I play topwar on my phone and have my account bound to FB and google.
I heard about the browser version so I tried it out. I started on a fresh account. So I went to settings and used the sign-in/register option and used the sign-in via Google to log into my existing account. After signing in via Google it didn't log me into my old account. Instead it bound this new lv 1 account to my Google. "screw that" I told myself and closed the browser tab and opened topwar on my phone again. My lv 80 has been replaced with the lv 1 from a new server. Using Google to log into my old account wasn't possible anymore as it's now bound to the lv 1 account.
I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again. Fresh account. Now I tried to log into my old account via FB. But it tells me on my FB account is that new lv 1 too.

(I already filed a support ticket, just writing this here so you can forward this to whoever is responsible for it so you can investigate if this is a common mistake in the coding)

//edit: nevermind. The lv 1 character was bound into my existing old account. Via manage characters I was able to find back to my old lv 80. I now have 4 characters instead of the maximum of 3 characters on my account.
Maybe put a notice somewhere when this happens that the new lv 1 is "added" to the existing lv 80 account to prevent confusion.

20K gems does not equal 20K points. The Leaderboard points can be obtained by every Draw. You earn 10 points for every draw.
The ratio of gems per point is 3,3 : 1 and 3,5 : 1 if you only draw one time.

In conclusion your 20K gems does equal 5,9K points on the leaderboard.

No player/server can circumvent a shield; it's likely that __a player from 591 advanced scanned you whilst your shield was up to know of the exact moment your shield would go down. __Unless your units were lost via an RSS tile, it's like this is what occurred, as pro players are known to set timers to get any remaining players in conquered territories! With that said, I'd encourage you or @acoustic remnant to provide any supplemental support information if you feel there was an error - check your system logs for when the alert said your shield was deactivated against the attack time of the battle report. Hope this helps! Sadly, it's not bug though

These are my logs, 1st 24hr shield that was expiring was on and refreshed at 11:03 PM on 11/21 with a 24hr shield refresh. At 12:58 AM on 11/22, for some unknown glitch or bug stripped my shield (only 2 hours of shield usage). I was of course attacked like I stated earlier. I've been shielded for the past 3 days with no problems. Please explain this then.

I am not sure the customer support person understood what I was saying. They sent me an incomplete chart and stating that I have 2 lvl 4 Kat but they are not doing a few things: one, they are not showing the lvls 1-4 of Kat skill shards that I have merged. They are only showing a chart of me enabling or disabling the lvl 4 skill, which is not accurate because as I said, I had 2 in inventory and 1 loaded onto Kat herself (on page 1 only, not on page 2). That incrementation of notifications causes game to be laggy (there has to be some shitty background loop that does it)
Once you reach certain amount (that is 100 % dependent on your phone) the game is unplayable - it just keeps lagging and lagging...
It's gonna be 24h since it is there...

Some people already reached 200k = can't play. Im at 50k - lags as hell already...

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE THIS ISSUE: Keep ANY gui opened (for example chat, events tab, talent tree, alliance gui etc. etc.) that way the number does not increment. Try to avoid spending a lot of time in game. Quickly click what you have to and close it. Once you get to huge number, you wont do anything

Secret recipes are set, some need multiple attempts. "Meal quality" is RNG meaning it has random return. However the higher the number of ingredients the more chance of success. We believe the most efficient is 161/181 & 181/161

I have 3 accounts with those BF deals and sales #'s climbing and its lagging out my games...different phones,networks and devices etc. ...and there a mass influx of people reporting this issue in my alliance and on the server...its making the game unplayable and costing people a lot of precious play time in the holidays...costing them money from the lag not being able to defend or shield etc. Need to fix the issue and stop twiddling your thumbs and making up false solutions...I noticed that $800 Hyperion base skin isn't glitching...just do your jobs 🙄
