Hello support team, unfortunately I cannot assign any skills to the heroes, there is a lock on the land, navy and air abilities. But why ?
@modern geyser what you have selected is the leftmost skill on your hero, which can only use assistance based skills, such as mining boosts and/or march size boosts and the like. The three skills on the right can be assigned for boosts for the army, navy, and air force.
Yes, I know, but I don't have access to my other skills (Navy, Air and Land), although I have some. Look at the picture there is a lap on the respective tab
Yes, those skills are locked out because you pressed the leftmost skill, which is only assignable to the support skills.
- If you are trying to assign an army/navy/airforce skill, tap one of the skill slots on the right of the hero's page and they should be avaialble
- If you are just trying to access your skills to manage them, go to hero recruitment -> skill research -> skill pool (in the top right corner).

I go to the hero (Rambo LvL 73, 3 slots free), then to skills. Then he shows me the slots, then go to equip (is also highlighted in green) but I then only have access to exclusive or help skills.

Anyone noticed that players without alliances, appear to have an alliance after an attack is launched? We have a server peace right now on our server. But people can still attack players without an alliance. But we had multiple occasions where suddenly they are in an alliance after they get attacked.

Using Tywin Special Ability in fight, units do not change target for the second shot if it is already dead. In most fights makes the ability quite useless as the shoot on the ground

@floral terrace that is one of the weaknesses of the Tywin hero, not a bug. Tywin is good for fighting stronger units where more than one attack is required to knock out a section of enemy troops.

Thought of a bug as it still displays damage if it shoots in the ground. If its intended okay, but sad as the ability is not a 100% to trigger so its annoying

The chat system NEEDS a rework. Longer chat (especially in alliance mail) fix the lag and lingering red dot group chat brought with it. Now we have this happening in chat, even after I reload the game several times. Fix the problems this game has before adding more content please.

@silk lily your mine only pulls three of the four stones and you must request the other from clan mates, its part of the social aspect of the game....im saying less than 5% beacuse ive seen players get a red quest for 1 in 20 quest refresh but ive also heard it take up to 50 refreshes to get a red quest...less than 5% is an average calculation from the numbers ive been given from players at that rank

Not allowing me to train troops, happens often when spamming the train button above Barracks, Airports and Marine Ports.
@atomic meadow yeah but it requires a certain amount of those expansion devices more each time its upgraded.
@hasty hamlet if you press the plus button it will auto select the amount needed to upgrade.
A workaround, but yeah it would be nice to have it fixed.

Before I level up says I need to be a certain level to unlock when I hit that level it goes up to a higher level I have not been able to unlock land for like 5 or 4 levels now

The number of land unlocks you have doesn't seem too atypical for your level, are you sure you haven't been unlocking land but just not paying attention to the level? If not you can try sending your ID to customer support in game to check, but nothing seems too far off from your screenshot. @dense hinge

The name next to the message will be correct, but the portrait next to it, will be someone else's from chat.

I would like to use my account on another device but when I go to bind account with my Facebook it tries to bind the new account not my original account

So I go to my new device (iPad) and I load up the game, I went to bind account and inserted the Facebook which my account is bound to on my iPhone but instead of bringing the account over it tries to bind the Facebook to the new account
I get a pop up on my phone saying security issue, need to rebind account
