I think that any successful defense of your rss tile should grant a certain percentage of the remaining resources instantly. This would in effect reduce the time needed to collect all resources on a tile.

Could you create an exclusive lvl/hero swap from hero to hero that is similar to way perks are swap around so when a player has a lvl 5 914 they can trade it for a lvl 1 Layla to have lvl 5 Layla and lvl 1 914for instances or have exclusive shard exchange for exclusives for lesser rates then actually cost, for instance a 25 priced exclusives can get refunded 20 exclusive shards

Either introduce a mechanism to be able to test the different combos among friends in the same server without loss of troops or please increase the daily same warzone tickets to '10' atleast from the current '5'

Dedicated storage buildings for Valhalla units (Val version of Garage, Hanger, Dock).

This has many positive implications under the surface.
1.) it gives more room for people that own Vals, but don’t use them often
2.) it encourages building Vals because now it won’t interfere with normal troop storage
3.) it can be a research item similar to 2nd Dock and give people something to spend gold and R&D on
4.) More Vals … which means more points in EL. 😈

This would work awesome with a release of army/navy versions of Lancaster.

Suggestion : The operator manual tower needs better rewards once completed. After the event tasks are done the rewards have nothing to do with the event. We used to get vit, that was better, but now we have 15 days left and we don’t get anymore rewards towards the event. This format is horrible. There needs to be something useful to the event after each 500 pts earned after finishing the tower. Especially with an event this long. We feel like Topwar cheaps out. Give us better rewards for finishing the event towers. Thank you

I think the warzone exercise should be divided into leagues, bronze, silver , gold and diamond etc. It doesnt seem fair to attack lower CP players with smaller march sizes to gain points.

Can we change server warzone so it’s the same as SvS warzone. Current warzone pointless as navy hit army and army hit airforce and it’s the same day in and day out no real value. The change to 3 troop warzone would encourage people to improve all troop types. Then the top 20 take there troops to SvS warzone like current format. It will also give slightly weaker players the chance against strong single unit strength players as they could win 2-1 by wining there other 2 fights . The scoring system should stay as is currently so players need to play daily to gain the higher ranks not just wait till last minute and drop a weak player to the bottom with minutes remaining having not played all week

Undo the last change to Individual Defense, not being able to do ANYTHING during ID is annoying and boring. No farming, no hitting Dark Forces, not even able to do radar missions of any sort. ID already gave players a 'you can't attack this person' protection, why do you have to keep them from doing anything at all?

Can you create a future that combines characters of the same account, maybe like a character reset and inventory combination feature for players that decided to make 2 different characters. There’s many that quit because they 2 characters and couldn’t keep up spending that would of stuck around if they could combine the 2 (not for characters on separate accounts)

Ito the unknowns, give more chip box, and raised the ticket for vortex, at least to do 1 each week, we had to chose from 5 subship, 6 chip each, and to make more insane 5 colour, then come the layer of impossible, random stat, so complex and near zero to develop for ht, so made 1 vortex each week, by increasing drop rate fir tiket, and more chip from unknowns, it become ressorce for rss rather than chip

I suggest that the transfer to the servers be by submitting a transfer request, such as a request to join the alliance. So that consultation takes place between the capital's leader and the newcomer to know the laws and conditions before joining and so that unwanted people do not infiltrate the server and carry out acts of sabotage and destruction

Please make the ‘blocking’ of a different user in world chat immediate effective and not only after restart the game. I’m on iOS in case it is specific of those. We have each day some noise on world chat and blocking is needed frequent. Just to make it more convenient. E.g. refresh after switching from WC to AC and back.

  1. Please replace those Tech tiles in Dimensional mines with Odinium once you reach level 80 .
  2. Allow MMs to make Odinium facilities with this new Val's Tech you guys should give us ways to gather Odinium more and quickly.

Add a check box to enable/disable a hero from being used for defense when your main is out. Tired of Ganso or some other inferior heroes being automatically selected to defend when he has gathering skills vs the 6 other (much better) choice heroes I have. Simply being able to disable them from being chosen to defend would solve this issue. Same for quick marches. Maybe a way to designate a hero as a farmer or fighter etc.

It's clear you just took the graphic you planned to use for Odin MM Facilities (as these are legit just Dim Odin fields with the MM arm), and like I hope Odin mines are coming, but legit these are the best thing you've released in this game in a hot minute. You (likely accidentally) listened to your player base, which is like an insane thing coming from y'all. But these have been just amazing. Please keep something like them after this event. Battle Tiles if you will. I don't even care if they let you mine anything, just make them a spot we can test setups.

You use these buildings for major svs events and theyre a big part of the game for alliances ( shocker )

  1. Resource ruin first picture, everyone has been asking for a search button for level 6 tiles, heres something easier, just add a button here it is so annoying to manually find them i mean whats the radius? Whats the chances theyre all already taken so heres an easy solution (picture 1)

  2. the other level 3 ruin, its so insignificant no one would even remember its name, id be surprised if people remember this is a part of this game, just swap this with something new and useful ( even slightly useful would work ), or just give 4 resource ruins

  3. unit ruin, yup i think everyone knows why unit +1 exists, so you make 81s standard, cut kuruzos effectiveness in half, make us use speed ups and all that jazz, ATLEAST put 81 units in the unit ruin, unacceptable.

  4. yes a game forces you to try to keep your ingame item at a fixed lefel because leveling it up worsens it, please tw elements are useless, you implement it in heavy trooper, you give it as exquisite boxes in dig it up and purchase, theyre worth nothing and have no use in item ruin, fine you put them there, make item ruins tech and rnd go after level 5, make item ruin leveling up be better rather than worse, makes zero sense, easy fix

I wouldnt even touch relics and quest ruin, theyre just fillers

1-Add more ways to get mastery papers.
2-Improve Individual defense and Alliance defense such as more HT chip boxes, choice mech part, skill shards, decor shards, exclusive decor box.
3-Extend ability to buy power cores to Expedition, SVS, VIP store and maybe consider making it a vip pack
4-Make it so we can build equipment material faster. It silly to now have to upgrade gold equipments and that we have wait several weeks to get the materials needed just remould by 1 lvl.
5-Make purple equipment upgradble.
6-Add equipment remould prints to legion, ViP, expedition and svs stors. Add them as vip packs
7-Add more options to get power cores other than just buying them. Its beyond me how hard you make it to get items that are essential to game play.

The frequency on which you release heros became ridiculous!

How are player supposed to bring 12 perk on 3 types of units to 110% which requires 5280 golden shrads per unit type, while you launch more than 1 hero per month, which make old hero useless?

Let us at least deactivate old hero and transfer 5* shrads to new hero. You still win money with skills?

You make it just useless to spend money in this game as whatever we buy is obsolete a few month later...

