The Transfer ticket and general transfer system needs a rework. Unless you are VIP10 , moving between servers takes too long. Coupled with TWs reluctance to do merges on a more regular basis, it means unhappy players / players on dead servers are stuck resulting in an ever decreasing spiral of inactivity and players quitting.

1. Reduce VIP requirement for purchasing with gems from 10 to 6
2. Reduce frequency of alliance store purchases from 15 to 7 days
3. Perhaps introduce a cooldown period on transferring so players could reverse a mistaken transfer

=> There are currently 64 SSR Hero and every month one new one is added. I play roughly 2 years now and in the next 2 years another 104 SSR will be released and we will have by then a total of 168 SSR hero
=> From those 168 hero everyone will just use 9 (the tree best per troup) or is about to get the 3 best up and running.
=> Every new 5 star hero will cost another 2 transfer tickets

So what is the future of this game? Will it be to need 100 transfer tickets for a mid size vip12 account and will everyone have 10 obsolete 5 star SSR ? Would it now not be the time to let us either upgrade existing old hero or give all hero the same strength with different skills, so that we could start to combine them? Or maybe add some tactical elements here in this game?

Or do you just plan to get as much money you can and then you will repeat this mess in the next game?

With the new +1 Odinium tech research we need to be able to drag and drop units in hangar/dock/barracks to selectively merge units like we do outside of the storage buildings. And/or the merge all needs to be adjusted to merge up to 80 and then select it again to merge to 81 because automically merging everything to 81 is super rough.

And to be future proof, include lvl 82.

Decor index is useless anymore. No longer allows me to have the functionality to pull all of a certain level of a decor item from my base and thus provides next to no functionally since I don’t buy decor shards.

This needs a fix or an overhaul to actually make the index worth using again and allow us to pull all of an item from base without having to manually search and individually pull them.

Make this new event more clear. I keep looking over the mutant quest trying to find information about earning the 3 elite vouchers. I had mutated the three heroes, but still saw the red dot.

A feature request, a channel to talk about event faults "dirty laundry" where players that have concerns or discomforts because their voice doesn't even fall on deaf ears but is completely erased without flooding the general discussion channel because info is often lost there as well.

There is no feature that can be developed in a day that will give players the desire they want except for eliminating the need to build the Droid by sending the pieces in the mail as per convos the items are random and not 100% and will take many players days off the first major expansion release. Watch everyone else who didn't complete daily tasks gain rewards and days head start.. its frustrating to players that do everything they need to get better and then suffer because of it. More frustrating to have their comments deleted because it was apparently purposeful and not a bug.

With the implementation of the +1 merging for units, Free training units (kuruzo), unit ruin units and training speed ups are half as useful now. Saving ruin units and training speed ups to have their effectiveness cut in half is very unfair. Maybe the troop training speed ups can be exchanged for +0 unit cards or something of equivalent lvl 81 value? But unit ruins and kuruzo should automatically be giving lvl 81s or give us double the bonus to make up for it.

Getting enough gold shards in the game to level up decent hero’s as a f2p seems almost impossible, even shards for free hero’s takes forever to attain since one has to start pilling up vouchers and crossing fingers in hope to get the desired shards you want and then y’all make it worse for players by releasing new hero’s every month without a way to attain them after their release, how about making a shards exchange event or a way to reset hero’s and get back a portion of gold shards used or even making it more easier to get recruit or premium vouchers? With the implementation of the +1 merging for units, Free training units (kuruzo), ruin units and training speed ups are half as useful now. Saving ruin units and training speed ups to have their effectiveness cut in half is very unfair. Maybe the troop training speed ups can be exchanged for +0 unit cards or something of equivalent lvl 81 value (like a store where we can trade them in for 81s at our current training speed)? But unit ruins and kuruzo should automatically be giving lvl 81s or give us double the bonus to make up for it.

Please adjust Woo & SvS match making. Our last SvS and Woo matches were completely lopsided. I’m told it goes by CP and SvS points but our SvS was a difference of 550mil CP between the top 40 players and our last Woo was a difference of around 600mil CP between our alliance and the opposing alliance. I think Top War really needs to take a better look at this. My alliance doesn’t even have anyone above 25 mil and only 3 players at 20 mil+ but we were matched up with an alliance that has two 40 mil players and six others at 30mil+. That makes zero sense. These kinds of match ups happening so often is pushing players away from the game. Do we have to lose on purpose in order to get into a better matching pool? Once again, please make Woo & SvS match making better, it shouldn’t be that hard to match up CP amounts to each other and see a lopsided match. Thanks.

