Yesterday I woke up and found my base is using shield, also 5k of my gems was gone. Gold Harvester was upgraded from level 2 to level 4, 50 or more of my hero premium recruit cards gone or used, and suppress researches were running.

I didn’t do any of that, I was sleeping and one touched my phone... 💔

Also my game account was disconnected from facebook and game centre and had to connect them again.. I though that maybe someone used my FB account, so I changed the password and disconnected my game account to FB as a precaution.

I already opened a ticket in game but no response yet

Also over 10k of my tech chests were opened

Over 70 Standard recruit cards have disappear or used

Hey, you got a bug with purple tiles, you get less training speed increase if you merge them. They are at the best effect leaving them on lvl 1.
As a player, I would expect them to increase when merging like other decorations.

@lime valve just build it from the build menu. Where you also build gold mine, hangar etc

@indigo lagoon there is a cap on the number of those chests you can receive in a day. Did you use Amelia on those marches and if so do you have a battle report from one of your first attacks of the day

Universal heroes are put in a certain unit type when selecting them for defense...
They would need a "neutral" background to avoid confusion and you should be able to select them in any defense garrison (may be exclude them from being selected in 2defensive garrisons)

Yea if you request a refund they generally set your gems negative and not allow you to play

So you have those components equipped into one page or two pages and it won't let you use them in the third right

If you unequip them from all pages it will show in your inventory if it's not showing try restarting the game and making sure it's updated

Make sure to double check every single page and make sure they are not equipped on any of them

Like I said if you go through all four pages and they are not there you'll have to contact support make sure your game is fully updated and everything and then send them a message

It can take some time for support to respond this is not instantaneous

Bugs like that usually show when the game is not fully updated that's why I suggested to check the app store and make sure you got the latest update it doesn't always auto update

@sharp drift then you can always refresh your task if you don't eant to do them. Daily quests allow you to obtain nameplates and gears needed for research. The quests are random.