I think a hero trade in mechanic would be a great feature to show the community you care about their “investment” into the product. I think something like 4* & 5* SSR hero’s only. Maybe 1/4 the total shards for a 4*, and 1/3 total shards for a 5*. But not return orange shards back to the player, make it a decisive move, like the traded in hero’s shards go directly into another hero, can only be put towards the next hero and not something like perks. Also there could be a cap on how often players could do this. Say two 4* hero’s and one 5* hero per month allowed to be traded in. People are going to spend on the game regardless, and eventually they will run out of trade ins, and be right back to the new hero grind. And in reality, people are still gonna spend on the skills and perks anyways, but this would allow some of that investment from players to become relevant again. One of the number one reasons people quit this game is due to constantly having the hero’s they buy into become outdated so quickly. Hope TW actually sees this and maybe considers it or some variation of the idea.

Allow mechanic masters to build new buildings that can be created on an alliance basis. These new buildings will be similar to alliance resource buildings, but can only be built by mechanics (at least 5 mechanics who have reached a certain point in the tech tree), such as Vit production facility, odinium production facility, diamond production facility, etc. Also during events (svs/el) there should be a base renovation that mechanics who have reached a certain point in the tech tree can build together. Maybe a new buff that increases Wade's repair limit by 10x.

Change what happens when you disassemble exclusive skills. Instead of giving skill chips, give universal exclusive skill shards. Every disassemble should give half its cost in exclusive shards. Ex) Akatora skills cost cost 25 shards in the store. When disassembled should give 12 exclusive skill shards (25/2 rounded down).

With the nonstop adding of hero’s this would give F2P some chance of still having viable marches. And would skill encourage larger players to buy exclusive shards.

Alliance internal exchange market - Within the alliance it is possible to request and to provide certain items like:

  • Tech chests
  • Gold Chests
  • Tech Item Choice Chests
  • etc.
    This list is only meant as an example and far from what could be a full list.
    In such a way, stronger players could support weaker players in a better way. Teamwork within the alliances could be enhanced. More people could be attracted to the game.

After Topwar release the morale system, the number of Power Cores needed is very huge ! Whales can buy them but tell the truth is also very difficult to have enough to research to the last tech. The very main problem here is the people who are f2p, based on my calculation, it takes up about more than 12 YEARS ! Imagine a child who is only 15 years old, the child will play Topwar until he is 27 years old, it is unacceptable! So atleast you MUST add the Power Cores to somewhere else that both Whales and F2P can buy it like in expedition store,... through many daily event like Arm Race ( Ex : you can get 1 or 2 Power Cores each quest is done ) and PLEASE ADD it to Region Store even when you have not reach the morale tech yet ! Decor sizes need to be adjusted. Dmg+, Dmg-, War, Def, Marchsize decors are fine being 2x2 due to value of decor. All others need to be a single square. The fact you released showcase should not make every single decor a 2x2. Any variation of atk, Hp, crit, gathering etc needs to be made single square. And never again release a 3x3.

Me and most player I know reduced spending by -80%, because we are not ok to replace every month 3 hero with slightly better ones and to spend 1000€ a hero and we are not ok for a 0.01% probability to spend hunderts of dollars in an event.

I have a suggestion about Dragon Breath base skin :

  1. Make the base skin duration longer than 3 min. 5 min would be helpful for everyone and make it twice a day without cool down instead of once every 12h.
  2. Make a lvl2 skin with a bigger design and a skill that buff ally members. Example: additional 20% DMG increase + 10% DMG decrease for the user and the ally bases in an area or a certain number of selected ally bases ✌️

Improvement ideas:

Give us something to do with redundant items that keep collecting in our inventories. The store you have implemented once a month is a good improvement but we collect far more than we can offload.

Idea 1 (redundant items)
"Gold rush", a game of chance. Every two months it runs for a couple of days and costs a rediculous sum of gold. Im thinking maybe you could remodel epic and legendary HT chips for instance.

Idea 2 (redundant items)
Create a new building similar to the special effects research centre. Once you hit 80 it unlocks and you can turn in r&d and tech chests into very very small stat increases. This will at least feel like we get something for running dark forces etc.

Tweak the algorithm for CP to give a true-er indication of strength. This can then be the basis for a fairer match-making system for SVS, ODIN and EL.

It is extremely hard for a low vip or ftp player to migrate. Maybe intstead of offering more tickets slight reworks could be made. For example: reduce the cost of FTP 5* heroes from 2 to 1 or even 0.5 transfer tickets. More implementations along these lines would help heaps.

Rework rewards given from supply contest and ruins. Add some newer items into the mix to keep it fresh. Maybe an extremely small chance to get a power core from the item ruins.

Can you put Profession Perk Speed-up 50% off in the VIP store? It's silly to have 20% off when I can find them in World Treasure Store for 50% off. I'll never buy them in the VIP store because of this. Please check the images and make them 50% off. The same goes for Elite Hero Vouchers. Also, add Class Item Chest in the VIP store. We too can find them for 50% off in Treasure Store for the price of 100 gems.

F2p events so not everything is money based, gives f2p the chance to do something other than build facilities entire server events, probably would give them a better fighting results, add odinium/odinium facilities into rss ruin and mm tree, allow to search for lvl 6 rss from ruin/search bar and be able to check how many lvl 6 rss are left out of 100 (from ruin), stop mass introducing new heroes and other stuff but instead focus on reworking hereos for example and improving rewards in most parts of the game

Hello. My feature request would be to find a way to redeem exclusive skill shards from the exclusive skills you have to buy. Similar to the skill chips you get when you disassemble free skill shards from free heroes. But from the exclusive skills you have to buy with universal exclusive skill shards or with 💰 🤑 💸, make it in a way you get universal exclusive skill shards back when you disassemble them. So when I have an old hero that I haven't use for over a year, like Akatora, but I have exclusive skill lvl 5 on him, that exclusive lvl 5 is useless right now for me. Make it in a way I get universal exclusive skill shards instead of skill chips.

Remove the VIP restriction on the gold BP for Cupid. There is no reason that should be behind a VIP barrier. The Cupid event rewards should be the same for all VIP levels. There are already very few chances for F2P to compete. But if we want to spend the gems/money in Cupid we can’t even get the BP. (Unsure of the exact VIP barrier. At least greater than 6)

Rethink the Prices of VIP special boxes eg Karuzo and Amalia should be a lot cheaper. We have spent the money to get to the different VIP levels we should be rewarded not expected to pay $150 for a hero that isn’t exactly worth that amount. I like that you have started adding VIT capsules in the rewards of the Pacific Rim event. However, the odds of getting those VIT capsules are still pretty low considering that almost all events require huge amount of VIT and many F2P can't really do anything.
Please consider increasing the VIT capsules as rewards , add more in-game options to get VIT capsules (and I dont mean to buy them with gems), but to get them as reward. Maybe if you could replace the blue hero shards radar quests with something that is actually useful.

Therefore, you should publish the actual drop rates at the end of the events against what is advertised in the game. For example, deep sea hunting we would like to see the actual drop rates of all players combined at the end of the event versus what you advertised. I WANT to spend on this game, but lately its become so demoralizing that I can't bring myself to do it. Hello everyone!

