The bug is because the temporary skin appears to be blocking unlocking that skin. Its a bug I've seen in other games.

The check to verify u don't have the skin fails when u own the temporary skin.

My bug report is in expedition 6-17 I can’t manage to get passed it yet lower levels have managed too with lower stats and worse hero’s. I tried my Air Force vs the Navy with all lvl 6 and 5 cmpts a 4 star lvl 55 hero and 3 star lvl 57 hero 5/5 and 4/4 slots with a 3-4 mil health lead and I still cannot win

Also the only time I was in the lead all the sudden it was none stop dodging from the navy. Then I lost.

That can always be something due to bad line ups fighting each other and your comps really aren't all that high, a 4 star lv 55 says about nothing but some ATK & HP % including a higher march count.
Unit Suppresion and what not make a massive difference as well as having a certain duo of heroes in use, as mere "overpowering" with ATK/HP % doesn't work on the long run.
Lower players can get a lot further if their line ups work against the enemy's line up and there are lots of factors to that.
If you feel like Navy dodges too much check hero skills for proper hits and if you got none like that, the game comes with HIT skills, too.
Could always use Rambo for guaranteed hits and just use some SSR Army Hero that works against every enemy, not just Air units (there should be plenty of that).

I would, but I have tried on my PC also, which is a wired G-bit connection. Both methods, I use Facebook to access the game. Facebook app on ios, and facebook site, then games, then tw with Chrome browser on PC. I have tried the actual app proper on ios, but I can not change the specific account/user in it, to my main one that is on PC. When ever I try it asks me to log into the FB account associated, opens the safari browser, that then prompts and forces to open the FB app to do the login. It has the wrong FB account selected (old account), If log into that incorrect FB account, it shows the wrong game ID (the one I'm trying to change it from), If I adjust the login to match the FB account I use on PC (as my FB app normally is set to by default) and log in, it errors 'connection time out' Further my ios is an ipad that does not have cellular. it's wifi only. So I guess it's in-game support. Do you have their info handy?

There is a bug in the private chat UI that comes and goes for me. When I get a new message, I get the notification. I can see first of the message as part of the preview of the message in Private message UI. But when I select the message to read more or respond to it, instead of talking me into the Private chat for that message, I get random dumped into another Private message chain... This started this week for me after the last maintenance and bug fix.

It randomly happens and last a few minutes but so far no longer than an hour. So it is randomly self correcting as well.

Deleting other message chains doesn't make any impact on the issue, nor does the amount of message chains being displayed in the private message ui.

I believe my server is S920.

Hopefully I've included all the information you need to track the issue.

Hi. I think I am speaking on behalf of Chloe's user. You know if we attack 1st row and the enemy only has 1 ship in 1st row, and Chloe's active happens then the first hit destroy the one ship and 2nd max hit from Chloe go wasted. That always happens.

While Violet users if the 1st hit destroy the 1 ship, next Violet hit go directly to the 2nd row. I hope you make Chloe's active hit work same as Violet and the hit go to 2nd row if the 1st row already got destroyed.

I dunno what it is but something in the last 24 hrs has severely impacted the server/game play. pulling at least 160Mbps down, on an 8 core, 4ghz proc, with 32g ram. There is no reason for delay in response to my actions unless you're having a peering issue, network saturation, or something in the patch messed stuff up. complete shutdown of chrome, and purge of unused ram has made no difference. if you give me an ip I can do a path ping to try and see where the bottle neck might lie if it's a not the most recent patch that is causing the issue

No offense, but I don't think my iphone 5 is going to do any better than my pc, given it's wifi connection speed, amount of ram, processor power etc over the same network. Never had a problem yesterday with performance. didn't you post a patch update, heck even in the first image provided is a news update... maybe another patch? As for important. I do deem this an important problem and have found nothing "unclean" about any of my recent comments, even though you may not. I offered to do a path ping to determine if it is a peering issue, or somewhere in between me and the servers. No takers yet. There are a plethora of network issue outside of yours and mine that could cause such behaviour rather than use a phone, not a pc, when no problems existed yesterday on pc.

The support team will only action a mute if there is relevant evidence or multiple reports with a similar/identical description of events. False reports can result in tickets being closed. You won’t find an unfair mute on this game, it’s one of the best report systems I’ve come across to date.

reports resulting in mutes are based on screenshots. but it could be that you have sent same message in a short amount of time to a large number of people and then system got it as spamming and muted you automatically. like sending tons of emojis in a short time or copy pasting "hi you wanna join us" to 30people in 10 minutes 🙂

I'd kinda appreciate something more precise than "later".
That's real money spent and there should be some respect to that as well, bugs can happen but we've all spent that bit on specific (durational) stuff that has some daily-reset content in it.
I've already missed a reset because of the bug happening to begin with and I'm likely not alone with it, how many will I lose from waiting for a compensation that's given... later...? Can you not just take the same numbers from the coin-> diamond refund mails and simply send that to the players accordingly? Those are 1:1 the same amounts and that shouldn't take ages compared with whatever is going on right now.. I've personally already went down in rankings I spent a lot for to get higher in them and this just adds up to it in a not-so-nice way.

That's a successful defense, meaning your fortress didn't fall. You didn't kill all the units in the wave, which is what the boxes are from

@next storm , i think this is another odinium bug. My base got attacked while some troops are out. So most of my troops were sent to the repair shop. So by right, while I try to deploy the remaining troops, I shouldn't be able to see those that are being repaired. But if you would look at the screenshot, I can still see my full base troops even those being repaird. I tried sending it out and it failed, which would confirm that it is a bug.

I should not have seen those navy as all were wiped out. Only remaining were a few tanks.

Guide to recreate it.

1. Go to the dimensional mine.
2. Choose a mine and tap attack.
3. Put as many units as possible on the field.
4. Save that formation to the first slot.
5. Tap battle.
6. A message will pop up saying you saved your formation and it will tell you ''Attack party full, Unable to join'

Have you tried to force close the app and reopen it? Some times it just time laps and it will show up in a while. You can try to change your internet to air mode and back too. and if it doesn't work uninstall the game (make sure it's bound) and clear cache and reinstall it again.

Ben's skill still isn't working correctly when defending in Warzone and attack rate is even. He tries to use a skill on defense and he shouldn't. Furthermore, it doesn't even shield any units and he never uses skill again

If you changed your components, you need to go back in and reset your defense in Warzone. It's not locked. Another brilliant move by bad developers

You need to setup your defence once you upgrade your components. The system does not update your setup. You need to do that yourself.

Lokiney there is a bug with the farms / saving your formation.
If you go to a farm and follow the guide you will get an error message
The heroes i was using were Ricardo and O'neil so that message does not make sense.

Guide to recreate it.

1. Go to a random farm
2. Click on it and tap gather.
3. Put as many units as possible on the field.
4. Save that formation to the first slot.
5. Tap battle.
6. A message will pop up saying you saved your formation and it will tell you ''There are mutually exclusive heroes in the lineup, please choose again''

There's no explanation whatsoever of anything in this building, no tooltips, no descriptions. UI seems incomplete, icons aren't scaled properly within button bounds. Not sure if that's because there's something broken or it's meant to be impossible to discern what this building is and how to use it, beyond just that it appears to provide you with a mechanism for upgrading level 80 troops into something better than level 80 troops
