I had hero Aya at 4.2 stars and 63 up towards the next level. A dev sent me audit logs proving I had used 135 shards on her, and yesterday she was down to 4.1 stars and 0 to the next level (so 135 taken away) and then during the glitch fix last night, another 7 taken off her and 20 universal out of my inventory (added 10 back from the mail compensation)

72 is for each bar! You lost 72 from the first bar of 4 star then 7 shards from complete 4 degrading her down to 4,0 and then 20

These are permanently damaged units. You should use repair engineer which will demote them to level 38

Auto-join only takes place after 20 seconds has passed, and specially during events like Beach Landing/other VIT intensive events where items drop from both monsters and 4K - many tend to wait in the Amass screen and manual join amasses. Meaning the amasses are full before it can start taking the auto-joiners.

Hell, my acount was suspended again for third time today while i was looking for the rogue guy of our server to burn him, the message says "your account was suspended for sending the same message too many times". YES, like spam, but i was clicking the map obviously this a bug, it happened to me yestarday and 3 days ago, if i am right, i will be able to play again in 30 minutes, i will get my account soon but it's kinda annoying.

Don't just assume i am saying something. Players that spent get prioritised over other players. That is how it should work.
The Topwar developers made another mistake. You can't do anything about that and i can't do anything either. You will just have to accept it.

I used up all the seasonal gold boxes yesterday and I got 20 shards after spending 30000. And today also I spent the same amount of money and got the same 20 shards. How ridiculous is this ? Odinium was a waste. 1. They’re severely outmatched. They’re slaughters instead of battles 2. You can’t gather, your troops are sent back, even when they’re is no one occupying them 3. Your told you have no units left when you have a base full so you can’t attack. That’s just to name the main complaints. What’s the point of having these events if they don’t work!!! Come on, maybe TE should concentrate on getting an event to work properly before trying to implement so many others.

Just to let you know that There is a lot of problem during Odin war. Try to send some troop but they cannot find them cause some are dead so IT was very difficult to send good march against the enemy. Not sure if this is a bug or not but I did not delete this report (from a few days ago). I’ve also noticed that a lot of my older battle reports from ~3 months ago or so are gone (but ones older than that are still there - it’s like about a month’s worth of reports are gone, was trying to go back to some old svs reports)

If his Ben has exclusive 5 he has 7 shields when attacking, but yours has zero. That alone will allow him to hit you 8 times before you hit back

That’s ok because he attacked but still he has only one slot with 16 units and I did 0 dmg. As he attacked my Ben with katyusha on a farm I made a dmg of 40%

I checked the replay and I didn’t made any shot so he killed all my troops in the first round with this one slot

The gathering information when sending a march is all messed up. According to the information I send a march so it can gather over the next 2 days and be ready to finish after the reset for the gathering arms race. However, instead gathering for 44 hours (1day 20hours), all my marches are due to finish gathering and automatically recall in 1day 15-19hours.

S1049, Silo Scramble today. Battle reports kept showing up as duplicates or triplicates even though there was only one battle. Noticed first duplicate about 20 minutes in, continued throughout the end of the event. Screenshot attached, see pairs of reports with same timestamp. All content on the report is a duplicate of the one sharing the same timestamp.