I think this will be much useful for alliances in the game. Not everybody wants to install Discord and sometimes we have issues with that. Alliance Poll votes in the game are really really useful. For example, We can make a timetable vote, when is everybody available to play so we can coordinate much easier. Or we can select by poll vote a new leader in the game if the old one resigns. There are really a lot of stuff that we can vote on.
Also, a search option for keywords in the alliance chat would be really useful! Please let me know if you can do this. If you can't, it's fine, just let us know. I've searched in Discord for this suggestion already and couldn't find it. If there's a similar one, I'm sorry. Have a lovely day!

P.S. - ignore my messages in the chat because I've made mistake. It's not 4k gems, it's 5500 gems divided by 21 gold shards which are 260 gems per 1 gold shard.

If you have a level 80 character under your account, other characters under this account can send dm at level 10, otherwise you will have to be lvl 30 to do that - Rubes

Please do this for group chats as well. Allow people who already have lvl 80 accounts to bypass the lvl 50 restriction for group chats.

Now, for the feature request part.

A server leader should be able to send a message to the whole server. It could be just once a day or even a once-a-week option, don't really care, just implement it, please. Might make it easier to lay out a plan for a server war. Or to notify everyone of an upcoming server boost. I would suggest the mail is placed on top of the email because the server leader is a king/queen.

It is beyond absurd how many people cannot participate properly because of this. The fact that this is asked for change countless times above with no solution is sad!

Having the ability in the skills inventory for hero skills, the ability to lock skills from being dismantled would be great.

I used exclusive shards to finish my Shaq skill to 7, it just so happened I accidentally in all the clicking dismantled a level 6 shaq skill (clicked with me why I had so many skill chips a day or two before). I put a request in a couple days beforehand about hitting power drill to 1000 points and not receiving the rewards (even though claim had been hit) and they fixed the problem.

Problem is that cost me a “oops” that can only be done one in a 30 day period. So I am sh*t out of luck on that level 6.

Never would have happened with a lock feature…

Poll System:
My idea is it to add a poll system alliance / serverwide.
This could help to organize things and vote for times to do AD / ID parties, WoO time or even something like droid spawn time / spawn of lvl 6 resources.
I think this could help the leadership of a server / an alliance to get the opinion of many players on a specific topic.
This menu could be added in the alliance menu for alliance only votes.
For the votes for the whole server you could add a new menu in the capital.

I learned a new thing today. Thank you very much. To me it seems like , they are trying to do the "variable-ratio reinforcement". Although they will fail cause even the "jackpot" ain't worthy of the time n money players spend for "not jackpot".

A tweak in rewards rng in favor of players will really work wonders for TW. Both in player retention and increase of the player base.

TW forgets that no matter how many AD campaigns they run, ultimately , it the word of mouth publicity that keeps the game growing at a healthy rate. The best example being Clash of Clans. There ad expenditure is less compared to TW and they don't have to rely on fake ads either. Still, at least in my region, COC never dies and have seen players playing for more than 7-8 years now.

This is a feature request ofcourse as we want tw to continue and for that, you need to be mindfull of the "user experience " rather than "share holders experience".

And If you don't believe me, TW just needs to look at the graph of new servers. They start high, become dead in 140 days, then become very very active for next 120 days and after that voila.. the server is dead. This cycle forces you to create unneccessarily new servers at high speed , which increases your cost, while the older servers keep your balance sheet unhealthy. As, i am assuming, the activity is not enough to cover the cost of operating that bunch of servers. Hence, the increase in greediness which is only making people hate your game. You just have to read the comments by TWC.

The only solution for you guys now, is to rework the whole system of ZONES and TRANSFERS.

There are many players including me , who won't shy away from helping you guys figure out the best framework for the game.

And you have to connect with the mass player base again , not just one or two servers.
Perhaps inc the no. Of actual Dev's n staff who interacts with us.
I don't have Nitro , so have to stop here due to word Limit 😀. Please make the game Fun again.

what do you think about the following feature:
Alliance internal exchange market - Within the alliance it is possible to request and to provide certain items like:

  • Tech chests
  • Gold Chests
  • Tech Item Choice Chests
  • etc.
    This list is only meant as an example and far from what could be a full list.
    In such a way, stronger players could support weaker players in a better way. Teamwork within the alliances could be enhanced. More people could be attracted to the game.
    There would be a higher value if these items even for stronger players.

So Svan was explaining last night that matchmaking isn't broken for WOO and y'all purposely make it bad, and that's by design? So I guess a feature request is the correct thing to make since it's by design that matchmaking sucks because you want to create server death on purpose? (it's all very over my head clearly).

So my feature suggestion, is instead of forcefully killing your servers and destroying your own profits on purpose (is this some kinda insurance scam?) that instead maybe you make the game fun for the players?

Base skin boxes currently only offer 100 shards for a full skin such as Crystal Cabin, Training Base, etc. Some players may only need 70 or 30 upgrade shards because they have the minor levels of those bases. Allow us to split the 100 shards across multiple base skins.

There is nothing fun about forcing a couple hundred people that spent all of their free time in 2 weeks fighting for the 1st place server to get 3rd place rewards. Or worse!

Edit: The more I think about this, the worse it gets. Several of these matchups are going to be slaughter-houses. That means the 2nd place server could be getting 4th or 5th place “alliance” rewards. And then they also have to pick who will get those. 🤢

Why does Topwar becomes worse day after day

  1. you focus only to improve your financial output // and you do it so hard that everyone becomes aware of it. But humans (not developers) are not stupid. They react exactly opposite as expected if they feel cheated
  2. you do not play your own game. Unless somebody pays with real money, he/she does not know, what is worth buying or not
  3. you hired some psychologist to optimize the earnings, but they have no clue about the game, so they use tricks from a web-shop and as your ratings decrease they try to counter it with fake advertisement
  4. you learned in a google search about the Pareto rule and saw that only like 200 player spend like 95%. now you develop only for them but you forgot, that they will get bored, if they have no enemy
  5. you call it a strategy game but the only strategy needed in this game is what to buy and what not to buy. there is no way that a CP40 server can beat a CP80 server (this is what we face in EL) and by launching more and more hero, you worsen the situation, as normal player just stop buying... why should I get the latest hero, when I know that till I have the 640 shrads it will be outdates... and not only him... the full 3 heros will be obsolete
  6. matchmaking is optimized to keep the top 5% happy... so you want to avoid that server 591 gets beaten again vs 770... so you call it a random matchmaking and they get a free win. BUT THEY WILL BE BORED GUYS!!

Now how can you do it better ...
=> Well start reading in here... look at all the ideas and reports what needs to be improved. Stop development for like 3 month and actually fix things. Define a strategy and tell your boss, if you do not do that, this game will just disappear and people will spend their money elsewhere...

And do not hope that we just stop playing, we spend too much! We just give the our big account to our 7 year old kids... believe me, you do not want that! 🤣

EL Matchup improvement suggestions

Problem: Servers get paired in apparently random ways. CP levels don't match at all and some servers have an enjoyable experience with EL and others a bothering experience.