• Money (VIP level and how you use your money)
• The time you play it (which can be mitigated by using more money)

Why not give MMs a way to score in woo and svs? Towers up protecting like a boss. Managing cycles to keep coverage. The golden one has 2 extra skills and the purple one has 4. It can't be that a purple chip is better than a golden one. Therefore my suggestion:

The Transfer ticket and general transfer system needs a rework. Unless you are VIP10 , moving between servers takes too long. Coupled with TWs reluctance to do merges on a more regular basis, it means unhappy players / players on dead servers are stuck resulting in an ever decreasing spiral of inactivity and players quitting.

1. Reduce VIP requirement for purchasing with gems from 10 to 6
2. Reduce frequency of alliance store purchases from 15 to 7 days
3. Perhaps introduce a cooldown period on transferring so players could reverse a mistaken transfer

For the HT chips that contain unit bonuses. Group the bonuses to troop type, I.e. All bonuses are for only Army but still random from the pool of army bonuses, all Air but random from air pool, all Navy but random from Navy pool. Getting one bonus for army, one for air, and one for navy on the same piece shouldn’t happen considering the focus in the game is to have most of the marches contain one unit type. Maybe even just take away the specific air/army/navy bonuses and make it randomly choose from the all unit bonuses, there’s enough of those already.

Fix Saker proc to where he will at the minimum trigger on every match. He has become the biggest letdown of all the heroes. It doesn’t make sense to let him go to waste or not even be able to replace Optimus in an Air Force set up. Adjust heroes to let them fit and work as intended. So there can be some variety of hero options that can work. Instead of everyone just using the same thing as everyone else. Now serval could make using Saker with Maximo, if Saker actually had a decent proc rate and he was usable. It would be nice to have a defensive Air Force hero, Saker and aya fell short of being useful. So they are replaced by Optimus if you want a defensive hero in your march. Saker/aya needs better proc rate, so they will trigger as much as any other hero. Katyusha trigger rates should be the standard for everyone. More people would buy them and use them if they would trigger more often. Please? 😁

All heroes trigger on the first time possible, then they trigger upon the proc rate set for each hero. That way if the units are available to allow a trigger they will every match, instead of some matches not triggering at all even when there are several rounds of play. Many matches, for example, Saker will not trigger at all because of Preycis knocking out the back row by the 4th or 5th round. Many opportunities to trigger, but since his proc rate is so low, it never happens. Give the heroes at least a single trigger of their special abilities in each match if there are units available on that turn. They should all start with a trigger of the ability then again when the proc rate dictates. Or raise all proc rates to be equal across the board for every hero unless rage specifies something else.

Or at least give us the option to set the merge limit ourselves since the unit merge cap is now +1 lvl higher than unit training cap.

Hi TopWar, with the ability to merge up to lvl 82 Units coming in the next wave of Odinium Tech. Can you please allow us to increase the AI Command Center lvl. So we can create lvl 82 units straight from the Training/Tech lvl of Dock, Hanger and Air Ports. If you want to make it so we need to get R&D to increase these lvls. It is not a problem. Just merging from lvl 80 to lvl 82 units all of the time will be a pain! Its already a problem with the lvl 81 merge cap.

By far it was the slowest svs for me... Because i couldnt just merge all and use kuruzo and hit back.. merge all would get to 81.. and kuruzo would give 80.. merge all with +1 tech made it slow to recover and hit back.

1. this is a full march. I think it’s dumb that a full march would still trigger “discouragement”. Obviously they’re low level troops, but when you’re fighting in SvS, you send what you have. Side note: how low level do the troops have to be to trigger this? Figured it be at least 10 levels, but I was getting discouraged at 5 levels below. I really don’t like this feature at all, but at least make it fair.

2. Despite my dissatisfaction of this “feature”, as stated earlier, when fighting in SvS, you have what you have to fight with. Obviously I’m sending low level troops, but it’s all I have to fight with. Can we at least have the option to disable this warning?

This is an international game with players from many countries speaking many languages.
It is possible to implement automatic translation. For example, if my default language is set to English, all non-English messages/chats/mails should be automatically translated to English.

This is possible, I have seen this work in a similar game like War and Order by CamelStudio.

This automatic translation should work from all languages to all languages. If Portuguese was my main/default language, all non-Portuguese messages/chats/mails should automatically translate to Portuguese.

