 mil co with troops minimum.Level 100, at a time new world just opened in our server, and maximum level we can reach today is 85.Not to mention that individual defense is made for players with troops level 100, which makes it very hard to complete with our maximum troops level of 85.

This makes it impossible to win any event in the future. So either spend like 10,000$ or more in few days to keep up or quit.

In titan event, 3 or more slots will be useful for the big servers or alliance with more than 60 active players. OR increase the capacity of each slot. This will be very useful for everyone.

Pretty simple concept of a feature. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!

It almost feels pointless. Same things have been being asked for for at least 2 years, and nothing.

But every single new feature thst does get added has a price tag attached.

Why can’t being greedy in one event make the company enough to also have an event or feature that doesn’t have a COST ATTACHED.

Fully get it’s a business, and that’s my exact point, give the customers who have been and are supporting Top War some satisfaction in having an actual day on the evolution of the game.

One thing so many have been asking for is an event that takes strategy without a price tag. Would it be sooooo horrible if little Johnny who is VIP 0 takes the win in something over Stan who just keeps swiping his credit card? I don’t think so!

What a complete disappointment the Auction house is! It actually could be something fun for the community, but yet again it is a feature just for whales. 👎🏼
It needs a major change so 99% of players can actually take part.

1, auction coins should be obtainable with gems (even a limited amount, the same as the decor set store) this is the most important one!
2, create different auction rooms which have various upper limits on bids so low spenders/ gem spenders can at-least get something reasonable
3, more items should be available to auction, items that whales who’ve maxed most things already won’t need but normal players will, that way whales and normal players won’t always be bidding against each others.
4, just make the game a better place for your majority customer base. This is another money grab which slaps 99% of your customers in the face! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

TopWar you have nearly hit gold with this event. But here’s some changes

•Scrap revenue coins as a concept. Just let us get all the auction coins that were spent on our item.
•Allow us to add more to this auction area. Have hero shards, decor, HT chips etc.
•Allow VIP 0 to use
•Don’t make auction coins buyable you make the money that you spend.
•When you make 1 mil coins you get a cool decor

Allow players to build Vals directly into inventory. It doesn't make any sense to start building them and then have to waste valuable resources to repair 15, 20, etc. of them on an event you don't want to use them or not ready to use them. I can understand not having an unlimited amount, but the system doesn't work in its current format.

The current system to sign up for Titan Canyon is flawed. Restricting the signup to leader and vice-leader only is too limiting. There are 2 ways to fix this

1- Allow all title holders to make changes to the signups
2- Allow the Leader/Vice Leader to chose times. Then allow all members to signup. Leader/Vice Leader can make changes.

Introduce an automatic translation in chat. We choose the language in settings and any message that comes is translated directly. During peek fights it will help to directly see the message instead of going through the process of manual translation which takes time and even freezes sometimes.