Suggestion(s):

Alternative 1. Long term appliance

All servers have a result in the end, by being 1st, 2nd etc. But also have server and individual points. Next matchups make them based on this results, so servers who won will face other servers who won too, and with closer points, if a server was too much dominant will face other dominant servers, if a server won in a balanced way will still face balanced server in terms of last result. If a player that was previously on server A and now it's on B, then please consider him as result of Server B now for matchups, this could avoid players moving around to servers with weaker results to take advantage on others. If a server was merged them utilize the best of both for the server performance.

This is like a soccer championship experience like League of Nations, where new groups are created based on previous performances.

Alternative 2.

Create matchup based on SVS Rankings previous to EL. 8 by 8 servers are paired together, in terms of their possible matchup (so servers in other region that also don't face each other on svs don't get paired on EL).
This way most active and stronger servers will face each other in a more balanced way. If one server it's too much up on their svs league he will face stronger servers but for a reason. if the server is lower he will face other servers too on same activity and strength (or servers that win or lose a lot of course)

This is like a internal and external championship where the best in internal faces the best in external competition.

Easy solution for El matchmakings : divide top80 servers into 20s and draw 2 server from each 20s.... You are going to have 10 good El match ups and all top 80 servers will be happy.... After top 80 randomise it like it is now.... How hard is that 🤷‍♂️

New Idea to Spice Things up… Once a week each alliance should be able to release a bomb truck that randomly roams the map, for a fixed amount of time (say 30mins). The truck will hit some other alliance member(s) base(s). The alliance that sends out the truck can put defenders on it and of course the other alliances can attack it to try and stop it or maybe cause it to return to sender.
Along with this there could be a grid system on the map where as people can “bet” where the truck will land. The betting could either increase/decrease the damage it causes. And of course there would be lots of ways to tie awards to this.
Call it the party bus from hell 🤓

This shouldn't even be a request to participate in fair play! Super servers need to fight other Super servers..... it's what they was built for! No one enjoys a 0% chance of a win! Any svs type events need to be Fairplay for all and match the servers CP! This should be a standard!!! Fix the game and keep the Super servers together.... again they build them to compete!

Could a feature be added where you can select troop training facilities to be removed. Removing them one at a time is monotonous and unenjoyable. Let us select which ones we want to delete as a group, or treat them as decor and enable us to pick them all up at once.

What is the point of making white, green and bleu blueprints while we don't use them anymore ! They are absolutely useless.
Please release the Golden fragments or allow us to dissemble the blueprints for random amount of materials.
If you are willing to keep the same logic then allow us to upgrade blueprints after getting a certain amount of them.
Example: 12 white blueprints => 1 green blueprint / 12 green blueprints => 1 blue blueprint... Till making gold blueprint.

Why you do this...alright you wanna update the thing and BLA BLA BLA...but why until July 23rd...do you know how many servers changing warzone...do you think by increasing transfer cap you solved the problem??? The answer is NO...reduce the time for the transfer pause or increase the transfer cap 3x or 4x depends on the amount of cycle we going to skip...

You need to do a massive overhaul to the rewards in events. Level 80 players no longer need tech chests, r&d etc.

Change the rewards for Dark Forces, Warhammers, Silos, World Boss, Supply Contest Airdrop Store, Alliance Defense, Individual Defense...the list goes on.

Add power cores and HT chests, something we could all use

Also, bring back HT Simulation

Lower the transfer price. When people transfer to a different server and find they are not happy they quit. Regardless of the amount of money already spent. The cost to transfer is too high and instead of just loosing players, there needs to be a better solution than $20 per transfer ticket, especially when we need 30-40 tickets. There needs to be a cap for how much it cost and how long it takes to accumulate free tickets. To determine if we are happy 3 months will dictate either way, but $100 is even too high. The game cost so much to keep up the strengths with everyone, people are quitting instead of spending hundreds of dollars just to move to a different server. The price is ridiculous and technically it shouldn’t cost anything to be happy when playing topwar.

Literally this entire transfer situation is dumb. Like I can tell from your support vague wording that you're changing how zones work and adding silly safeguards to what will become support zone. You basically took all the convos, all the feedback, and all the discussion in #1072808759769968660 , then you decided "this is too much work" and cherry picked a few parts to make it look like you were reading, but then ignored the rest that actually made those ideas work??

Legit just have someone high up just message me. I will explain in 1 hour of your time why this is dumb, and how to fix transfers, matchmaking, and events in one go. Why spend all this time to keep losing whales left and right all day?

What's the point of limiting participation to that breach energy thing? We have a server target which is only at 15% on the final day. Very active server, we always reach achievements very quickly. There is a store which features good items for 60 cones, but the limited participation make this unreachable.

Feature request: extend the timeline for the breach energy event.

A good feature will be when you ask players what they want in server wide surveys actually listen? The fiasco with EL match up is a complete joke and repeated waste of time surveys that are ignored, you asked we all voted and you did whatever you want anyway ignoring our wishes. I don't normally publically state negative things about you all but seriously get a grip, the whole comms team here and in game needs a shake-up.

Yea and I bet you get some incredible gold rewards using the codes. I stopped a year ago to activate codes. That was when bugs TW made did not end with giving us 50 gems instead of 200k of odinium.

Just wanna share.

  • Why can't collaboration events be just like other so-called "valuable" events? Baking Master, Flippy, Deep Sea, Limited-Time, etc,,, all have 1 day to redeem?
  • When the Evangelion event ends, it was exactly like this. Here's the thing. Not every players use Discord, even if we have an dc account there's no way to guarantee we use dc usually. So you can't just announce the closing of the store on Discord only and expect people to read them here.
    If the store is closed with no extra day, there should be an IN-GAME ANNOUNCEMENT, whether system mail, text box, etc I don't know, just make it so as people can read it inside the game or at least in the event panel.
    And don't talk about the clock, like I said, normally with other events, event clock and redeem clock are counted differently

Can we please have a feature for AUTO DF Kill. So we can put it on auto and it will send one pre+determined march automatically to kill df when we are offline, untill the vit runs off. Then the auto function will disable itself.

It would be also cool if we could warn with a "RIP-OFF" tag players of our servers about events, which are completely useless. Out of experience we could set this tag as standard for all new events and the server leader could then remove the tag, in case there would be once an event, which has to do with strategy or something fun.
=> I know it is unlikely but I am a positive thinking person!!!

Or as an alternative dev could start their little morning stand-up meeting by saying one after the other...

Since EL is upon us I am tested once again about how this is a server event but there are still alliance prizes. This is supposed to be the time when we come together on a united front against 7 other servers to battle for the Eternal City and yet we keep having to parse out achievements to alliances instead of to the entire server. I know this was mentioned last EL, the EL before that, and the EL before 10_confused and still no one gets it. I don't know how to say it without cuss words AU_pepetoxic , but know that many are exhausted of it. The fact that matchups have yet again proven that there is no change at all but no one respects the feature request channel to make positive changes. How much easier my job would be as a dev working today if I had my end users giving me so much free improvement information with data to showcase improvements. I would be a rock star tg_Rock , but yet why do you guys fight so hard to be a rock 🪨 ???? I won't beat that dead horse, since there is no profit to be seen out of it and I know how you guys love cash prizes.

