Not entirely sure at the moment how the event operates, it could be you have to do blue, then red, then blue, then red. I've personally cleared the board but didn't get half the prizes in the tree. And the prizes I did get where not listed in the tree.

a lot of people did. however the rare level 5 march size is a $50 skill. so giving it for $5 was not the plan. it was a visual glitch and people were able to fix their game. If you have an issue with it please feel free to contact the in game customer support about it.

I think it’s everyone is having the issue of logging in. I can’t get in and I have my alliance messaging me on discord they can’t log in either.
