I had Amalia all unit attack perk maxed at 110%, when I went to exchange her perks with villiers it deleted the 110% All Unit Attack perk so I don’t have it on either hero anymore. So I just lost over 10 perk books to get all unit attack, over 400 gold shards to get that perk maxed to a glitch in the game. That is crazy money to spend and lose on a glitch. You can check my old battle reports or history to confirm that I have had Amalia 110% all unit atk perk for months before this, please fix my account and give me back the perks that I have lost.

I really think you need to review you records of svs the lag happen through out. One second you where fine and about to send a march and the next you could not as you've been zeroed when no one was around you, your screen edge did not flicker red, but you have a message on the screen saying no unit available. If your units were lost in the lag period (first 15 minutes), any degraded unit should be in your inventory under "Units" tab, if they were degraded outside the 15 minutes lag window then there's no special compensation for them, just all of the general compensations that has come since Saturday. @olive lichen @hushed crater

So I could start SVS 20 min later, I switched to the opponent server because the lag was to bad. I still faced many bugs and had to restart the game a couple of times. As you've said the data pool is massive, why not do the simple thing and return everybody's troops to the point before svs started this way you are not hunting through data and have a content table which can be easily pulled and exploited to return the data that you need. You should be tripping over yourselves to double compensate everyone for their incovience! Just returning troops and a few rss shows our time and efforts mean nothing to you. Will there be a reevaluation of the timeframe. SVS was broken the entire time, and I have multiple bug reports and screenshots to this effect. It depends on the country. Some countries show price without tax, some with tax included. So, you need to take into consideration the exchange rate AND whether the price is with or without tax (VAT).

Can you please review my compensation for the SVS glitch. What I received compared to what I lost is a JOKE I am not a huge spender by any means on topwar but my time and money went into my troops and what I got back was a slap in the face. I will not be spending any more money here and there are a lot on my server that have voiced the same opinion and they are some huge spenders in this game. Just want a fair compensation for the loss in troops.and possible points due to your glitch.

Don’t know if this is a bug but everyone from my alliance has received svs compensation for the troops lost during the lag - I haven’t gotten anything but lost a substantial amount and spent quite a bit during that period as well