Moving on to other topics of concern. I see we keep missing the screams for Beach Landing to show up again. I know, I know, you have other cash only special events out there you want to showcase, but with so many things still showing "Stay Tuned", I wish you would turn your gaze back to the channel of common sense and longevity changes to keep your seasoned players and help keep engaging new players. I don't honestly believe that most of the players on these servers are new players, I think your intake is probably low these days with all new accounts being alt accounts from current players. I could be grasping at straws, but hey, the fact that there are dying servers and there are new servers being built is suspish Wait_hmmmmmm . Building new servers to show progress while watching the older ones die out...suspish.

Radar tasks have been slipping lately on the good drops. I'm noticing the uptick in Fortified formation manuals and the lessening of the Assault manuals. Take some time during the no transfer window coming up this summer to throw that in as a hotfix, please and thank you.

My big request today is the buildings on the base. Why are we still popping out 80s when lvl 81 units are what most 80s got due to the Odinium Tech building. **__Do you see the image I included?? __**This shows the plans that were built for going past 80 that have obviously been sidelined for randomness. I still feel a bit jaded about having a Shaq event and his hero is even less useless than O'Neill and Piedmont. Anyways, we waste time having to speed up the spawning of the units so we can merge them when in need, such as in SvS, but who in your offices (THAT ACTUALLY PLAY THE GAME 807340205236551750 ) thinks that this doesn't need to be fixed. The one thing I think of when improving the environment for users is what can be done quickly that can keep the customers satisfied while major updates are going through testing. Low hanging fruit is what we call it. So could you guys accomplish that much, getting some low hanging fruit from this channel to do so we can see progress. That is how you have the best customer retention. Or maybe have players volunteer to be testers of the changes in a fresh server that we can be added to. I swear I am giving as much help as possible, so please improve.

I'll keep it short because I know reading is hard for some of y'all but I don't have great pictures. Here's the 3 step plan to pretty much fix 90% of your entire complaint base in 1 swing:

Step 1) Create an actual CP system. 170k CP for +8 bigshots, 0 CP for +22 decor? But CP for farming speed? Create an actual CP system that is based off a players actual combat ability at a given time.

Step 2) Use the new CP system to create a matchmaking system. Not "oh you are close and both won your last matched, you are matched", and not your intern matching servers based on which share the best fruit names. (clearly it's Momo) Use actual player strength to match up servers for fun and challenging fights.

Step 3) Abolish zones. Zones have no need to exist (outside of Prep obv) if there is real matchmaking. No more "support hoppers", no more whales keeping accounts in Support to sell, no more people in server 600 messaging server 2600 confused why they can't transfer because the game explains nothing. 2 zones, Prep Zone (no transfers) and War Zone(transfers). All events are properly matched, and we get to play with friends again.

How about a new building for "Central Intelligence" where we can recruit and train spies, to send them on sabotage missions against the opponents. Also, this building will be responsible for defending against sabotage attacks.

These spies, on a successful mission, could be capable of -but not limited to- failing opponent from sending marches, recalling all gathering marches, draining the opponent's VIT, disabling training or repairing queues, disabling some other utilities, stealing resources like food / oil / odinium, even on some extreme extent they could disable shields, force teleport to a random tile, ... and so on

What I aim for is a new feature of its own, like the Heavy Trooper, to have its own building, characters, and gameplay.
The characters would be divided into two classes: spies 🕵️ and officers 👮‍♂️
Spies 🕵️🕵️would be responsible for sabotage missions
officers 👮‍♂️👮‍♂️are to defend the base and upgrade the "CI" building.

Leveling up the "CI Building" would be important to increase the success % of a mission and to defend better against attacks. The sabotage mission should be undetectable by the opponent unless the opponent's CI building is of higher level than the attacker. A detected mission is a failure unless they both have same building level so its comes to who has the better Spy/officer

We can add different characters for spies and officers each of them can do certain missions and has his pros and cons and attributes, where some officers can counter some spies and vice verse. Also they could have their equipment to increase their stats and success probabilities.

There are some things that could be improved with potentially not much development, to bring more content to the game. For example (1) sometimes have svs where any 2 servers can just agree to fight each other, and then only the remainder are paired up like now (2) move odinium canyon to midweek and have a separate svs in the gap weekends. This introduces another fighting opportunity. And this new alternating svs has 4 servers play not 2. Exactly same rules and scoring as now but 4 servers together. This helps balance mega-whale server issues and will balance fights more (3) at a different midweek time to odinium canyon, each week have the ark event open to many servers together. Those who want to fight in an ark event can then do it. But the ark in this case is done by server not by alliance which is the problem with eternal land ark (4) for future eternal land, group servers by strength 1-8. 9-16. 17-24 etc. This will at least mean 90% of servers have a good event. And for the 1-8 and 9-16 groups, perhaps adjust the prizes. Even for those two groups, it would be better than the non-event which the current method is for most of those servers. The summary is this: Players need more fighting events for a war game, otherwise there is no point spending money building up your setup if you can't fight with it

Hey TW team, could we get a Shard merging option available 4 blue = 1 purple, 4 purple = 1 gold or even make it 10-1 merge would make all those useless unused shards have a purpose, would also increase motivation for more players to play longer as they wouldn’t be mindlessly waiting on universal shards for all these endless hero drops.
Could even add a “reset hero” option where you can reset unused heroes back to 1 star cashing out universal shards to put into other heroes.

It is very unfortunate that when mechs port between servers, that their resource facilities are destroyed. This doesn't affect them much (they can build new whenever they like) but it harms other players. Players usually plan to sit inside those facilities overnight, for like 8 hours. It's unfortunate if you then find out in the morning that your gatherers left after 15 minutes.

This behavior indirectly does impact the mechanics, because now they are looked at when they leave the server. They may not want to harm their friends, and give up for instance ruin rewards. Combat Elite can switch server without harming anyone. This seems a little unfair.

I'd like to request that military buildings disappear, as they do now, but recourse facilities stay, when a mechanic ports away from the server.

Matchmaking for EL should use SvS rankings. Top 8 servers are matched and so on down the line. No one wants a boring EL, it’s twice a year, many people wait impatiently only to get garbage matches where they will just farm the whole time. Groups of 8 at same SvS rankings would be much more exciting and give the servers a much higher chance of having a great time.

Would it be possible to have a lock on the skill we choose? This will prevent accidental level up of skills, Plus Most Importantly, the Merge Buttons be placed further away from Equip. This is where things go wrong. With more marches of same unit type, we need sometimes to have more skills of same lev to accommodate the heroes of 2 marches. A lock would prevent any accidents.