I think this feature would greatly improve communication between players from all over the world, and thus also greatly improve the social part of the game. It would make the game more fun to play.

The discouraged debuff is a great step in the right direction. My compliments for the people who invented this. Everything is so fast these days. This gives people time to think.
I have a few suggestions to improve his feature.
1 : add 2 or 3 choice boxes to it so the decision is not taken too rash. When people click "OK" ask them "Are you sure?" y/n (1), then "are you really sure" y/n (2) then "Are you aware lower level units are weaker and therefore may be unfit to beat higher level stronger units. We strongly advise you to use stronger units if you want to attack a strong opponent. Top War can not take responsibility for lost battles originating from the choice and equipment of too few too low level units . Specially in case an attack is time critical Do you still want to proceed? y/n (3). The last text will not fit on the screen so people need to scroll down to read it and to reach the buttons.
2: maybe this is a good moment to make players read and reconfirm the terms of service. Just to make sure they are aware Top War is not liable. So before they can confirm the final choice box they need to open and agree with them at the bottom of the page.
3: add a delay io the confirmation buttons. Let people wait 5 or 10 seconds so they can ponder about the decision they will have to make soon.

1st : HT attack speed bonus just Allow plane to trigger maximo on 1st hit. The hero is complety broken on a first place.
Now he can win any fight on the 1st attack. Remove this atk speed bonus.

2nd : All the heroes that don't have any ability bonus on their lvl5 should have a rework.
Some example :

• Preycis should trigger on the 9 slot
• Yuu should have 15% bonus damage and a possibility to gain 1 more rage stack/attack

Can you please consider adjusting transfer ticket costs depending on the CP of the server as well as the individual. High CP servers I.e. super servers should cost more to transfer to while average CP servers should be a little cheaper than currently and low CP servers should be extremely cheap if not free. Can we please make “Auto Deploy” better?
The game knows when heroes are out and knows your formations. It also fails to take into account encirclement.

It tries to choose heroes of the same type to put together but a lot of people (for example) use prime on air. Can’t it auto select one of my preset formations? This basically fixes all of the issues above.

Suggestion 1 - Custom rewards 2.0 the famous 3+1+1
for the option of 3+1 add "Amazing HT Chip Chest" (RNG) so players can have an extra way, optional (paid) but still an income source of daily chests. 2 a day that's 14 total for 10,99 EUR (as it currently is being sold for ) (VAT included) that's a fair deal (I won't mention the 6 layers of RNG a player has to go through to get one chip they would like to have). This would favor both developers (increased weekly revenues) and players (increased daily/weekly income of Chests).

Suggestion 2 - Monthly card (not to replace the existing one).
Allow players to have 1 "Amazing HT Chip Chest" a day (30 day total) and at the very end of the card (last day) award players 1 x "Expert HT Chip Chest" (golden, purple, module) as this would be a cost effective way to help players develop their HT.

Advantages for Rivergames: subscription income (+1) adding to your existing Monthly and weekly cards. Allows a signal of "faith" that you can develop services that aim for players that seek, for a price, a good value in return.

Advantages for Players: subscriptions are often in all type of games the most cost effective deals and the ones most can afford the most, this will help players catch up should they have been neglecting Heavy Trooper and/or allow those who have been dying to have more sources such as a daily income so they can keep investing into their Heavy Trooper Project.

Point is, your game is design to new server only. Ranking systeme is to make a player goal " i want to be the strongest to have those reward". Ruins and alliance system is based on inside war between 2 alliances at most. And it's honnestly a good idea to make a server grow and create activity before having Server vs Server activity.

UNFORTUNATLY, server old enough to make all players reach 80, play SvS and EL, do not have this purpose anymore. They play together, get stronger together. They want to have a better reward for most of their players. Not only a few, for the purpose i said before.
They want ruins that actually work for them, they want alliance with more member capacity and more fortress to pack in.

Fact, most of the feature inside the game is to help reach 80 and make a competition inside a server. We don't need that anymore at some point.
All server older than 200 days, Who left the support zone, should have their own inside feature changed with better reward along ranking system. Item that are valuable as Ability shard, assault formation, more gold shard, deco shard... all those item you need multiples years to get them without paying thousand and thousand $

Player need to get a lvl 7 exclusive by playing together within a year (mean that if you play well and enough, you can have a level 7 and two lvl 5 in a year and an half)

Players need to get all the decoration by playing together (make a decoration shop where you can buy every lvl 1 deco with gems and we can upgrade them with the new shard)

Player need to have more vit since you keep adding stuff that need vit, but player has to keep vit caps for EL (if they have vit caps on a first place since they are hard to get).
Most player can't play your feature.