Stop skimping on your game development infra. Pretty sure the reason matchmaking is crappy is because game would crash if you pit active, matching servers against each other. No need to sugarcoat it with 'we are looking into improving matchmaking process' since we all know it ain't happening. Fix those lags instead of releasing useless updates/events

An option that allows reverting hero upgrades, retrieving back shards spent on the hero with a % of books spent, disassembling hero skills into skill shards and not "skill chip", that's the logical way to think of it, those 2 would be the dream options for many people especially for f2p/low spenders. Now here's a little problem for the first option, big players may abuse it to need less transfer tickets to move servers, a solution can be done is number of shards retrieve d from upgraded heroes will cost x amount of tickets, let's say 5* hero reverted to 1* = 620 shards back = still 2 tickets, hope I explained well for that part

Can there by a merge all button for skills, this seems like a fairly easy feature to implement since it is already done for components and decor. Unless you store the data for each of the skills as different (for rare, normal and fragments) tables/records, but I would think they are all related so it should be fairly straight forward

Game rating is at 2.4 star and was at 4.6 Stars when I started.

Player realized it is important to adjust the rating. Myself I switched it from 4.5 down to 1 star.

Now you might ask yourself dear devs... what happened....

  1. Dev need to start play the game with part of their salary as obviously they are kinda lost to prioritizize the right changes. OR you start reading here what to do.

  2. Stop usage of rng as this is a strategy-game and not a slot machine.

  3. Protect our investment! Means we want that hero remain relevant... balance them

  4. stop being greedy... 50gems is not a worthy compensation for your errors. 1 gold box is not worth our click.

  5. stop fake ads... in 30 years of playing I never saw a game that was successful doing false promises

I can guarantee you that even with your fake ads, nobody installs a game with a 2.4 star rating and it will worsen as we all change our rating

Not advise. A repeated request, a plea on our knees since TWO (2) years to stop acting as if EL is an alliance vs alliance fight. To stop giving one alliance of one server the rewards and the rest of the server nil. I know that surprises TW but basically every server participating in EL is beyond alliances. Alliances became meaningless and a hindrance. EL is server versus server. Somehow I get the impression that TW thinks there would be any fighting in area 1 between alliances of the same server. Think again. But it does cause frustration as most wants to be in the alpha/prime alliance for max rewards. That tribal tech eases things a little bit but doesn't solve it.

From an overall perspective.. Level 80s should have better rewards on events than the non Level-80s.. The rewards are great if you're leveling up, but as you get to 80, the rewards have a diminishing return.. It makes the game feel more like a grind and less about strategy and actual game play..

Also, can we finally switch out the world map gold mine facilities with odinium mine facilities? The gold mines are never used because the base harvester generates 100x the amount of gold that a world map miner does, not to mention, gold becomes practically useless at some point.

Please start to listen to the players that did not yet stop playing.

Game rating dropped now to 2.3 Stars... a level where nobody installs the game.

When I started 2 years ago the rating was at 4.8! This clearly shows that with every upgrade you made this game worse by trying to squeeze more money out of us... strategy is meanwhile replaced by rng!

I changed my rating to 1 star which is still too high and I would never install a game with a rating below 4.

You make one poll after the other but you never show results or react on them.

If you do not start listening to the feature request channel, there is soon no one left to squeeze money from!

Game developers can fix the situation that servers that go through port 1 can attack any other server's oil or rice facilities while other oil or rice facilities are located in PS. If such an attack makes many people very uncomfortable when they collect before going to bed. When it's not the day of the fight, as long as they are safe in port 1 and are holding on to port 1, they can destroy everyone on another server. I hope this can be fixed

Please add mechanics that reward small servers. With the existing server transfer mechanisms, there’s too much consolidation of strong players to a few whale servers. The rest are left to rot. This is in TWs best interest too since whales get bored in large servers and quit and players in dead servers feel left behind and quit

Good Day All,

So, currently i have the “Staff Officer” position and i have noticed recently that its also possible to give gifts through the alliance list, which is awesome! But.. it has 2 very unnecessary “Requirements” that sort of kill its functionality:

It only works in your alliance

You must have a higher rank than the person you are gifting, as it is only accessible through the “Manage” Screen

When giving capital gifts here.. I don’t limit it to my alliance, and so do many servers ! and same with who gets them, they can be someone the same rank as me.. or maybe higher!

This feature would be awesome at its full potential considering how much time its gonna save people looking for bases ! or asking people to share, and specially now! During the Eternal Land event, gifts reset every single week, and it would be a nightmare to look for bases in such a large map with unorganized hives,

Considering this feature is already implemented in the game, i wish that it would be easy and quick to implement, and it would be awesome to have it as soon as possible, Thank You.

I for one spent money on a event that I didn't get rewards for because it ended. It didn't have a timer and I was told it would continue. It only had 1 more hit!

Right now speed up is limited during EL, but we need more than that. Make Ark Contest a little more reasonable, I know it’s random match making but when someone who is at let’s say at 25M CP and is constantly paired up with 50M plus CP doesn’t make those players want to compete in the Ark, the Ark shouldn’t be about bigger players constantly smacking around the little guys, I am sure top war can come up match making the 20-30M, 30M-40M, 40M-50M cps face each other for better competition and so forth to give the smaller players a chance to even compete in the Ark Contest, there’s really no point for a smaller player to go into the Ark to not have a chance for good and descent battle against someone with similar strengths

Have all legendary chips show all 4 buffs at level 1. It's frustrating to get a legendary chip that I have to level up to 5 and most times get those terrible element buffs. I've wasted chips leveling it up to 5 to get the element buff now I need to use that to level up one of the chips I've been using that also has element buffs. Or better yet, do away with the element buffs. I don't know a single person that finds them useful at all. They don't do anything.

Topwar-Rivergame... because you never play this game you have no clue what to change on the game and therefore the only thing on which you base, is how to squeeze more money out of us.** Does a 2.3 star game rating** of the game not ring a bell for you? We know that you have like 10 clone games in parallel in production. But that will not help you as all of them will die the same way.

Nobody installs a game that has a rating of 2.3 star... no fake ads will change that.

A good example in EL is next to the terrible matchmaking where we face a server where their top100 player is stronger than what we have...
=> In addition... we do have the bigger area that they have and not enough PS to fill all spaces. Once they have a gate, they place a fortress and that was it.
=> now if we could at least gather... but no... they will attack every single tile of us, while we can not attack theirs

At least let us attack their tiles as well? Like this any big server will think 2x before they take home zone gates.
=> From my side I changed the rating from an initial 5 star to 1 star. This casino like game I can not recommend to anyone.

This is a feature request about top war discord bot , not the game in itself.

When we search for server age and possibility of transferring to another server, please have the top war bot , take into account the Transfer Lockdown.

This will make the calculations a lot easier for players who have been left dumbstruck with news with little info.

I don't have a specific feature but I am asking yall to take a look at your game, maybe even play the thing. It's kinda exciting at first, when you're leveling your base up not knowing too much about the game. Fast forward a bit, your base is now level 80, you've unlocked the totally useless vahalla troops.. o boy now you can run terror 4k to research stats for the once again useless vahallas. I don't understand why you haven't added more levels to the game. There is very little strategy in this game, let's be honest there is none what so ever. Maybe take a look at other games this type out there where it's not just who buys the most stuff wins. Now I truly don't understand why we buy anything tbh, for what a whole hour of svs? When most of the time one server is totally dominated by the other cause your supposed programmers can't figure out a simple algorithm for matchmaking. You added WOO.. o boy let's only let a small percentage of the alliance join in this super rewarding event that once again is one hour. The rewards for either of those events isn't worth 1 gem. Now let's visit the disaster yall call TA/EL. I can't laugh enough about this monstrosity.. matchmaking once again must of been placed on the newest non programmer yall hired. Locked behind gates, behind power stations. It's just a drawn out boring event that has very little PVP and what there is, not well designed. Make the game fun, challenging, rewarding ffs. Another lovely feature is a rally or even base defense. Stop with the individual battles, the rally leaders stats should be all that matters, with the rest of the troops being commanded by the leader. Base defense should be all troops vs the attacker, requiring a big rally to win. So much potential but ultimately failing. Players drop like flys.

Sort out the overpowering ability of one person using a certain troop set up,1 person should not be able to take out a whole alliance in a powerstation or a base if that person has 150 troops against 16000 of all different types,yes alot of the big are navy but for instance 145 troops of navy vs 1000 army navy wins where is the realism of this?

Adding auto join in EL was great. BUT, as we are really spread out in el, it would be much better for the algorithm to be perfected in a way that rally time in EL is st to 3min to all, then regardless of our distance, when the auto chooses us the system works it out by speeds from system to take us there and BRING us back.
We hardly can cover the daily 50 as once our turn comes via auto and exceed time limit, we are either removed by rally owner or march halfe way through and get removed by system at last second ; which is normal. On the other hand, this will require rally owner not only to start rally but also to monitor and remove exceeding time players from his rally. This is too much. ESPECIALLY now we have Alliance transport Team event requiering 60 Warhammers.

Been awhile since I’ve been here but this needs to be said. I’m a long term player (started in January of 2021) who has done multiple EL’s and every other event this game has to offer. Last month though I went with some friends to a brand new server where we figured we’d try our hands at a TA. Now as luck would have it we ended up in a server full of bullies which is a whole other story not for this channel, but the result is that we are now in TA getting burned off my map by our own server. Now for me, at the end of the day, I’m not worried about my lvl 65 tanks burning. However my alliance is full of brand new players who are quitting daily because in TA you can’t go back to your home server and getting enough tokens for a TA teleport requires you to actually be able to win several Ark or Truck fights so most are stuck without a teleport or the ability to shield or the ability to just go back to their home server.

This is not okay.

So TW I am asking you to take a good hard look at this event and do one of the following:

  1. Don’t allow in server hits within zone 1. You’re throwing people a month into the game into a whole new experience where 80% of them don’t know what’s going on and locking them in a room and throwing away the key for a month.
  2. Make teleports easier to get. Perhaps the equivalent of an alliance move that allows people to be invited back to the fort.
  3. Allow people to shield anywhere in zone 1.
    4: Create a safe zone. To quote J-Hope of BTS, “even video games have a safety zone”. I get that you want to force people to play this game, but by not allowing folks to go back home even for the time it would take to pop a shield again I’ll let you know you are just forcing players to quit. I had players asking me where they could spend money just to be able to shield or port into safety but that’s not an option either.

So think about it.

A sort and filter option would be great. Also, add a feature to GROUP to select the skills so we can mass merge or dismantle them. Something like in the HT section.

Please consider to change the stat of the 3rd Vahalla of Army. Those 1st and 3rd stat are just somehow useless. Only the 2nd stat worth. But we still have to use 100k Odinium to unlock and tons of them to produce and fix it. At least change the stat to something like "Gathering Speed increase" to make it worth to make. Some people say it very useless... PLS CHANGE THE STAT !

Arks was the best feature that you designed for EL, sadly we went from a conquering tile system with a cooling time to random battles. In this edition we only have 4 Arks with a rather nasty matching which have make Arks just another useless part of the game. Since we are supposed to win tokens in battle, I’d suggest:

First thank you for all you do in the game by developing and creating a safe place for all players to play and enjoy the company of strangers safely.
Now, for the feature request part.

- Feature request No. 1 -

Maximum march mileage allowance, roughly 1/3 of the map in a circular radius, so let's say a maximum of 175 km or even 100 km. TA/EL/SVS - mileage allowance will remain the same, everything will remain the same for hitting trucks, PvE.
**Implement it only for PvP **- It would be for hitting another player, enemy building, tile - so PVP.

If you do this, I and my friend (who can be already VIP 20) would really go in on this game. It needs more strategy outside of clicking on armies and heroes. Force people to think. People are using wallhacks and people confirmed me (my friend is a programmer and he made it among many others).
So what do players with wallhack do? They put their base on the edge of the world map and send march (they have a crystal cabin, flying castle, and speed-ups). They can easily target anybody on the map very quickly from very far away because they see every guy with a name when they maximum zoom out on a big screen while playing on PC. That is what is happening because wallhacks exist. This feature with a maximum radius of** 150-175 km** would make the game more strategic and would allow others to hit the enemy who attacked them.

Basically, one player (whale with wallhack feature) can rule over the whole map easily and quickly.

**P.S. - **I'm sick of people who are saying 150 people are scanning the world map and reporting to the "whale guy". It's happening, but it's also bullshit. After you attack and port one guy on the edge of the map multiple times, you find the same guy in 20 sec, 4-5 times in an arrow? Picture for reference. Using 150 people to scan the world map is just an excuse for the wallhack feature. Those people who are in the picture, tell them to prove how they can find other players so quickly. Tell them to record a video while playing and send it to you.

- Feature request No. 2 -

Automatically bubble players for the next 10 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours (you decide) who are attacked 3 times and ported God knows where on the map. After they are bubbled automatically, players can decide if they want to stay in the bubble or if they wanna attack again. Those players who are ported will go zeroed very quickly if other people who are using the wallhack feature can find them very easily. At least give players to regenerate themself after they are ported. Because that's not war, it's extermination, genocide.

While you're at it... can you also make EL more interesting... by balancing opponents... currently it's only a farming event, nearly no fights or resistance. Everyone is bored by this long lasting event. Rewards are nice though, but gameplay is so bad... especially because of your awesome matchmaking skills. Could you please, please, do a manual matchmaking based on server activity, server strength, strongest players and balance EL to give us 3 weeks worthwhile of fighting.
1 hour badly times svs ain't going to keep those spenders that pay your salary.... Therefor once more, FIX the matchmaking system.

However, I would like to merge the older one into the newer one on account of the investmant I made in the older and it's age (I would like to show off my "old" stuff on my "main" account). Can you add refugee camps as getting vouchers for these types of events? Outside of dailies, warhammers and dark legion don’t benefit level 80 players to the same extent refugees do. It would encourage people to participate more in these events and people might actually start using their refugees again instead of having 1000 camps in their inventory

Improve your EL matchups... placing a super whale server (one cp 100, 2 90Cp, 3 80cp, they have more than 50 that have cp50+). Life isn't fair, but this is just wrong. We spend a lot of money for thos game to be balanced. As soon as we saw the match up we knew EL was already done. In fact the super whale server was laughing about it). Might as well just hive a server like this the winnings and save us $ and time. We also are aware that a couple of servers are using bots. Why can't TW stop the use of bots?