Give us a purpose to play together all week long.

Payed heros that are missing ex skill 3,5 and 7 buffs eg fahed should get them

Also Topwar don’t be afraid to add new hero’s to the premium recruit, just make up 2-3 hero’s for each branch and then stick them in there. They don’t have to be extremely strong but just there adding more depth and choice to the game.

Also make certain hero’s have special buffs when with a certain hero eg Erinyes and Serval it would tie in great to their backstory

1. *** Joyful Halloween and similar events***

Indeed in the game there's not just level 80 players but as the game progress the players started to need more items, materials, papers, 1000 things to collect to do their upgrades which we didn't t even know about when we were below 80, but still when you are level 40 you can get Odinium packs and mastery papers you have that choice, but when we get level 80 and stop having the need of purple shards, gold chests,.. etc or if you are not interested in the reward in the first place, we don't have the choice to not get them and get something else that might be more of a use and they pile in the bag, it makes no since to keep receiving these items.

So either the game starts being smart enough to determine what players actually need based on their cp, level, or what ever criteria to stop getting these items, or just give us a bigger fair pool of rewards to choose from similar to Custom Rewards "3+1+1" in the store and to have all items with similar value or give us shops late in the game to replace the crappy purple shards we get and the useless gold or actually any item in the game that we want to replace with something useful.

2. *** Items Ruin ***

the more we level it up the rewards should get better not worse, like seriously 30 gold chests and 4x Formation 101 papers keep appearing in level 6 ruin. After the player finish upgrading general skills in the military academy, and in the command centre, there's almost no need for gold at all, i stopped producing gold since months and my gold isn't going down. and here there's no excuse such as players lower lower than level 80, like the majority of servers reach ruin level 6 late in the game.

So either make the ruin give better rewards per level and at level 6 to give regularly vitality capsules or blue classic chests Which btw are important to players unders and above level 80, or make the alliances r4 controls the pool of rewards in the item ruins, or at least to strike out some of the rewards.

3. Odium tech
   once the player upgrades total evolution 1 or 2 in the future, add a new stat to equalise kruzo skill and Units ruin to give a fair amount of troops to sustain the gap it made, we didn't spend on kruzo to make him 5 stars with level 5-7 exclusive just for him to give total 74 81s or 37 82s later on, which feels like a waste of yellow and exclusive shards...

(1) Please remove the attack speed from the Heavy trooper. It is making the game too unbalanced. Maximo is so strong already. To have him shoot his laser before a defender even has a turn is ridiculous (2) Please bring in some more heavy troopers. They are a fun addition to the game. You can still limit it at one heavy trooper in each march. But I want to be able to use Xyston and Shamshir and Hoplon (and new future heavy troopers). Most players have more than one march. The Transfer ticket and general transfer system needs a rework. Unless you are VIP10 , moving between servers takes too long. Coupled with TWs reluctance to do merges on a more regular basis, it means unhappy players / players on dead servers are stuck resulting in an ever decreasing spiral of inactivity and players quitting.

If you’re not willing to rework completely current rewards at least please rework this shop:
1- Let us exchange useless item with the right rate (like useless hero shard, unused decor, gold & tech chest, etc.)
2- Give us real useful item with the right rate (like blue print material, exclusive shard, gold shard, skill chest, decor shard, etc.)
--> In this way you keep the game balanced and attractive for all: spender will get more return on invest (not any more wasted money) and f2p get something to hang on

Request: Delaying SvS for your Top Star sounds like a logical /make sense to "in a balanced way match making your Top Star tournament" kinda thing yet the boredom you provide to all players is endless and so I would like to request for you, Rivergames, to conduct a vote poll to vote for SvS every week or retain the current event rotation. Allow players to vote to express their preference.

WoO has been monotonous, lame as it always has been, players at this stage of end game are looking for the best competitive events and challenges to justify the amount of money they spend. SvS weekly will bring more challenges to players and servers, will allow higher revenue fluxes on battle items, will make players happier and have reasons to play during the week (rebuilding & development) on an exciting , yet high competitive environment.