When HTs came out these were mostly gold and less purple, this month ive seen that change on main, 3 times in a row ive only got epic chips, and on another account where i stacked and opened 5 void matrix 4/5 were all purple, we wait between 7-14 days for this a purple chip which is most likely not even up

Tbh the only thing left in this game that is actual game play and the only real fun to be had is El, svs, and war of odinium . For El or any of the others to be fun there needs to close competition between the servers. If by chance a server was to be strong enough to fight all the servers at once and still win you would think the developers were crazy, because if there's no hope for victory there's no reason to spend money and that is all our devs care about. Well...

The Pacific Rim breach energy research has been going on for weeks and at the end there are paltry prizes… 10 gold shards? 3 skill chests.. really..?? The reality is most players will get all the top prizes. Having to do anything repeatedly for so long for such little gain is very disappointing and reduces the excitement. Request you to provide 10x of each of the current allocation of gifts. This will also mean that players can be strategic about how they obtain prizes, rather than all players ending up with the same - and not enough for the length of this event.

Your matchmaking is honestly rubbish, how can you always get an overpowering opponent in the el!? Look at 1313. We are 1427 and the 2nd strongest server, however we don't stand a chance against 1313. The worst part is, everyone knew before the el even started! How about almost equally strong servers against each other!? Then you don't know the end result before you start!!! Even after reviewing that more ways of generating VIT should be given there's no development on that and with the ongoing events there's no availability of VIT at all.
150 VIT in Kaijus, 100 VIT for Terror4K rally and after all we need to do radar events and then DFs to Limited Time Rewards. You have made all impossible for a VIP 7 player no wonder the status of other players . Hoard VIT capsules for larger events like EL where we have to spend capsules in hundres. What's the point pushing the players to the limit where it gets irritating for us. Please consider something about VIT availability on daily basis.

The troop merging with level 81s is very tedious having to create buildings, merge troops, delete a number of buildings. It would be better to be able to having 1 training building for each troop type with the training limit set to the space you have.Being able to train level 81 troops would be a huge improvement. Especially as we paid money for Kuruzo and he is only half the value now. Battles were more fun when you could quickly replenish troops.

  • Free recruit heroes should be excluded from transfer tickets. There is no point in recruiting those heroes for free and being afraid to promote them because they will increase the required tickets to transfer.

  • Do the Refugee Camps upgrade, its far too long now since we were promised to have it updated. Higher level camps with advanced rewards that costs more letters.

  • Re-work the reward system for joining a refugee camp to remove the limit of 10x a day even with less rewards for participants.

Champions Arena

Every server that wins EL gets to enter the champions arena. Just like EL but:
-champion exclusive skins
-better rewards than typical EL (don’t make achievements exponentially harder though, be realistic)
-new gameplay features
-much better match making considering every server entering would have won their last EL

Seems kind of like top star tourney but instead of an hour long SvS in bracket style this is only 7-10 days long (keep it shorter than normal EL) against all of the best servers.

EL tech Taunt should have a 1 hour cooldown, area of effect the same as a power station AND unlimited uses. EL is the big event! if you go offline to sleep or catch up with real life, that's your problem. You're just asking to be taunted as you're not helping defend power stations and deserved to be unbubbled and ported away. If your alliance is smart, they can always pull power station and port you to safety anyways, BUFF TAUNT.

Stop people from using bots. People admit to using bots, the screen shots are provided to developers, and the response is "there is nothing we can do until after EL.".

Not sure what that means. Are you going to remove the rewards from all of those that used bots? What about reimbursing all of those who took losses as a result of someone using bots?

To solve this, just prevent the use of bots from the beginning. Please make this game fair for all players.

I'd rather lose by playing hard, than win by cheating.

During EL the server should be made into one big alliance so all can benefit, having to limit the rewards to only one alliance doesn’t help at all. Make it a server based event (as it should be) or just turn the sever into one big alliance whenever one enters the EL map

i understand the transfer will be on hold till 21st July as per last announcement along with EL in 2151-2550.
I believe many servers will run into the total zone during the start and end of transfer dates mentioned.
Allow users to have some grace time after 21st July and put zone changes in hold!

This is unfair to players who enter as Conflict and came out as Total zone during this upcoming EL.

I have a couple of feature request. Most pertaining to EL but 1 in general. 1) EL - increase goals for Construction minutes. This goal helps f2p, Low spending people a lot and more over that's what we do for many many day. 2) Dusty intercepts while under a shield should not be allowed. Dusty intercept is a pure Pvp attack. People snipping while sitting in enemy territory under a bubble is pretty ridiculous. 3) please help navy - I am not asking you to remove clouds or give space. However, navy spawning atleast could be in a grid formation. Navy's grid alignment does not work properly. There are spaces all between the ships to fit a lot more. One is in middle of a battle losing troops, first starts to fit navy ships in proper slots and then starts to fight again. All I am asking is for navy spawning to be aligned better and efficiently.

Using the navy in the game has become a big regret. We have to hold on to the game by spending many times more money against land or air forces. This puts us -the navy players- in a very difficult situation. It causes loss of motivation. That's why I would like to see a little more attention paid to the navy. For example, you can add a new navy feature like a submarine. It can be a submarine in the same slot as the existing ship. You can add a new feature like an aircraft carrier. An aircraft carrier can be both a ship and an airplane in one slot. There can be new collaborations aimed at strengthening the navy. Like One Piece. A very powerful commander like Luffy can help us fight other powers. Please reorganize the navy, which has many disadvantages, in a fair approach. If you don't want to do this, at least offer an alternative to those who are thinking of quitting the game, such as the class switch feature in the tech tree, which will allow them to transfer their navy investments to land or air power. New Formation could be interesting, what I feel could be an improvement is in the Set Up for Plans, you equip your components for individual marches. If Level 80 and you have unlocked them all and you possess two Lvl 9 RoF, you can only equip the two to two different marches at a time. But it would allow a player to set a march for PvP and for WB without global changes required. Did any of that make sense? So you could equip marches independently like you could with formations, but limited by your actual content.

So we have suppression that decreases atk and adds DEF bonuses against the same unit.. but can we have a system that can debuff those suppressions? other words, navy can debuff air suppression, air can debuff army suppression, etc..

Average per player (Based on active players - this way it's not the whales that decide, but the whole server)

Please add rewards to the alliance ranking . It’s great to have the rankings to see who is participating- but there’s no motivation for example for getting more tech tokens once individual achievements done or time building etc .

Devs, the player when entering the enemy server during scs, the first screen must be the world, not view your base. Players already adjust everything before going into battle.

Please add defence formation manuals in selection boxes. Please apply it retrospectively to existing boxes also. We kept them for a reason after the rework rumours.