Please don't make it worse. Events are as bad as they can get, the feedback we provide to you is abudant enough, you just don't take it. Please consider this idea to allow us to vote to express our end game expectations.

Well there was a statement that you can get "Tokyo-3 (Fortress)" By participating in collaboration Event. But as Event launched there is no difference between current Event and past event when A new base skin is offered.
It is clear 100% only Spenders can get that base skin.
For free players there is no 0.1% chance to get it.

Repairman certificates should be available for use again. That item needs to be put back in circulation and made useful again. I know many would appreciate it.

We really need better methods to deal with bad actors on a server. The capital debuffs are laughably useless. Once someone with a large enough pocketbook decides to go rogue, the entire sever suffers. And nothing can be done.

Please make the capital debuffs actually effective (no shielding sounds like a good option). Please make the “report player” button do something (if 30, 60, 100 people on a server report someone, and literally nothing happens, that button doesn’t work).

I'm spending much less money on this new event than I used to spend. That's because the drop rates are usually rigged. With Halloween, the dice simply never hits the square with the large number of vouchers (first square after start). Asked my friends, they also couldn't hit it. One said that rolling two dice virtually never yielded 7, even though it should be the highest probability. I also had only one roll with 7 myself. If you try to game us by giving us lower win probabilities than you are suggesting, I'm following that up by no longer buying the packs. I would normally have bought 2 x the 1 euro pack and also the 2 euro pack that gives extra stage rewards, but I'm assuming that the level 2 decor is out of reach anyway because you rigged the random components of the game. So I may as well not even try.

Frankly speaking strong servers have more than at least 500 players. If they get first place, they get 60 skin(level 1 to 3). Other rewards are worthless. So I noticed something that would be an easy win. When doing the daily radar tasks that build up to the class chests, make it a benefit for us to run it as a rally instead of solo. Treat it like the Terrors in that players joining get one class chest and the one running it can get 2 for running it as a rally. It can remain one chest for solo runs, but this will help build the team little by little if we can support the growth in small steps.

Now on to the tourney we have all been waiting on after the also known as EL. The match ups are yet again lacking in creativity and the ability to get it right. This right here should've been outsourced, cause we have super servers who will just walk to the win. We all want good matches that are fun with more balance. After all the waiting we have done.

Next is the rewards. Can we just try to make it a enjoyable event for all that are playing? The rewards will break up servers faster than EL the OG server killer.

Seriously, with the match ups. Last dozen or so SVS has been very competitive. Win some, lose some, but always a fair fight, or close to it.

Now for the first round of the tournament, we get paired up with a server in which the top 20 players have vastly more CP than our number 1.

We have zero chance. Eliminated before the event even started. We had no chance of taking the whole thing, but it sure would have been nice to get to play a couple rounds before hitting the whale server.

Provide the option to invite players to move to a specific space rather and a random space around a alliance fort. This could be a event triggered when you hold down on the "Move base" option and would be greatly beneficial to leaders attempting you utilize all spaces in a territory without making players use a normal base move. I believe this is a feasible feature update that could benefit all by giving leaders the ability to organize alliance members in the territory for a discounted base move. Thus allowing all members to receive extra buffs!

There is a possibility of exploitation with this feature so I will list a few ways to avoid this that I can think of.
-limit the use of this ability in a 24 hour period
-only allow this ability for spaces inside the alliance territory
-prevent this ability during any event where server vs server is the primary objective (SvS, EL, Terra, etc.)

Every month get an old an not meta base skin of each branch and let a player pick which one they want. The they have 3 weeks to complete 10 quests eg spend 3k gems, kill 100 df and gather 25 million resources. Once the player gets all 10 quests done they are able to permanently keep the skin.

Why is it every time the players say that the events cost too much vit you go ahead and increase the vit cost for everything? The expansion so far has cost more vit than any event previously and at this rate will cost more than all other events combined. Please consider making server groups based on time zones in the future. With daylight savings time on the west coast, SVS occurs at 6 am which is not possible for some of us. There are also people on the other side of the world that would prefer svs and other events at a different time.

Please introduce a "vote kick" or "vote ban" players from the servers. Some people is just full on toxic and can often contribute to the death of servers and people simply quitting. Why are new servers like 23×× are getting a huge amount of VIT limits even as a F2P which is even higher than VIP 9 of old server players? Every event after EL has been VIT-consuming so far. And looks like this is going to be like that in future events as well. So please it's a request to make it FAIR for old server players to cope with VIT requirements when they transfer to new servers.
